Here’s How I Know What I Know Is NOT New Age Bullshit

TL;DR: The author recounts their miraculous spiritual journey as evidence for why they know what they know is an accurate description of how the Universe works. They say since most people haven’t had such an experience, it’s hard for them to understand how accurate what they know is. So they call it “nonsense”. Or worse.

A recent post on my other blog struck a nerve among my transgender readers. Some of those folks blocked me. Others claimed I was dangerous, “a moron” and more.

That’s interesting because none of those people have any experience with what I know. I know this because when I ask them what experience they have, I get crickets in response.

One trans person wrote me a while ago. She had some solo experience with this “you create your reality” business. She even produced evidence proving it worked for her. But because she didn’t have a tutor who knew what they were doing, she missed the evidence and thus concluded the “business” doesn’t work.

At least she tried.

Everyone else, especially those who got triggered by my last post, have no idea what they’re talking about when they lambast what I know. They’re literally speaking from ignorance.

In this post, I share the miraculous way I came to know what I know, and, because of that, why I’m so sure what I know is accurate.

Unless someone has done what I’ve done, they are coming at understanding the nature of the Universe fully uninformed. After reading this you’ll understand why I can say that with such certainty. And why I know, absolutely, that what I know is NOT “New Age bullshit”.

Where to begin

I could start with how I came into the world. But that would make this post too long. Suffice it to say I knew something about what was happening here well before my birth. It wasn’t until after a stint in Christianity, a decade as a Buddhist scholar, and four years as an esoteric martial artist that I really came into my own. It’s at that point I’d like to begin my explanation. That’s when things really got undeniably clear something was happening that was not of this world.

All my life I dabbled in books about this “you create your reality” business. So something obviously resonated in me about this knowledge, something beyond the major religions.

Two authors stood out: Eckart Tolle and a woman named Esther Hicks. Again, many others came before these two, but these two really got the ball rolling.

In one of his books, Tolle expresses a skeptic’s view of his teachings. He takes on the role of a doubter asking “what evidence do you have that this is all real?” “You want evidence?” he responds. “Be the evidence you want to see.”

I took that response to heart.

After all, I already had a feeling that physical reality was 100 percent subjective. I also knew at the time that science wasn’t telling the whole story (it can’t possibly do that and for very good reasons). So I decided I would take Tolle’s advice and become the evidence I wanted to see.

It’s too bad more people won’t take that advice. If they did, they’d find themselves astonished at how real all this stuff is.

It started not-good-seeming

I, on the other hand, dove in. I upped my meditation game and started thinking more positive thoughts. Taking Tolle’s advice further, I focused more and more “in the now” and left the future and the past alone. My life did start improving. But not by much. Not at first.

Little did I know then, a person first starting out must clear away negative momentum born of negative beliefs before they can enjoy really obvious evidence things are turning. I should add that that clearing-away process IS evidence. But most of my clients have a hard time seeing that as positive. That’s because that clearing can feel awful.

That was my experience too. I created a lot of negative manifestations, including quitting my private sector job out of fear and losing my home. But looking back, I’m glad I traded all that for the life I’m living now. Letting those things go was more than worth it.

In my “clearing away negative momentum” stage, however, I inadvertently added more negative momentum to my path. A lot more. I chose to become an entrepreneur. That had me confronting even more negative beliefs. I blew through all my savings, and then added even more negative momentum by creating a company with the intention of “ending capitalism”.

And while that had a positive ring to it to me, it wasn’t aligned with my Broader Perspective knowledge about what’s happening on this planet. The more I focused on that business, the more crazy/interesting things happened. And it was right about this time that I encountered Esther Hicks.

When the student is ready…

Back then the idea that people could “channel” spirits, filled me with skepticism. But my Broader Perspective wasn’t going to let that keep me off this path. So when I took a business trip to Chico California to promote my business idea, I met a man. He was so impressed with what I was doing that he gifted me Esther’s book “Ask and It is Given”.

I knew about Law of Attraction back then, but thought it a little too woo for me. Still, I accepted the gift and when I read it, it resonated strongly. I guess I was ready for its contents.

So much so, I plunged headlong into it. That book introduced me to Seth. That introduction took me on a long detour. Seth’s material really resonated with me. Especially the analytical, detail-oriented part of me. I ended up reading every book Seth and their channeler, Jane Roberts wrote. The more I read, the more educated I got. And the more intrigued I got. When Seth said “you create your reality” I wanted to know how and how I could do it deliberately.

I’ve written this over and over too: When a person hears that they create their reality, if they’re not in a good place, then what they’ll hear is that phrase blaming them or making them at fault for their life. They won’t hear its empowering message. And….IT’S AN EMPOWERING MESSAGE.

But if a person has lived a mediocre, unsatisfying or victimized life, one born of their distorted beliefs and full of petty, chronic complaints about virtually everything, all they’ll hear is “I’m being blamed for something I can’t control.” Little do they know it’s that belief that is the basis of the reality they’re experiencing.

My experience was different. I guess I was ready.

Drawn to the work

When I read “you create your reality”, that filled me with curiosity. That curiosity had me read every Seth book. Seth focuses on dreams, detailed explanations of the totality of All That Is, how All That Is happens and our role in all that. It’s extremely dense reading. He also focuses a lot on extreme detail of how things go from vibration to physical reality. Again, it’s heady stuff. And the fact that it’s coming from a disembodied, nonphysical being, adds more hard-to-believe-ness to it.

But Seth subtly includes instruction in his writings the reader can put to use to prove what they’re reading. When they do, the proof is near immediate. The reader must know where to look to see the proof, however. If they don’t know where to look, they’ll miss it. And Seth doesn’t say where to look.

I think that’s because of the collective unfolding represented by the continuity of information Seth and Abraham offer. Seth lays out the practical nuts and bolts, but Abraham offers broad strokes as to how those nuts and bolts fit into a cohesive process, culminating in direct instructions for how to deliberately create reality. Abraham’s messages are more instructional where Seth’s could be described as “academic”, or even “scholarly”.

A portion of my complete Seth Library

It’s no wonder I was drawn to Seth’s work first. And Seth’s work prepared me deeply to integrate what I was about to discover with Abraham’s assistance.

By the way, this is why it’s crucial explorers of this material explore with help from someone who knows what they’re doing. Not only is it hard to see evidence in the beginning, it’s really easy to get off track by coming to distorted conclusions, or having strong reactions to the teachings.

Seth: My first teacher

For example, the material offers explanations for how we each exist in our own separate reality, apart from every other being. But reality looks like that’s not true. Seth handily explains why. The material also asserts that we invite every experience into our lives, including those humans might describe as tragic, even horrifying.

Reading such assertions can and usually does have people react with revulsion. Many of my clients are examples. They ask “if this is true, how can a baby invite experiencing being sexually molested? How do people create experiences where they die horrible deaths, end up homeless or addicted to drugs?”

It’s beyond the scope of this post for me to answer those questions. Suffice it to say those questions are easily answered. But as Abraham says many times “words don’t teach. Life experience teaches.” What they mean is as one moves down the path of self-discovery, their life will provide these answers in undeniable terms, not in words, but in experiences the discoverer can’t deny. And when that happens, those experiences are deeply convincing. So convincing they are, the discoverer becomes convinced. They know. Like I do.

Abraham making it plain.

Reading all of Seth’s material filled me with wonder, but it also stoked a fire within me. A lot of this I already knew. It was as though I was remembering what I forgot when I chose to come into physical reality. A powerful education was taking place. I was the student and Seth was my teacher.

And that education brought me right back to Esther and her book Ask and It is Given.

Getting ready again

But again, I faced skepticism. I wanted to believe what Esther, and Abraham, the being speaking through Esther, claimed in the book. But at the time I had a hard time getting over my resistant belief that “channeling” was fake.

Unlike many readers who spout their uninformed opinion when they read what I assert, I decided I was going to get evidence proving “channeling” was fake, or that it was real. This was part of me “being the evidence I wanted to see”.

I get most people may be too busy to take time to do what I did, but I put a high priority on all this. That’s because I knew if this stuff was true, it would mean a radically different life was available to me and I wanted that. I was open to it being real, but I also was skeptical, even as I signed up for my first Abraham seminar in San Diego, Calif.

My approach to becoming the evidence was serious and deliberate. I wanted to give it my all, which is what I encourage clients do too. I flew to San Diego and stayed in a quiet place where I could focus. There, a day before the event, I calmed myself. I also focused on three things I wanted to know, three things I figured only Infinite Intelligence would know. Abraham refers to themselves as Infinite Intelligence. Since I was going to meet Infinite Intelligence, I probably should have some profound questions…

My first direct Infinite Intelligence contact begins

An Abraham seminar typically happens in a large hotel meeting room. They also happen aboard cruise ships. The events are packed with rows of chairs and usually accommodate 1500 people or more. These events are always packed with no chair left empty.

Abraham seminar auditorium from a July 20, 2024 event. This is only one half of the room.

That first Abraham seminar was more than 10 years ago. I woke very early the morning of and meditated for an hour. I wanted to be in a strong vibrational focus so I could present the best possible evidence to myself.

At the event, I sat in the front row. I wanted a good view of what happened so I could see it all. As people filed in and took their seats, I didn’t notice anything special. No mystical buzzing filled the room, only people who were excited to be there. Some even knew each other. Obviously, some of these people had been to previous events and some even traveled around groupie-style from event to event.

Honestly, I was a bit put off by all the positive energy, which I think a lot of people would be. It was very New Age feeling.

But what happened over the next four hours turned that “put off” feeling into being totally “turned on”.

The Hot Seat

During an Abraham seminar, Esther first comes onto the stage. She greets attendees from the stage and offers preliminary information about how the day will go. Event’s are typically three hours with a break or two in the middle somewhere. After that, Esther calms herself and allows Abraham to take her over, so to speak. She recedes into the background of her consciousness and Abraham moves into the foreground.

Abraham and Esther have a strong connection. It’s highly likely Abraham is part of Esther’s Broader Perspective. What I discovered through what happened over the next several years is that Abraham is part of my Broader Perspective too. But I’m getting ahead of myself…

So this seminar got under way and part way through the first half, I noticed something strange. Once a seminar commences, Abraham looks out into the crowd and selects individuals based on their vibration. Those individuals come on stage and sit in what’s called the Hot Seat. It’s a chair on stage equipped with a microphone. There the person can ask Abraham anything they’d like. Abraham answers the question while also using it as a jumping off point to offer other information. Information pertinent to others in the room.

People therefore raise their hands in hopes of getting called to the Hot Seat. Of course, there’s only so many people that can sit in the Hot Seat in a three-hour period. Abraham can’t call everyone up. What I observed therefore, was even more strange.

It happened

What I observed was, each person who followed the person before them asked questions that were perfect segues from what the person before asked. I can’t recall examples, this was over a decade ago. Back then, however, I sat in amazement in that first hour. After the break, the second hour went the same. And, the people chosen in the first hour had obviously been in the Hot Seat before. Several of them mentioned it being their second and third time being called across many events.

The neat way in which Abraham called people to the stage, with each person’s questions perfectly dovetailing with the previous person’s, pushed my “bullshit” button. Something was up, I thought. Now mind you, I wanted to get on stage too. So while my BS meter had gone off, the pattern seemed to also heighten my desire to get on stage. But something happened in me that had me doubt being able to get up there.

Logic told me the only way this dovetailing thing could happen was if Esther had planted or preselected people invited to the stage. That’s the only thing that could explain it, at least to me. The more I watched as the day unfolded, the more skeptical I got. And the more doubtful I got that Abraham would call me. But my desire to get on stage must have overwhelmed my skepticism. And what was to unfold that is my life now crucially depended on what happened next. I know Abraham knew this. Because what happened next was a total surprise to me.

Abraham asked what was next. Time was running out in the seminar. I raised my hand and Abraham said, “come on up” while pointing directly at me.

The reservation confirmation for my San Diego Abraham event.

It begins, and begins again, and again

Abraham called me as the last person. My questions were so profound, and so personal, I understood immediately why they called me last. My questions were the perfect conclusion to the entire day.

But them calling me last also showed me my logical conclusions were all wrong. After all, there’s no way I was a plant. I didn’t even know Esther and she or a member of her team didn’t approach me. I got no pre-event questionnaire to give my questions ahead of time. No one knew what I was going to ask but me….and Abraham apparently.

Sitting in the Hot Seat, my skepticism vanished. The experience also blew away my logical conclusions. Something more was afoot here. Something deeper. I got my questions answered in the perfect way. And I left the seminar astounded.

And that was just the beginning.

Over the next four years I attended one seminar each year. In the next seminar, held in Portland where I live, Abraham called me somewhere in the middle of the day. In the following seminar, again in Portland, they called me again, this time closer to the beginning of the event. The same thing happened in the third seminar I attended. During a break, an old friend I recognized came up to me.

She asked “do you always get in the Hot Seat?”

“Apparently so,” I shrugged. I was as surprised as she was.

Each time my confidence in their teachings grew. I started listening to everything I could from them on YouTube. Their messages generally, and their personal messages to me specifically, resonated so strongly with everything I already knew, particularly from Seth.

It all affected me profoundly.

Me in the Hot Seat.

Doubling down

So much so in between these seminars I totally changed the way I lived. I had become the evidence I wanted to see by challenging myself to become that evidence. I wanted evidence and I got it. Got smacked in the kisser with it. And the more I tried living by what Abraham suggested, while also putting Seth’s guidance to practice, the better my life got and the more evidence I got.

I doubled down then on what I knew and what I was learning. I became an “Abra-hamster” as people who follow Abraham call themselves. For me, Abraham and Seth represented the pinnacle of knowledge about how the Universe works. Their collective explanations were without peer in my opinion. Again, I didn’t just accept what they said and wrote. I put it into practice. And when I did, what they said would happen happened.

Little did I know that as I doubled down Abraham and Seth were clearly paying attention to my commitment. They were pulling something together they knew would be the perfect response to my commitment, an unfolding that would solidify my knowing and complete my understanding of how the Universe works, who and what I am, and how to communicate that to others.

That which they were orchestrating started with the next Abraham seminar I attended. Nothing like it had ever happened before, according to Esther and Abraham. Never in the history of the work Esther does with Abraham had this kind of thing happened, they told me. And it happened because of what I was doing….or rather what I was being: eager to align with all that I am.

I meet my lineage and expand into my knowing

The next seminar I attended happened again in Portland. It began as they usually do, with Esther coming onto the stage and getting the event started. However, this time, when Abraham came forward, they didn’t start the event as they usually do.

Usually, they’ll speak for the first 20 minutes about some things to warm the audience up. They’ll then look out into the crowd, say something funny like, “You’re all here ready for trouble”, then pick someone to come to the Hot Seat.

This time, they didn’t do that.

They came forward through Esther and spent perhaps half the usual time prepping. While doing so, they kept looking directly at me again and again. At the first break, people I know in the audience came up to me. They noticed too that Abraham kept looking directly at me. So I wasn’t hallucinating or anything like that.

The moment they finished their shortened introduction, Abraham said “Let’s begin right here” and while saying that pointed straight at me.

I took my place in the Hot Seat. Typically individual Hot Seat experiences range from 10 to about 15 minutes. But this time, I sat there, the first one called, for a full 30 minutes! Again, this had never happened before. When I returned to my seat in the audience I was floating in my body. I thought back through all the seminars, all the reading I had done, the wondrous experiences I had had across all these years and knew this was a special moment.

But Abraham had just gotten started.

It gets way better

At the end of every seminar, Abraham has some closing words. Then, they recede into Esther and Esther returns to the foreground of her consciousness. She’s always ecstatic in response to the time spent in the seminar, expresses how much she loves everyone, says goodbye and heads off stage, off the side of the stage and through the background curtains.

That’s not what happened this time. This time, she said her goodbyes and instead of leaving through the background curtains, Esther, stepped down the front of the stage, walked over to where I stood and ripped my name tag off my shirt. She put her hand on the back of my head and pulled my ear to her mouth. There she told me something I will not share. But suffice it to say it was ASTOUNDING.

A few days later, I got a call. It was Esther. She invited me to a personal 1:1 conversation with Abraham, which began over text message and moved to a phone call. Then, over the next 10 weeks, me, Esther and Abraham enjoyed personal sessions where I could ask anything I wanted. Abraham also taught me everything they could about how the Universe works, humanity’s role in all that, my role in all that, and about my lineage, which includes Abraham and Seth.

They then laid out how my life would go from there if I follow through with the commitment I made to myself, which, ultimately was something, according to them, I had committed to before I came into a physical body. They gave me all of this at no cost.

Recordings making up my library of 1:1 sessions with Abraham and Esther.

My direct experience

Nearly everything they told me in those 10 weeks has happened. Some things haven’t yet, but definite signs of their emergence are there. Everything can’t have happened already, because my life is still ongoing. But so much has already happened, I know the others things will too.

And this is why I know what I know, I say and write what I say and write and how I know what I say and write is 100 percent accurate. I consider Seth and Abraham not only my lineage, but part of my Broader Perspective, that part of me that continues guiding and assisting me in this life and the other lives I live as part of All That Is.

So when people call me a moron, or think I offer “dangerous nonsense”, I know they don’t know anything about what they’re talking about. When they say this stuff is pseudoscience I know they have done nothing to become the evidence.

This is why too when I ask such people “What have you done to prove it is, for example, dangerous nonsense, and under whose tutelage did you try to prove it?” I get crickets in return. Because such people are talking with no direct experience with All That Is or with Infinite Intelligence.

I have direct experience with both. And my life and my clients’ lives are unfolding accordingly. In other words, our lives are all improving. Because what I describe in my writings is exactly how the Universe works.

This explains why I say people claiming it’s dangerous nonsense, or that it’s gibberish or gobbledygook, literally have no idea what they’re talking about. Because they literally don’t.

But I do.

What The Best, Most Powerful Relationships Look, Feel Like

Photo by Courtney Kammers on Unsplash

TL;DR: The author argues for being selfish as the way to create a happy life for everyone. They share a client’s experience in creating happiness to illustrate and support his argument.

Let’s talk about relationships. There’s a lot to talk about here. Mainly because humans feel relationships are one of the most, if not the most, important things. After all, we are told, we need relationships to be happy. Everything we do, need and want, it seems, comes through relationships. It is relationships with others that create community. Such relationships also create safety, belonging and a whole lot more.

And, if we’re honest with ourselves, relationships also offer the worst in humanity. Relationships with others are the framework through which some of humanity’s worst traits surface. Greed, conflict, psychopathy and violence all would be meaningless were it not for relationships.

So relationships aren’t all rainbows and butterflies, as the saying goes. We all know this. Just ask Israelis and the Palestinians. Relationships can suck. And yet, a lot about what we seem to be (human) seems to compel us toward relationships. Especially relationships with other humans.

There’s a far more satisfying and powerful relationship, however, one through which everything we want comes. It’s so all-encompassing, we literally can’t survive without it. And when we prioritize that relationship above all else, we can live our wildest dreams.

That relationship is what I’m writing about today.

Let’s dive in.

Over all else

The relationship I’m referring to has nothing to do with a god, especially the Christian god or Jesus. But this relationship does tap into the power Christians ascribe to their god.

The trouble with this relationship is, it’s as plain as the nose on our faces, and yet, we invariably prioritize other relationships ahead of it. And that out-of-whack prioritization creates all the troubles we have in other relationships. That’s because that which we could enjoy a relationship with wants our undivided attention. When we put our attention there, un-dividedly, everything else in life flows easily.

What relationship could I possibly be referring to?

The relationship with ourselves.

That’s right, there’s no better, no more powerful relationship than the relationship with ourselves. The reason why is because everything we see “out there” in the world springs from this relationship. So when we get this relationship where it should be – as our number one priority – then everything “out there” falls in line.

It doesn’t happen in an instant. That would be magic and magic isn’t a thing. But when a person prioritizes themselves over all else, then gradually, all else reflects the improvement inherent in prioritizing a relationship with themselves over all else!

Selfishness: a virtue

That seems like circular logic, but, as I’ve written before, the Universe and All That Is functions in a circular logic way. All That Is exists to joyfully know itself. The paradox of that is, the more it seeks to know itself, the more of itself it creates. This process makes All That Is – and you and me – eternal. So the more All That Is seeks to know itself, it creates more of itself to know. That’s the glorious circular process often described in ancient teachings.

Now, some might argue that prioritizing one’s self over others leads to selfishness. I completely agree. But I know selfishness is not bad. In fact, it’s the best way to be – oriented solely to self. Because when one lives that way, they discover everything else, including other people, are able to take care of themselves, leaving the person free to be, enjoy and lavish their life.

Indeed, when we put ourself first in all things, we stop trying to change circumstances over which we have no control. Letting go of such tasks feels better and better. And when we feel better, the world around us reflects that better mood back to us. It reflects it in ever-improving life experiences.

So, really, we have control of all of our experience because experience reflects back to us our inner state. And when we prioritize our inner state – our relationship with ourselves – then our life experiences reflect that improved inner state.

We also emanate love and other higher emotions. That’s because when we seek to know ourselves, which is aligned with what the Universe does always, we can’t help but feel the eternal joy that is Universal consciousness.

Put it to the test

That previous section may sound like a bunch of “New Age” hooey. But when practiced, over time, it proves accurate. Abraham says “Words don’t teach. Life experience does”. That means I can write forever about how powerful what you’re reading is. But nothing compares to evidence produced by your lived experience.

So if you’re having trouble believing this stuff, I suggest you prove it to yourself. Become the evidence you wish to see, as Eckart Tolle puts it.

So how do we prioritize the relationship with ourselves? It doesn’t seem easy when the entire outside world encourages prioritizing others over ourselves. So it takes practice. It helps to know that a “self” exists in us worthy of our undivided attention. That “self” is the “god in human form” I write about in this blog. Discovering its existence is easy.

The best way to do that is by testing Positively Focused premises, which are summed up in the phrase “you create your reality”. As a person tests these premises, they create or manifest, experiences, people and things, that come in surprising, seemingly coincidental ways.

But when so many of such manifestations happen over and over, the person must acknowledge something other than “coincidence” is at work. That acknowledgement is just like acknowledging there is a self worthy of having a relationship with. Paradoxically, the person testing these premises, once they start seeing things happen, will want more things to happen. As more happens, they also get more bold: they want bigger things to happen.

As their desires grow in scale or magnitude, their trust grows. Their trust in themselves and in this self they are building a relationship with.

Betrayal births bitterness

Growing that relationship brings a necessary letting go of beliefs keeping us all prioritizing others over ourselves. As we let go of them, we might have to face hard-seeming choices. Sometimes that looks like cutting off certain people, including family members. Sometimes it looks like making pretty sweeping career changes.

For example, a client recently faced having to cut off her daughter. Her daughter, the epitome of a hellion, raked the client over all kinds of emotional coals throughout their 20-year relationship. The client believed she had to be there for her daughter, despite the poor treatment, because that’s “what parents should do”.

Little did she know she created the belief “that’s what parents should do” after her parents did something the client considered unconscionable.

Throughout her youth, her parents promised her they’d save for and pay for her college. But when the client was 16, the parents reneged on their promise. The client had to pay her own way. Because of this she felt her parents betrayed her. She bitterly resented their decision and that bitterness festered within her.

Prioritizing ourselves sometimes requires hard-seeming choices. (Photo by Courtney Kammers on Unsplash)

An angel disguised as a hellion

The betrayal was personal for her. So, when she had a child out of wedlock, something she didn’t want in the first place, the client swore to “make things right” by not doing to her daughter what her parents did to her.

The problem with all of that is the Universe has an amusing way of showing us all how such beliefs aren’t in our best interest. In the clients case, the Universe gave her a hellion. And boy, did this young person torture my client in so many ways!

She was making the client miserable. Little did the client realize, her daughter was an angel the client sent herself. The angel’s mission: to teach the client she has everything she needs within her, to stop blaming her parents, and to put herself first.

After weeks of learning to prioritize herself through the Positively Focused Way, the client, after one particularly harrowing conversation with her daughter, decided to put herself first. She cut her daughter off.

The relief she felt was immediate. And, as days went by, her relief grew.

Doubling down

Thirty days in, she was feeling great. But then, her old created reality, born of her belief “that’s what parents should do” reasserted itself. Her daughter reached out. The client felt pulled by her belief to reconnect. Which is what she did. This is not unusual.

Typically, when this kind of thing happens, a client will have an epiphany making their life much better. But then, old belief momentum draws them back into their old way of being, the way of being they left behind. This dynamic always shows the client why they would have been better off not letting that happen.

But there’s no way clients can get it wrong. For these kinds of “set backs” actually amplify their commitment to put themselves first. Which is exactly what happened with this client.

That reconnection was horrible. And it reminded the client what had been absent for 30 days. It also put those past 30 days of relief, peace and ease in proper perspective. She wanted more of that. So she doubled down on cutting her daughter off.

The way to relief

Two weeks after her recommitment her husband said something remarkable over dinner.

“You seem really happy,” the client said her husband said. The client told her husband she did feel happy, happier than she had in decades. The husband credited that return to happiness to his wife cutting her daughter off. But the client knew it was primarily because she was putting herself first and that caused her to make a choice she otherwise would not have been able to do.

A week later, her husband once again noticed.

“It’s so good seeing you so happy,” he said. The client replied that she was returning to the self she knew before her daughter “happened”.

Now, it’s not that the client dislikes her daughter. She loves her and wants the best for her. But she realizes that, to be happy, she must put herself first. And when she does that, she thrives. And as she thrives, eventually, so will her daughter. That must happen because the client’s experience and everything in it, including her daughter, reflects back to her her inner state. Her daughter’s behavior was reflecting turmoil within the client. Turmoil born of expecting her parents to have put her first, when, obviously, they couldn’t.

Their decision not to pay for their child’s college was the right thing: they had to put themselves first. The client was making them wrong for doing what they knew was right. And so, the Universe, through her daughter, was showing the client the way to relief.

It’s all choice

And that’s the thing about realizing what comes from putting ourselves first. We realize no one is responsible for our happiness but us. And, no one can make us happy but us. Any other happiness source is fleeting, capricious and fickle. As such, such happiness sources are not in our best interest to put before the one relationship that really matters.

Meanwhile, as I mentioned before, everything in our experience improves when we do this. And so, the client’s daughter’s life must also improve, as she learns what her mother did: That she must put herself first and stop relying on her mother for her happiness…or anything else, including tuition, food and rent.

Relationships, from the Positively Focused Practice perspective, are not about people coming together, planning together, working out problems, coming up with solutions together, compromising, and investing in and extracting from each other what they need, all while claiming to love one another. Rather, each person is 100 percent responsible as a creator for creating the best version of their life and any relationship for THEMSELVES.

When they do that, the whole world improves, but only for that person. In the meantime, those choosing a different life way fade out of that person’s experience. Then those reflecting the person’s choice show up as reflections of that made choice.

This explains why so much variety in life experience exists. It’s not luck. Nor is it fate. What it is is people choosing, either deliberately or not, then the world reflecting the nature of that choice.

It’s all about unconditional love

This means, first cultivating a strong relationship with one’s self is paramount. When that happens, life reflects back to the person only the best things in life, because that’s just what happens when one puts themselves first.

Then, and only then, can a person create better versions of life AND better versions of people in their lives. They create versions of people by coming into the presence of another with their relationship with themselves so secure, that that other person has no choice but to reflect back to the creator a version of them matching what’s going on in the creator.

And when the creator achieves that, sees the person exhibiting the version of themselves the creator envisioned, and then revels in that, the manifestation of evidence of their creation, then that person being created feels that reveling as unconditional love for them. And that changes that person irreparably.

That’s why selfishness is so important. It can literally change human relationships. It does that through love, which is what ourselves have in abundance for us.

And that’s how we can influence others in the best way. “Influence” happens whether we know we’re doing it or not. Unfortunately, for most of us, we’re using that influence by recreating versions of people we don’t like, by complaining about their behavior, wishing they were someone that they’re not, or complaining in general.

Meanwhile the one relationship that empowers us to have a different experience of all we experience awaits us. That relationship is all unconditional love. And when we prioritize that relationship, we become that: Unconditional love.

The World Just Gets Better and Better

TL;DR: The author shares an example of a client who created so much evidence “Wishful Thinking” works, the client moved into greater trust and belief that “you create your reality” is accurate. The author then asserts everyone can experience their Charmed Life: a life where they create any experience they want, through the Positively Focused Way.

Every time a client texts me with wonderful manifestation results, I delight in the receipt. That’s because I know when they send me such messages, they’re having the time of their lives. It’s also delightful because their manifestations amplify my own trust in this “you create your reality” business, aka (by some) “Wishful Thinking”.

When some people use that “Wishful Thinking” moniker, they’re being pejorative. They don’t believe this “you create your reality” business is real. They believe that because this “you create your reality” business is working for them. It’s just reflecting back to them the manifestation of their belief: that this “you create your reality” business doesn’t work, is pseudoscience or new age quackery.

The jokes on them though because this “you create your reality” business is working, just like it does for me and all my clients. I love that!

But I love more when clients text me with their wonder. That’s what I’m writing about today.

Beliefs defending themselves

This past week a client finds himself as wonder-filled as I am. Except, he’s finding himself so dumbfounded by his manifestation results, he sometimes slips into disbelief.

I love when that happens too because it means that client finds himself in a Belief Confrontation. A Belief Confrontation is when All That Is shows us something at odds with our beliefs. When that happens, the juxtaposition of our belief, and the reality we’re experiencing at that moment, is so jarring, our belief “defends” itself.

Our belief doesn’t put up its dukes and get into a fist-fight with the reality. It’s not human after all. But the energy and momentum comprising our belief is strong. And that strong momentum, when confronted with another momentum of energy or vibration, experiences a kind of polarity push. Kind of like when you try putting two magnets together and they resist one another.

When that polarity push happens in a human, the human feels an emotion. Typically the emotion is negative. That negative emotion comes on instantaneously and can feel so strong it can compel the human into a psychologically defensive stance. They’ll resist that which doesn’t accord with their beliefs. Or they might willfully ignore it.

Our civilization is full of examples illustrating this process underway. And it’s underway all the time, everywhere.

It really works

After clients get some of the Positively Focused Way practice under their belt, force accompanying Belief Confrontations ease, allowing the client to feel the force without it taking them over. That’s what happened with this client. He deserves some praise because he’s significantly soothed his Belief Confrontations around the fact that he’s in the driver’s seat of his life, no one else, and that he can create any life he wants.

So when he texted me, he briefly expressed some disbelief, but followed that up with a string of evidence showing this “you create your reality” business works. And that balance — between the brief disbelief and the litany of evidence — amplified within him his growing momentum aligning with the belief that “this “you create your reality” business really works!”

Here’s what he texted me:

A client amplifying his belief in this “you create your reality” business by sharing his powerful results.

There’s no evidence proving this “you create your reality” business doesn’t work. Even for those who think it doesn’t work, it’s working. Again, it’s working by showing those people a reality in which their belief “‘you create your reality business’ doesn’t work”, doesn’t work. Because that’s what they believe!

But for those willing to soften that belief, those people’s worlds will increasingly show them that this “you create your reality” business does work. And as that evidence grows, the person will come into their own power. The power they knew they had when they first incarnated as human.

The Charmed Life

We all came here in our human experiences to enjoy our creative power. We all are incipient gods becoming more in a framework we create as a part of the consciousness of All That Is. That sure sounds like a circular statement. But that’s only because All That Is is circular in its awareness and purpose.

All That Is is all about one thing: knowing itself through expanding its awareness of itself. That’s its purpose. And it joyfully prosecutes that purpose. We are physical expressions of All That Is seeking to expand its self-awareness. As such, we too can joyfully create our experiences as we move through our human lives.

We don’t have a choice about the expansion or the experience. But we do have a choice in how that experience happens, what’s included in it and what’s not, and how much we enjoy that experience. That’s our innate gift we give ourselves.

And when we choose to deliberately create experiences which bring us joy, then our human experience just gets better and better. Just as my clients are seeing in their lives…and I’m seeing in mine. It’s the Charmed Life. And it’s available to everyone.

How “Wishful Thinking” Creates “Fuck Yeah!” Results

Photo by Frank Leuderalbert on Unsplash

TL;DR: The author tells how a client, who is a musician, relaxed in the face of a cancelled gig and, as a result of that relaxation, created a surprising and delightful outcome. The author also says “wishful thinking” is real, and can be used to create extraordinary lives, but only for those who know how it works.

Holy smokes. I might as well turn this series into a permanent thing. So many clients are getting happy results from their “wishful thinking”.

“Wishful thinking”, of course, is not what I call it. I call it the Positively Focused Way. “Wishful thinking” is what people who don’t know anything about what they’re talking about call this “you create your reality business.”

They’ve never tried it. Or if they have, they’ve done so under shoddy conditions, conditions which were bound to have them fail. Or they’ve tried it without someone helping them figure out how the “business” works, so they missed it actually working.

Meanwhile, lots of people, under the right circumstances and under a someone who knows this “business” are finding happy lives and happy life results putting this “wishful thinking” to work.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve written about two examples. You can read those stories here and here. I still have two more to share. This one is short but really sweet.

Let’s get to it.

In disbelief dreams are uncomfortable

This client I’ll call “Gus”. He’s been practicing this “you create your reality business” for 14 weeks. Through weekly sessions and the homework, he’s learning that the Positively Focused Way produces astonishing outcomes, just like I promise. Just like AbrahamSeth, Neville Goddard and many others promise also.

Gus is a musician. He performs covers at his local famers’ market. Like many musicians, he dreams about becoming successful and playing before thousands. However, Gus’ beliefs, like many, many artists of all kinds, block that success. Even though he’s already created that success for himself —  that success awaits Gus in a probable future reality —  which can be his future as soon as he lines up with it.

But 15 weeks ago, Gus didn’t realize any of this. That’s why he avoided his dreams. Thinking about them was too uncomfortable. Whenever he fantasized about being famous, his old beliefs would say “get real!” “be realistic!” and “grow up!” Then he’d imagine the thousands of artists, maybe hundreds of thousands, that aren’t successful at their art.

That lack of success he saw as his future. No wonder his dreams made him uncomfortable. He didn’t believe they’re possible.

Our itches will lead to joy

It’s true, of course, that many, many artists aren’t successful, if you measure success by how much income they get from their art. Yet, even by that measure, there are plenty who are successful. The only thing differentiating the latter from the former are the two groups’ beliefs.

That’s right. It’s not talent, contacts, “lucky breaks” or any other factor keeping a person from whatever success they want. The only thing doing that is what the person thinks and believes about being successful.

For example, Gus can not fathom how he could replace his current six-figure salary he gets working at a utility company. The reason why he can’t fathom it is because it’s not Gus’ job to figure out how that happens. That’s the Universe’s job. Gus’ job is to line up with his desire, feel good in doing that, which tells him something really important, then watch as the Universe delivers the probable future in which he swaps his utility salary for a performing one.

In the meantime, Gus hits farmers’ markets and the occasional spot gig to scratch the itch. Yes, it’s an itch. We know we have desires because those things catch our attention from time to time. They’re our Broader Perspective encouraging us in the direction of our joy.

But most of us will ignore those itches. Or worse; we’ll talk ourselves out of them in favor of living in “the real world” as one reader of my stories calls it.

Life just gets better and better

The thing is, there IS NO REAL WORLD out there. The only world we exist in is the world reflecting back to us our thoughts and beliefs. And if we believe that that world is full of disappointment and things we must confront and struggle against…well that is the world we see and experience.

Meanwhile, there are a ton of people living in other worlds. Worlds where life is easy. Where life is good. Worlds where people are happy and joyful. And in their happiness and joy, they’re getting everything they want effortlessly.

Gus is figuring out how to turn his current world into the world you just read about. It all starts with “wishful thinking”. When a person starts thinking wishful, their world instantly starts changing. Actually, what’s really happening is, the person begins phasing out of their current probable now, and phasing into an adjacent probable now. One aligned with all their desires. One where probable futures connected to that probable now contain all they desire. So the person’s life gradually gets better and better.

It doesn’t happen over night because this “you create your reality” business isn’t magic. But consistency and application of easy processes makes the phasing happen effortlessly.

The wife creates a better Gus

Gus started using those processes 14 weeks ago. In doing so, the Universe showed him all the beliefs he holds which keeps him in the reality he currently is reflecting back to himself. I won’t go into those details, but suffice it to say it was a life he didn’t want. It was so unsatisfying, he left his wife and considered killing himself.

Meanwhile, his wife, a 65-week client, used this “you create your reality business” to create a better version of Gus. As a result of her focus and intention, Gus changed his mind about killing himself, moved back into his marriage and is seeing that marriage blossom.

In fact, it was evidence his wife was producing in her way of being that had Gus try the Positively Focused Way in the first place. And she became a client because she saw her mother radically transform. Her mother is a 174-week client. The mom’s son also is a client. In fact, her mother’s intention and focus was that her children would begin practicing too. That’s happened.

So this “wishful thinking” stuff is powerful. It delivers everything one wants. Including ideal versions of people we interact with.

Ok, back to Gus.

As Gus’ wife’s experience shows, there’s something behind this “you create your reality” business. (Photo by Frank Leuderalbert on Unsplash)

Vibration attracts

He sent me an audio recording last week. It was two days after our session. He was super-stoked about what happened and wanted to share “the cool experience” he just had.

Gus said he had a gig scheduled at a local bar. But the owner called him to tell him they needed to cancel.

“They didn’t have enough patronage to cover what me playing there would incur for them,” he said in his message. Gus described how he used the Positively Focused Way to manage his emotions about this message. That’s crucial if one wants to have what one wants.

That’s because emotions act like a compass. They tell us in what direction we’re headed relative to our goals. Negative emotions tell us we’re heading in the opposite direction, generally speaking. Positive ones do the opposite. Emotions happen as a result of thoughts we think. Most people don’t understand this. They think emotions happen as a result of something that happens outside us.

That’s not what’s happening.

Emotions are physical manifestations of vibrational focus.

We are all energy that is aware. Like all energy, we vibrate and our vibration attracts. We set our vibration through focus and that focus creates thought, which is a forward evolution of vibration. Hold that thought long enough and it will manifest as an emotion. Keep holding that thought and the thought will manifest as physical reality becoming the reflection of the vibration we’re holding “in” us.

When it does that, most people will see the physical manifestation and think it happened randomly or coincidentally. That’s because they don’t know what you just read.

Events are not random nor coincidental.

The “fuck yeah” manifestation happens

All physical manifestation happens from our focus. And when we focus on what we don’t want, that’s what shows up in physical reality – which again is just a reflection of our inner vibrational state.

Ok, back to Gus’ message:

“I didn’t react [negatively],” he continues. “I was just like ‘hey, that makes sense, I’ll see you on the next one. It’s all good! I wasn’t feeling disappointed at all. It would have been cool to play and have engagement with those folks, but it will happen again.”

Not being upset, again, was critical. Gus did well here. It’s no surprise then what happened next.

The next day, Gus gets a text from someone who also plays at the farmers market. Gus describes what they said:

“[The message said], I have this person that wants me to play music for a private party but I can’t do it the day they’re looking for. Are you available and interested?” Gus explained.

Gus continued: “Long story short, I am going to play this gig for these people, and it’s going to be for more than [what I would make at the cancelled gig], for less time, and it’s amazing and I just wanted to share that all of this shit is so good; my feeling about [negative energy] and just like, vibrational alignment and stuff, I’m just watching all these things that are coming back to me…and it’s just like you said about thinking about [reality] like a game. It’s all free flowing, there are always other opportunities…Fuck yeah!”

It’s all a happy game

Gus’ experience is typical of all my clients. The world of “wishful thinking” is the world everyone wants to live. It creates “fuck yeah!” experiences all the time. But if we think “wishful thinking” is stupid, or that it’s “not a life strategy” like many, many people do, including that person who commented on my previous post, then such people live in lives that, in her words, suck.

I’m happy I don’t live in that world. My clients are finding new, happier worlds than that one exist too. One by one, they’re finding this “you create your reality business” not only results in happy worlds and happy lives, they allow one to live in any world one wants to live in.

That’s because we all are divine, eternal beings enjoying a human existence. One we tailor ongoingly to our desires through vibrational focus. For many, their existence comes filled with some of what they want and a lot of what they don’t want.

But that’s because they aren’t using the “you create your reality business” deliberately. Instead, they’re doing it unconsciously. So they don’t get what they want; they get what they focus on. And a lot of people focus more on what they don’t want than what they want.

When they start doing the latter though….wow. For those people, the world becomes, in Gus’ words a happy “fuck yeah!” game.

How “Wishful Thinking” Actually Creates Results People Love

(Photo by Dayne Topkin and Mohamed B. on Unsplash)

TL;DR: The author offers another example of a client proving to himself that “wishful thinking” actually works.

I recently started a short series of stories – testimonials really – of how clients used “wishful thinking” to create magnificent manifestations. I’m using the term “wishful thinking” because that’s how people describe this “you create your reality business” when they have no clue about it; how it works, why it works or why EVERYTHING in physical reality happens through that seemingly simple phrase.

Those who know that this “business” is the basis of the Universe call it something other than “wishful thinking”. Abraham calls it “Law of Attraction”. Seth says “you create your reality”. Neville Campbell says “reality springs from your wonderful imagination”.

How ever those who know describe it, it’s inevitable, meaning, there’s no way to avoid the accuracy of these statements. That’s because it IS how the Universe works. And those who tap into that awareness become powerful creators; while the rest of us bump around creating reality unconsciously. That explains why so much suffering and tragedy exists in the world today.

In the last post I talked about “Kevin”, a comedian now living his dream. This time, let’s look at a client “Jake”, and his example.

It’s not magic

Now Jake’s story will be different from Kevin’s because Jake’s experience shows an important aspect of this “you create your reality” business. It shows that even when one creates their reality deliberately, it’s not magic.

In other words, things don’t just instantly pop into reality as though reality manifests on a blank slate. No, we all instantly begin creating the moment we’re born – well before that actually – and as we do that, our reality springs into our awareness. When that happens, we all tend to focus on that physical manifestation, which then amplifies and makes it more “real”. Momentum ensues and soon, to us, it seems reality comes first, then we say that reality is “how it is”. And that reinforces realities we see, thus creating more of what we’re observing.

It’s no wonder then why we begin thinking or believing what we see is “true”. But it’s not “true”. It’s just what’s been created. When we want to create something new, however, we must first sooth away the prior momentum that’s creating our “how it is”. Because of this, it can take some time before our new reality emerges from our “how it is” — our past creations — which we interpret as present reality.

So we must be patient with our new manifestations. Or, we can look for evidence of their emergence where evidence first exists. That’s right, evidence our new manifestations are happening shows up immediately. But we must know where to look to see that evidence.

Most don’t know where to look so they don’t see it. Then they conclude this “you create your reality” business doesn’t work. But it does work. Every time.

“Wishful thinking” works. But only if you know how it works (Photo by Dayne Topkin)

Our beliefs create our world

Like Kevin, Jake is an artist. Jake is multi-disciplinary though. He writes novels and short stories. He composes music and also performs on piano too.

But Jake, like Kevin, also harbored extreme negative beliefs about his life, mostly stemming from his childhood. I cannot over state how negative his beliefs were. Those early-stage beliefs, again, reflected back to him in a unique-to-Jake way: Jake could never get people to take his artistic expression seriously. Every time he would put out something – music or words – he’d get crickets in return.

He also struggled to keep a job and therefore a steady income. And his relationship with women was poor…at best.

In time, his frustration about all this and more tumbled into blame. He blamed everything, not only about his life, but about the world itself, primarily on capitalism and how, in his words, it forces people to earn a living thereby giving no one a chance to express their authentic, artistic selves. Nevermind that there are literally thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people doing that worldwide, with many of those people earning quite good incomes! Especially in capitalism.

But that’s the thing about being human. We can’t experience a world outside our beliefs, beliefs that create the world we experience. Our beliefs literally blind us to experiences not fitting our beliefs. So Jake couldn’t see evidence proving his beliefs as not-necessarily-true.

Frustration turns to bitterness

So when Jake first came to me almost five years ago, he was in a strong, bitter, blaming state. His marriage was ending. He was having an affair and he was broke.

None of those are impediments to the Universe giving us what we want, however. In a short time, after lining up with our Broader Perspective, we can turn even the most dire circumstances around. That’s what Jake did.

Again, it took him a while. That’s because Jake, like many people, for a long time used “doing” and trying to “make it happen” to get “success”. He believed “doing” was what would bring him what he wants. That doesn’t work though, when our beliefs run counter to what we want. In other words, doing isn’t powerful enough to overcome beliefs drawing to us what we believe. And if we believe we aren’t worthy enough to deserve what we want, no amount of doing will give that to us.

That’s why so many people, especially many artists, don’t succeed. It’s not because their art isn’t good or that there are a lot of other artists or that they don’t have the right connections.

They don’t succeed because they don’t believe they deserve success. In other words they feel unworthy, like many, many people. The right connections and the people who will appreciate one’s art come easily when we line up with the success that already is ours. We “line up” by seeing our lives the way our Broader Perspectives do. That’s what Jake learned over those five years.

Now, mind you, Jake is over 63. So he’d been practicing disempowering beliefs around his art for five plus decades. Compartively, five years is no time at all. And it took that little time for him to create what happened next.

The turnaround begins

After giving up doing and instead focusing on being aligned with his Broader Perspective, Jake gradually let go of trying to “make it happen”. He stopped trying to make people or demand that people appreciate his artistic expression. Jake gave up trying to find a publisher for his books too, as well as trying to find someone who would play his compositions.

In giving all that up, Jake allowed the Universe to do all that work. He relaxed into enjoying his creative expression for the sake of the expression rather than seeing it as the path to financial fortune. As he did that, his creative juices flowed and his output increased dramatically.

Doing that also got Jake out of the way. That’s when he started seeing signs the Universe was on his side, which it always was.

One day, the local newspaper called Jake. The reporter wanted to do an article on a composition he was going to perform at a concert in town. To Jake this came “out of the blue”. But this small form of notoriety resulted from Jake soothing his negative momentum.

But wait, there’s more!

Instead of just reporting on the concert, the reporter did a complete story about Jake…and all the creative things he’s up to including his books. Jake had never had that kind of publicity.

But then it got even better.

About a month later, a music teacher at the local college reached out to tell Jake he was teaching one of Jake’s scores in his class. Jake doesn’t remember how the teacher got the music piece. He called me one day in his car outside the college. Jake was taking a break from hearing the practice. Weeks later, the class performed the piece in concert:

“Jake’s” piece performed.

Tides turning?

The orchestra also played several pieces from other local composers, but members of the audience told Jake they liked his best. Of course, Jake was over the moon. But this is just what happens when people relax and line up with their Broader Perspective. More and more of what they want comes, in effortless, delightful and surprising ways. Then even more stuff starts happening.

And that’s exactly what happened with Jake. That’s when the really big thing happened. Or at least it seemed that way.

Jake has paid hundreds of dollars in trying to get his writing published. Many unscrupulous purveyors of publishing scams have taken his money as a result. That’s just what happens when our beliefs tell us the world is unfair: we create those experiences as reflections of our thoughts.

These things happen so we can see what we’re creating, then use those as vibrational, navigational aids to chart a better-feeling course. By this time, Jake had given up on trying to make his writing successful. Months passed without him mentioning trying to get publicity for his work, which I presumed meant he wasn’t doing anything about his writing other than enjoying writing.

Then, again, seemingly out of the blue, Jake got an email.

The email was from a literary agency. It begins with “[We] would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on receiving a commendation for your book [title of one of Jake’s books] from our Book Scouts.” It goes on to explain how the agency works and inviting Jake to a conversation about the agency representing his literary work. Best of all, the email explains the agency is a commission-based firm.

It is law

For Jake’s that was big. That’s because in all his attempts at doing or trying to make it happen, he believed he always had to pay people to represent him. I knew this is not the standard way agents work. Real agents take a commission on jobs they land for those they represent. But Jake’s beliefs didn’t allow him to rendezvous with such agents. Why? Because he didn’t believe he deserved such representation. He has a LOT of momentum behind that belief.

Jake expressing shock that it’s really happening with no effort on his part.

Notice he didn’t have to “work” at “deserving representation”, nor do ANY of us need to work at deserving what we desire. The moment we desire something IT’S OURS.

PERIOD.

What we do have to do, however, is line up with the receiving of our desire. How? By relaxing, enjoying life the best we can and appreciating what is. Then, in time, we must receive that which we desire. As Abraham says: “It’s Law”.

The agent email came early last week [at the time of writing this]. Later in the week something happened that shows an important element of this “you create your reality business.” Let’s take a look at that because it causes many people to miss out on the full-blown manifestation of their desire.

A temporary “SNAFU”

The agent set a phone appointment that same week. As the day approached, Jake was excited. I didn’t hear from him until after the day of the call. Here’s what he wrote:

Notice a couple things about this message. The phone service going down on this exact day was no coincidence. His dominant existing momentum of beliefs and his still strong sense of unworthiness about his creative expression caused the phone service to go down. This was a crucial moment. A moment for Jake to double-down on the joy of rendezvousing with an agent. It was not the time to get all poopy about this seeming communication mishap. That’s because it’s not a communication mishap. It’s an opportunity to double-down on what he wants!

Notice also the doubt he expresses about this being real or not. This also is his dominant belief, stemming from so many times where he got scammed. It’s also key to what happened next. So this is how I replied. It’s a gentle admonishment that landed as I intended:

Thankfully, Jake trusts what I offer, which he should after five years! Here’s his response, wherein he comes up with better-feeling explanations for the disconnect:

As you read, they’ve rescheduled.

Due diligence uncovers something important.

In the next week, more happened showing Jake exactly where he is relative to his desires and his creations. The agent and Jake talked live via phone call. But something bothered Jake. Something, he said, wasn’t right.

So he started doing, in his words, “my due diligence”. He looked into details of the company, the website and the agency location. What he found wasn’t encouraging. Many of the links on the website went nowhere. The company wasn’t listed (by that name) on any New York registries.

Then, in a follow-up conversation, the agent stipulated that Jake would need to pay a large sum of money as a retainer to move forward. By then Jake had a strong sense this wasn’t what it appeared to be.

But his response was excellent. He recognized that his beliefs, expressed in the text above, that this wasn’t real, pointed to something he wanted to know. Not that this was not a real deal, but that his dominant beliefs remain on “I’m not worthy of getting what I want”.

When Jake realized this, he wasn’t disappointed. In fact, he was proud of how positive he was about all this. “In the past something like this would have sent me into a rage,” he said. “But I’m feeling pretty good that I did my due diligence.”

Indeed, all successful people have, as a part of their professional tool box, the ability to do their due diligence. This wasn’t a set back. It was an opportunity for Jake to develop important skills, so when the real offer comes, he’ll be able to appreciate it.

But most important, Jake is continuing to soothe his disbelief. And in the wake of that soothing, he’s discovering a gradual, steady stream of manifestations, manifestations he’s been wanting for a while.

It comes gradually

Jake’s story is not an isolated incident. All my clients are discovering they are blessed, that the Universe showers them with reflections of what they emanate, and that getting what they want is easy. All they need to do is align their “emanation” – their vibration – with what they’re wanting instead of what they’re not.

When they do that, gradually, life tunes to that new emanation. Then their experience of life gradually includes everything they want. It doesn’t come all at once. That would be overwhelming. Instead, it happens in a wonderful cadence, one in which we can revel, savor and enjoy the unfolding.

I wrote before about Kevin’s wonderful coming into his comedic dream. Jake’s trajectory is no different. Both are long-term clients who started with really strong, super-negative belief momentum. And in a relatively short time, they both are now living their creative dreams.

I still have two more stories to tell. But they must wait for the next installment!

This Is How “Wishful Thinking” Really Works

Photo by Michel Grolet on Unsplash

TL;DR: The author asserts that the concept of “wishful thinking” is the basis of how the Universe works. They give an example of a client’s experience, someone who once considered killing themselves, but now is living a life they love. The author then suggests readers reconsider what they think “wishful thinking” is.

A lot of people call what I teach “wishful thinking”. They’re not being complimentary when they call it that.

I take it as a compliment though. I know “wishful thinking” works. When people use that phrase, they don’t really know what they’re talking about. Usually that’s because such people have never tried out this “You create your reality” business. Or, they have, but sabotaged the test. So they think this “business” doesn’t work.

But it does work 100 percent of the time. That’s why I’m stoked this week. I’m stoked because my clients are stoked. So many produced amazing (to them) manifestations showing them they create their realities. As a result all are amazed their “wishful thinking” produced exactly what they wished for.

Of course, I’m not amazed. This is just how the Universe works for each and every one of us.

But to see it working that way, we must believe that’s what’s happening. Otherwise we get what we see. That’s why “I believe it when I see it” cuts so many people off from a wonderful life. Being realistic, being serious, growing up and being an adult creates sucky lives. It’s better to “see it because I believe it”, like a child does. Then, we open the door and all we wish for flows into our lives.

Let’s take a look at the wonderful things clients produced this week and why I’m so stoked with their results. In this first of several posts, I’ll share Kevin’s story and how he went from wanting to kill himself to living his dreams.

Curmudgeon creates suck

Interestingly, all but one of these clients are long-timers. Two are going on their fourth year as clients. The third is on her second year. What’s also interesting is, the long-timers both started with extremely negative world-views. As a result, they had extremely negative lives.

And that’s just how it works. We can’t enjoy happy lives while being a curmudgeon about life. Negative beliefs about life create corresponding life experiences. The negativity needn’t be that strong either. Pessimism about life in general or a vague sense of annoyance about life or things in it – people, our political leaders, the climate – will give us lives that suck.

Of course, for most people that sucky life will just feel normal. That’s because such people grow accustomed to such a life. They don’t realize life is supposed to be fun and joyful, with everything we’re wanting happening in our lives all the time. Instead, they come to expect that things going wrong sometimes, is just normal. It’s not.

And, the longer we hold to that idea, the more momentum that focus gains. It’s no wonder then that many in old age face debilitating diseases and chronic pains. These aren’t the result of old age. They are the result of a long time suffering negative world views. I’m preparing a whole separate blog about the connection between thoughts and physical illnesses, a connection which science is [finally] acknowledging exists. Illness doesn’t come from no where. Our thoughts create them. Just like they create everything else we experience.

It’s not magic

Changing those negative world views and their corresponding momentum requires persistence and commitment. Creating our reality isn’t magic. We don’t go from unsatisfying life to joyful life in an instant. We first must soothe that negative momentum created from years of persistent negative thinking and believing. The good news is, soothing that old momentum doesn’t take as long as it took to create it. Forty or fifty years of chronic negative thinking can turn around quickly. But it doesn’t happen overnight. As I said, this “you create your reality” business isn’t magic.

That’s what these advanced clients are finding. And though it’s not magic, results they’re getting sure seem magical. It seems that way because none of these clients did ANYTHING in the world of action to create what you’re about to read. Instead, the Universe did it all for them. It did that as an expression of how worthy each of these clients are.

You are just as worthy. And since the Universe has unlimited creative capacity, you can enjoy any life you want. All that’s required is you lining up with it. Just like these clients did.

Now let’s take a look at the first client’s experience.

From suicide to stage

The first client I’m going to call Kevin. Kevin’s been a client more than four years. About three years in, he let his ego get the best of him and quit the practice in anger. He thought he could do the practice better without a guide. And while some can, most people cannot. Which explains why so many who try to prove to themselves this practice doesn’t work, get that result. Guidance from someone who knows how the practice works is essential.

(Above) “Kevin” realizing having guidance is essential. (Below) Kevin reacting to a session we had shortly after his return. This practice is powerful. It puts us in the driver’s seat of our lives better than anything I know.

When he first came to me, he struggled with suicidal ideation. That came from interpreting his childhood experiences in really negative ways, ways that had him hating himself. That caused all kinds of follow-on life experiences which reflected back to him his self-loathing. So much so, Kevin wanted to end it all.

But Kevin also came into the world to express leading edge human experience. His particular expression is on-stage performance. As an early-stage emerging comedian, he feels alive and invigorated. But his disempowering beliefs about his past and his doubling-down on negative interpretations of the follow-on life experiences had him instead indulging in drinking, whoring, pornography and angrily confronting and blaming friends and family until he found himself pretty much alone.

All the while he never developed a comedy routine.

Kevin’s destiny is being on stage. But first he had to create a better life-experience, which means thinking better-feeling thoughts. (Photo by Felix Mooneeram on Unsplash)

Transformed right before my eyes

All that started changing in the first part of our time to gather. But in the second half, Kevin was really ready. Changes came quite quick. Before long, my Broader Perspective told me he was ready to get on stage as a comedian for the first time. A little encouragement from me had him start preparing a five minute routine.

Some false starts ensued as his old negative momentum asserted itself. That happening is just part of the path. Old momentum asserting itself can act as booster rockets propelling us toward our desire. Most people don’t understand this though, so when old momentum asserts itself, most people will double-down on that, thus creating futures consistent with that old momentum.

For example, Kevin worried what people would think about his comedy. He worried about his mother’s criticism of him being a comedian. She told him he should stop dreaming and get a real job. These worries had Kevin doubt his path and believe his mother, which made him feel like shit, because he’s not meant to work a “real job”. With some help, Kevin figured this out.

So instead of collapsing into his old momentum and giving up on his dream, Kevin leaned in to his dream. By our next session, he read me a two minute version and….OMG…it was spectacular! It was funny, insightful, and relevant. Most of all it was hilarious. But what was really remarkable was how Kevin’s demeanor shifted as he read the routine. He became a totally different person! He was invigorated, excited, animated. His confidence poured out of him. After reading the routine, he couldn’t stand still. He paced around his apartment full of himself.

This is exactly what it feels like being in tune with our Broader Perspective. We are literally so full of ourselves, sitting still is impossible. We want to move, express, revel and bask. That’s what Kevin did the rest of our session.

Everything is possible for everyone

In the days that followed, Kevin sent me texts about how high-flying he was. It was a remarkable shift between how he expressed himself before. Instead of spending hours at the bar or watching porn as he used to, Kevin literally poured himself into his comedy routine, extending it to five minutes. The more he worked on it, the more confident he got. Here are some texts offering progress reports:

Kevin raving about his routine.

Kevin is for sure on the path to his deepest desire. And his artistic expression shows it. But even more evident is how he’s feeling. There’s nothing better than the feeling of joy and empowerment. They are the pinnacle of what’s possible for humans. From there, everything is possible.

I’m stoked at what Kevin has done. He’s literally gone from wanting to kill himself, to now being eager to get on stage and deliver his routine. I know he’s going to knock them dead…figuratively speaking of course!

Remember, none of this is special. Kevin’s experience can be anyone’s. It is everyone’s experience, even for those wanting to kill themselves. That’s because the Universe is ALWAYS reflecting back to us what we’re creating. And it’s “wishful thinking” that gets that ball rolling.

“Wishful thinking” is justice

A reader of my stories once said this “you create your reality” business is totally unjust. They couldn’t understand how people could experience such pain and struggle she sees around her as their created reality. I told her nothing is more just than getting exactly what you’re emanating. And when one tunes their emanations such that they match their desires, they get lives full of that — their desires. Nothing can be more just than that.

People just need to realize they’re at the center of their lives, creating it as they go along, either by default or deliberately. Most are doing it by default. But everyone can do it deliberately.

Next week, we’ll look at another awesome story of another client, this one also an artist, who used “wishful thinking” in a way that the Universe delighted them.

In the meantime consider rethinking what “wishful thinking” is for you. Doing so could create a life for you that you once thought impossible.

Because everything is possible for every one of us. Including you.

Amazing: I Made The Market Do What I Want –– Again!

TLDR: The author asserts they caused the market price of a financial asset to increase solely through their thoughts about the asset. This being the second time they’ve done such a thing, the author says this validates his trust in a positive mindset. Especially when it comes to manifesting money. They compare their experience to F1 race winners explaining that while manifesting money may seem coincidental, it’s not.

It’s so fun watching my abilities improve as a deliberate creator. Abraham assures us all that anything we can imagine, we can experience as a reality. I’m living proof of that. My clients are too, but my results are astonishing. I’m even able to move markets apparently.

That’s right. A few weeks ago, I wrote about how I focused my intention so that a financial market would do what I want. Well, a week or so after I did that, I did it again! That’s what this story is about. It’s a followup offering even more proof that we can create any reality we want. We only need focus ourselves into a world of positive thinking.

The Positively Focused Way creates that kind of focus. In time, anyone can realize they create their reality. Once enough evidence piles up, they not only get that it’s true they create their reality, but they get more bold about creating the reality they want.

Then they can do literally anything. Including move financial markets.

Let’s dive in and see how I did it myself…again.

Some background

In that previous experience, I wanted a deeper position on a financial asset I owned. But the current price didn’t allow me to take the position for the price I wanted. So I set an intention that the price would drop to the point where I could take the position for the amount I wanted to spend.

That’s what happened, of course. I wouldn’t be writing this post or the previous one if it didn’t happen! As soon as I took my deeper position, the price when right back up. It was uncanny!

The last time I moved the market. The arrow points to the massive drop I created so I could deepen my position. Then the rebound happened right after I did so.

After that happened, I wanted a couple more things. One, I wanted to see if I could do it again. I also wanted an even deeper position, one just a little deeper than where I was. So that’s what started all this amazingness.

The preparation

The only thing with this even deeper position was, I didn’t want to put ANY money into the deal. Now, many of my clients, when they first start out with the Positively Focused Practice, they’re stuck in figuring out how what they want to happen will happen. That’s a problem.

It’s a problem because the “how” is not our job! Our job in the universe, as a leading edge instance of All That Is, is to set our intention, then align with that intention’s results. In between those to vibrational acts, the universe goes to work. It marshals the cooperative components necessary to actualize the intention.

As we line up with all that nonphysical assembly, we get impulses to act. We also can receive impulses that sound like messages. That’s what happened to me.

One day after thinking about rounding my position out, I received a message. It wasn’t a voice or a burning bush or anything like that. It was instead a subtle “nudge” that then I interpreted as a thought. The thought was “You already have [a small position on] another asset. Intend that asset will go up, then use the gain to swap into the asset you want.”

When I got that message I perked up. I tell all my clients that such messages come in as though we didn’t think the thought. It seems like it comes out of the blue. That’s not what’s happening, but it does feel that way.

When it happens, I tell my clients, pay attention. Pay attention and take action! That’s what I did.

It happens!

The moment I got that impulse/message, I took action. Now, if you were near me at that time, you wouldn’t have thought I took action. That’s because I didn’t move an arm nor a leg. The action I took was purely vibrational. I causally, very lightly, thought about how nice it would be if the price of that other asset went up.

Then I opened my phone and set an alert on my app. A couple days later I went out on a bike ride. While enjoying the ride, I got an alert on my phone. The price went exactly where I wanted it!

My app alert clueing me in.

I stopped riding, opened my trading app. Holy moly! It went up a LOT!

The market moves according to my desire.

Then I went to my trading platform and planned out the swap. The price had gone so high there was plenty of room to make the swap and still have enough of the asset to go forward. I was stoked!

Of course I swapped the assets!

Knowing what I don’t know

Now, here’s something interesting. During all of this, something was happening with the asset I didn’t know about. I found out about it after this whole affair wound up. What happened was federal regulators were considering creating a framework around this asset that would make it easier for everyday people to trade it. Asset proponents knew if the government approved the framework that would be very good for the asset. So people with large positions on it were betting the feds would approve the framework.

That’s what they did. And that’s probably why, experts will say, the asset’s value went up.

I was totally unaware of this though. Obviously, however, in my Broader Perspective, I was aware, which explains why my Broader Perspective suggested what it did.

Now, some may say this federal decision was happening anyway and the price was bound to go up. But no, the federal decision was not a done deal. Furthermore, I knew nothing about the pending ruling.

Still, I thought about the coincidental nature of the impulse and the fed’s timing. But then another thought came up. It was about Formula One.

It’s a win regardless

I love the Netflix series Formula One: Drive To Survive. It gives a thrilling character-driven tale about how F1 happens every season. In addition to it being plain fun to watch, it’s also a great look behind the scenes.

One thing I noticed season after season is, sometimes the race winner wins because of situations not in their control. Other drivers crash, they pit at the wrong time or their team may choose to not put on fresh tires at the right time. Another thing that happens sometimes is the rules governing the race can create situations inadvertently favoring certain drivers over others.

But in all these cases, when the race ends, there’s always a winner. Does it matter how the win happened?

That’s the conclusion I came to about the fed decision and my lack of awareness of it. Yes, the fed decision was happening. But I didn’t know that when I got the message from my Broader Perspective, nor when I set the intention and the alert. I didn’t even look at the asset before I did all that.

So while some may scream “that’s just a fucking coincidence! You didn’t move the market!” I say, yeah, and the F1 winner won not because he’s a great driver, but because that other guy chose to crash at the perfect time!

The fact is: he still won. And I still got what I wanted: a deeper position without spending ANY OF MY OWN MONEY TO GET IT! LOL

Making markets do what I want

I love seeing these things happen. It’s so fun realizing my desires. But it’s even more fun participating in divine timing coming from an awareness of all that’s happening, so that when that awareness communicates to me, I can take action then enjoy the world I want.

That’s so fun. And it’s so empowering. I mean, think about it: I am now nurturing the ability to create money! That’s freaking amazing.

But why is it amazing? Money is no different than any other form of energy. And energy is subject to focus and attraction. Since I’m a focusing being of pure energy, I should be able to focus any amount of money into my experience I want.

And that’s what I’m seeing happen. It doesn’t happen overnight because I, like most people, once held very strong negative stories about many subjects. Stories which create a limited reality on the subject of money.

Money is something we all think we need. So human consciousness contains many disempowering beliefs about money. That I’ve overcome those beliefs is what’s amazing.

Those beliefs, and therefore reality, are yielding to my new beliefs and reality. I love seeing that. And that new reality includes making markets do what I want.

I Love When Entire Families Find Their True Power

TL;DR: The author describes how their spiritual client practice ripples through families, thereby creating stronger family bonds as it also creates empowered individuals. They credit Law of Attraction for creating a life where they and their clients find their true power. The same power, the author asserts, that is inherent in All That Is.

Something continuing to fascinate me as I serve clients each week is where new ones come from. Hardly any new clients come from this blog or my other social media activity. Instead, they come in a way which confirms how effective the Positively Focused Way is.

As a result of the unique way in which they come, I’m inspired; as are existing clients. That’s because evidence existing clients create for themselves are so life-changing. And when my clients’ lives change, new clients inevitably result from that.

Let’s look deeper at what I mean.

Whole families moving the same way: uncommon

Over 80 percent of my new clients are coming as a result of seeing positive changes in their family members. Family members who were clients before them. I think this is rather unusual, because family members often are those with stubborn opinions of each other. And usually those opinions aren’t always favorable.

So when one family member chooses a different path, other family members typically see such choices cynically. Family members think the choice is a fad. Or they may even think the family member is getting involved in a cult.

That’s understandable. Many such choices often fall by the wayside. Or they’re replaced by the next new, shiny path. Some family members DO join cults. So I get that family members, seeing their sibling or partner make a radical, life-altering choice, sometimes roll their eyes.

Especially if a family member latches on the laters fad or “movement”.

Now, of course, for some who make life-altering choices, many such choices stick. And for those choosing, that can be a very good thing. I don’t think it’s common, however, that other family members will see what their relative did then choose the same path. They usually stick with family tradition. Or what they’ve been told to follow by some other authority.

One person is all it takes

And this explains my fascination. Because nearly all my new clients come to me as siblings or partners of my existingclients.

For example, one client, a self-acknowledged “matriarch” of her family, started her practice with me several years ago. Changes she realized by becoming more Positively Focused were profound. I knew it and she knew it.

But what’s interesting is, her daughter saw it too. Their relationship was pretty good. But it was tinted with past baggage both carried. Baggage which flared from time to time, reigniting animosity between the two.

I won’t go into details. Suffice it to say, the daughter blamed her mother for much of what she went through, and what she’s going through today.

Changes her mother made, however, were so profound, it caused the daughter to release a lot of the blame she put at her mother’s feet. Then she wanted to know what it was her mother was doing. So she became a client.

That was a year ago. The daughter is a client. And, as a result of changes she made in her life since then, her brother and his wife both became clients. Then the daughter’s husband became a client!

The matriarch in a recent session marveled at all this. She told me what she wanted more than anything was to see her children happy. Through the practice, she’s manifested that. And, indeed, her children are much happier. That happiness is growing more and more each week.

It only takes one person to change the world. When that person becomes the change they want to see, then their world changes. That’s what happened with the matriarch. Now, those most important to her are getting what she’s getting.

Even the realistic find something

This isn’t the only example. Here’s another one: one of my clients is an entrepreneur, but was letting her limiting beliefs keep her from starting her dream business. After she became a client, that all changed. What’s more, she became happier and more thrilled about her life. Then she had a car accident that totaled her car. Then she got laid off from work.

Through these experiences her husband watched as his wife saw these things not as tragic, but perfect manifestations leading to a more powerful life for her. She became so positive, her husband thought she joined a cult. So he scheduled a free 1:1 with me. He wanted to understand what his wife got herself into.

The husband is the CTO of a major medical company. So he’s very rational and “realistic”. Successful too. Nevertheless, after that first session he decided to become a client too. That was six months ago. Today, he’s made the Positively Focused Way his own. He finds what he’s learning gives him much more empowerment around his work life, his interaction with peers and subordinates and around decisions made in the organization he thinks aren’t the best.

What’s interesting is, this guy who thought his wife joined a cult, last week told me in his 22d session that he suggested one of his long-time friends and direct reports consider becoming a client! Meanwhile, his wife’s transformation was so profound, one of her best friends also became a client. That person is now exploring the power of the dream world as well as how to leverage the power of the Universe to create a life where she’s living a major dream of hers.

A life of play

So one person’s life becoming the Charmed Life I promise all my clients sparked the transformation of her husband and a friend. I believe we’ll see more transformation from that person, the entrepreneur. That’s because the company she’s creating will employ a lot of people and serve even more. And while she grows the company, she wants to plug in what she’s learning through Positively Focused into the company culture. Yes, lots more people are going to discover the power of being Positively Focused.

These kinds of ripples have all happened in the last two years. As a result, my client roster is full. I’m no longer accepting new clients. It’s wonderful working with families, spouses, friends and siblings and see their lives and relationships dramatically improve.

All this happened without me spending a dime on advertising or marketing. I relied instead on the power of the Law of Attraction. I’ve sent out a desire to enjoy a life where money comes into it without me having to “work”. And believe me, what I do with clients isn’t work. It’s more like play. Play around a subject I love talking about: my spiritual practice, which amplifies my awareness that life is a spiritual act. A spiritual act at the heart of All That Is and its desire to know itself more.

I love knowing I’m a part of that expansion. And I love that I’ve attracted people who resonate with this practice and, as a result, are creating their joyful versions of what I’ve created for me.

Nothing compares to finding one’s true power. Except maybe when your family members do too.

Life Can Be Filled Only With Great, Awesome Things

Photo by Robina Weermeijer on Unsplash

TLDR: The author asserts that brainwashing is a good thing. Ridding the brain of negative beliefs creates a corresponding increase in positive experiences, says the author, until life becomes an ongoing, ever-getting-better experience.

“In every life a little rain must fall.”

“Life isn’t all rainbows and butterflies.”

“We must take the good with the bad.”

Certainly these “pearls of wisdom” sound familiar. For sure we can think of many others. They all convince people that they must accept the facts: There will always be experiences they won’t like.

What’s curious is, those who don’t accept these beliefs don’t experience experiences they don’t like.

That’s right. Some, to use another pearl of wisdom “have their head in the cloud.” Doing that, they discover what I’m writing about today: that in their life, only good shows up.

Yep. That’s right. Life needn’t contain a SINGLE negative thing. Hard to believe but it’s 100 percent true. I should know: I’m living that life. My clients are increasingly doing the same.

So how can this be? Are people who live like I live brainwashed? Are their heads in the sand? Or is something else more profound happening?

Let’s take a look.

Brainwashing: A good thing

For sure things that seem inherently bad happen. When they happen, though, are they really bad? And how do people living similar to me and my clients interpret such happenings? These are good questions.

To answer them, let’s take a look at “brainwashing”. At first is sounds like a bad thing. But, like bad things happening, maybe there’s a different way to look at that concept. Maybe there’s a more empowering way to look at “brainwashing”.

First, the word itself. “Washing” the “brain” sounds like a great thing. Is washing our bodies a bad thing? Of course not. When we bathe we’re removing dirt and grime. We’re removing old skin cells and other material from our bodies. We’re removing things we no longer want on us. After a bath or shower, we often feel refreshed. So we typically want to bathe or wash frequently.

The same can be true for washing the brain. In washing the brain, we’re removing things we don’t want in us. So what do we not want in us? Well, those who’ve shown themselves enough evidence that thoughts create reality don’t want in them thoughts creating realities they don’t want. Washing the brain, therefore, is a great thing. And, just as with bathing our bodies, after the brain is washed of those unwanted things, we feel refreshed. We feel refreshed mostly because, when thoughts creating realities we don’t want are washed away, our reality reflects that pure, clean inner state back to us. That reflection is one including only great, awesome things.

So brainwashing is a great thing. It gets a bad rap though because of the word’s common context: when an authority does it to a hapless victim.

It’s in our best interest to wash our brains. (Photo by David Maltos)

Context matters

What’s interesting though is, this common context is humans’ everyday experience. They’re constantly subjected to authorities conditioning their inner state with thoughts. Thoughts that, if they thought about them, they wouldn’t want in there.

By “authorities” I’m not only talking about bosses and politicians, teachers and parents and church leaders. I’m also referring to the media, commercial marketing, and society in general, what I call “the peanut gallery.”

I’m sure you’re familiar with most of those “authoritative” sources. But let me give you an example of how “the peanut gallery” can exert powerful influence on people’s inner state.

Two of my clients recently experienced different negative situations. While both situations are different, the origin of those situations was the same. The first client was experiencing extreme mental and emotional abuse from her daughter. I won’t give details, but, believe me, the daughter’s treatment of her mother was horrendous…by human standards. The second client struggled with his self-torment. He believed he must suffer in his marriage rather than create one that works for him. He suffered so much he contemplated killing himself. But the same origin of his suffering kept him from doing that. I’ll clarify that in a moment.

First, however, let’s look at the client with a hellion of a daughter.

A hellion of a daughter

Extremely positive reasons are responsible for my client birthing a child-devil. I won’t get into those reasons though because that’s not the point of this post. After years of this young lady savagely abusing my client, my client finally had had enough. Of course, anyone who loves themselves would have ended that relationship decades ago and handed the imp to her father.

What kept my client sticking to all this abuse? The Peanut Gallery, aka other people’s opinions. Beliefs like “A good mother never deserts her child” and “Mothers should love their children no matter what” and “You can’t leave your daughter, that would make you a bad mother” and “What kind of mother would do that?”

Now read this carefully: what’s really interesting was other people in my client’s life were telling her she should cut ties with the daughter. So where were “other people’s opinions” coming from? That’s right! They were all in my client’s head! Her own beliefs, in other words.

But they aren’t really “hers”. Well, they are, but that’s not where they came from. She allowed herself to believe these beliefs as a result of living life and allowing herself to “take in” or conclude beliefs based on her experience. Her experience with all those other authorities I mentioned above including a not-so-good upbringing from similar-minded parents.

So “the peanut gallery” typically isn’t actual people telling us what to do or not do, although it can be. It usually is, however, our own thoughts we use to judge ourselves in advance for behavior we’re inspired to take. We’re inspired to take that action because it will make life better for us. But we often talk ourselves out of taking that action.

Let’s look now at the second client.

Frozen to the point of suicide

He too, has a Peanut Gallery going on and on in his head. What he really wanted at the time was a different marriage. He considered divorce, but his Peanut Gallery wouldn’t allow that. “I have to stick it out” and “I’d be a bad person to divorce her” and “what kind of husband deserts his wife, especially one who doesn’t work and is ill?” all racked his brain.

The problem was as he stayed in the marriage, thinking thoughts amplifying his negative experience, he got to thinking about ending it all. But even there, the Peanut Gallery stopped him. Thoughts like “What would people think if I did that?” and “What would my wife do? She’d be devastated” froze him in his tracks.

Now, suicide is not a bad thing. It’s like the death penalty, which isn’t bad either. When a person dies, whether at their own hands or the hands of another, they return to nonphysical, are instantly removed from their suffering and return to a state of sublime bliss. So it makes total sense a person in deep despair, pain or other intense suffering would make that choice.

There are other ways to relieve such suffering, however, which my client now is realizing. He’s no longer thinking about leaving his marriage or killing himself. But what’s really interesting is, as he washes his brain free of his Peanut Gallery, he’s finding an interesting experience: happiness and empowerment. Even with his marriage not changing a bit.

Empowerment is intoxicating

The first client too got a glimpse of that extremely liberating state that is empowerment. After she washed her brain free of disempowering beliefs, I asked her “how would you feel after cutting ties with your daughter?”

She immediately answered with one word: “Relief”.

Now relief isn’t the greatest, but it’s a start. And after amplifying her awareness of how much better her life could be without her daughter in it, she too found herself empowered. Empowered enough to take the action.

She’s still getting ready to take that action. But more than ever before, she’s seeing not only the wisdom of that new thought, she’s also feeling more and more the empowerment that will be increasingly hers after she takes it.

Empowerment is so intoxicating. It’s rarely felt by humans. But it’s supposed to be our natural state as we move through life experience. That partly explains its intoxicating nature; it feels so good because it’s so rarely felt. Even when it’s felt for a while though, it can become addicting: once one gets a taste no other life condition will do.

And when a person lives in that state for a while, life must reflect that state back to them in the form of ever improving life situations. Is must, because that’s what life is: a reflection of our inner state.

Everything is good

And that’s why I assert that life can only contain good things. That and because I’m living the experience. My clients are living that experience too, increasingly. It all happens when we wash our brains of thoughts life reflects back to us making us see the bad things happening.

Now there are two things to note about this phenomena: one, bad things do happen. We see them every day. But those things needn’t be interpreted as bad. Being able to see them as good is possible.

For example, if you know what you’ve read here, we could say such things, when they happen, happen because the person they happen to is figuring out through life feedback how to think better. Two, just because they happen to others doesn’t mean they must happen to us. In other words, this time-space reality is filled with VARIETY. Variety of EVERYTHING. Including life experience.

Abraham sharing their wisdom.

And that’s another way we can wash our brains, thus enabling us to see only good: by recognizing that that variety is a great thing. Not only does it act as feedback for us, but it also allows us to select from the variety experiences we want to have.

Now, it takes a while to produce such a life because others have trained us into accepting that “In every life a little rain must fall” and “Life isn’t all rainbows and butterflies” and “We must take the good with the bad.” But once we wash our brains of those thoughts, we discover a new world dawning. And in that bright light of dawn we find our bliss. The bliss of empowerment.

Why Client Results Are So Powerful And Life Changing

TLDR: The author explains why every client gets the same life-changing results by practicing positivity; through the power of their improved thoughts, they prompt All That Is to reflect back to them improved lives. Then the evidently-improved lives convince them to practice more, triggering a “virtuous spiral” of life-changing improvement. The author argues every person inherently possesses the ability to create the life they desire.

A powerful reason explains why every client eventually gets near identical, consistent results through the Positively Focused practice. It’s because the practice is based on how the Universe actually works.

It’s based on how the Universe actually works and how humans interpret being in it. Essentially what the practice does is lessen influence coming from beliefs contrary to how the Universe works. When that happens, the results promised show up automatically.

That’s because they’re already there, happening automatically. But contrary beliefs will conceal them. Or they cause the automatic function to create experience confirming those beliefs. When that happens, people get confused about what’s happening.

And when that happens, people become hopelessly inured to believing the physical world is separate from them.

Interpreting through he best narratives possible

They’ll think the Universe is separate from them and a random collection of events. Some will believe this life is all we have. Still others may believe they can’t have what they want because the world is random and beyond their control. The’ll see only evil people getting what they want; often at the expense of others. So they’ll conclude life is not fair.

Underlying all those inaccurate beliefs operates a highly consistent system comprising All That Is. That system is biased towards great abundance, positivity and joy. And it will deliver anything a point of consciousness focuses on because of that. Even if that consciousness— a human for example — consistently focuses on what it doesn’t want, that’s what the All That Is will deliver.

Which argues for interpreting this reality in the most positive narratives possible.

In the Positively Focused practice we show people how to do that, among other things. As they master this, they uncover their divinity: their powerful ability to create reality then comes under their conscious control. Then they realize that, no, reality is NOT separate from them, nor is it random.

From there everything is possible.

Questions holding people back

This process can be diagrammed. In graphic form it appears very simple. At mastery levels, it sure looks simple. But in practice, that simplicity only comes with consistent, determined practice. It’s not “hard work”. But it does take applying one’s in self every moment.

The diagram below shows the trajectory common to all clients. It starts with accepting that one has many vibrational frequencies serving to dampen one’s natural high speed vibration. Along or associated with this dampening effect are thoughts common to nearly all beginners.

They come out as questions and objections, usually about topics beginners aren’t ready to fully understand. They ask, for example, how is it that a human would choose to be born with a life-shortening disease. Or, why would someone choose to be born in war-torn countries. Clients usually also hold disempowering thoughts about money, thoughts that bind them to the working world; because they believe money only comes from jobs, and that they must trade their time or intelligence in a job to get money.

These questions and disempowering beliefs nearly everyone holds. But beginning Positively Focused clients, when they start looking at life through the practice, begin questioning those assumptions. When they do, interesting things start happening.

(1) Clients start in a status quo life. This life contains some of what they want and some of what they don’t want. But their dreams, those things they really want, remain elusive. (2) Then they start the Positively Focused practice. From there, (3) evidence is almost immediate. That evidence triggers improved moods, which trigger more evidence of improved lives (4). Along this point (5) life begins dramatically improving, and that improvement is never ending, nor does it have an upper limit. Here also is where clients begin soothing their fear of death (6). Evidence is overwhelming that they are eternal. Life gets better and better, and dreams they had once given up on become realized. Gradually, clients’ lives take on the magical quality I call the Charmed Life (9).

The fear of death

The biggest challenge is people’s fear of death. That fear expresses itself in many forms. Someone who believes time is running out for them fears death. A woman who at 42 believes she’s getting too old to find a partner fears time running out. Another who believes he’s too old to follow his dreams also fears running out of time, or, dying before he can “make it”.

But death is not real. Death is a moment in the endless eternity we all are. It’s no different than walking from inside a home, out into the bright light of the day. But philosophers, religions our friends and families and civilization at large convince us death is something worth fearing. All the while, we don’t realize that fear tells us something that, if we knew that thing, we wouldn’t fear that death at all.

Almost immediately, once attention is brought to these thought distortions, the client manifests for themselves highly convincing evidence proving these distortions as distortions. Since it happens in their daily life, the evidence can’t be denied. Maybe one or two experiences can be explained away as coincidence.

But when these experiences come in plentiful numbers, the client must then start examining what they really believe. Even a small shift in one’s vibration will trigger this experience. That’s because All That Is wants us knowing what we really are. It wants us knowing what this reality is really made of (thoughts turned into things).

So that evidence begins cracking the shell of disbelief. Disbelief that once created “truths” consistent with it. The more that happens, the higher frequency the client starts vibing to. Soon they get to a point where their life gets so good, they begin (emphasis on “begin”) to relax. This state of relaxation is crucial.

Who wouldn’t want a better life?

But when they reach that crucial stage, life reflects more and more their improved vibration. In time, their life gets WAY better than before. Friends and family members start noticing. They may even want to become clients.

And as life reflects more and more their improved vibration, clients then want even more. So they practice more. That’s the virtuous cycle inherent in the practice. It’s the same virtuous cycle that is inherent in All That Is, which is why All That Is is biased towards great abundance, positivity and joy. The more of that that happens, the more of that happens.

By the time clients see evidence all around them that this is how the Universe is, they have made their reality consistent with their improved beliefs. What really happened is the same thing that was happening before starting the practice, only it was happening in-deliberately back then: They formed beliefs, then held those beliefs long enough for reality to prove the beliefs “true”.

If you understood that last sentence, then you can see that every person is capable of creating any reality they want. It starts with their thoughts. From there, life starts “life-ing”; all that is begins moving in the direction of the trajectory initiated with those thoughts. The more that person holds those thoughts, the more energy flows, until those thoughts must turn to things.

That’s a powerful outcome. It’s an outcome that changes lives. It’s an outcome that can literally change people we interact with. And that’s why clients’ results are so powerful and life changing. They literally change lives for the better.

And who wouldn’t want a better life?
