Being An Empath: A Good thing? Think Again.

Photo by Hello I’m Nik on Unsplash

Someone wrote me recently asking if being an “empath” is real. They wondered how Law of Attraction works for empaths since no one, this person claims, can “absorb another’s feelings.”

It’s a good question. The question sits right among other questions people don’t want answers to because the answers, while accurate, confront commonly-accepted explanations about life and how it works.

Society accepts people calling themselves empaths. Lots of articles online describe its characteristics. Such articles also offer advice about being one. They suggest ways of negotiating struggles empaths have, and how to become an empath if you’re not.

For the record, I would NEVER recommend someone become an empath. Nor would I recommend anyone claim that word to describe themselves if they think they are one. Here’s why.

“Empath”: a slur hardly anyone knows about

A lot of empaths get bunged up when someone claims being an “empath” isn’t real. I had a business relationship turn sour when I told the person I considered doing business with that such a thing isn’t real.

I didn’t know back then what I know now.

Law of Attraction says anyone can create any reality they want. Hold a belief long enough, it says, and it will become “true” for the person holding the belief. Seth confirms this in their writings too. Their book “The Magical Approach” lays out exactly how Law of Attraction works although they don’t call it that.

The dictionary definition based on a science perspective. Not the best perspective when considering things outside of science’s purview.

So let’s take a gander at what’s happening with “empaths”, whether they’re real or not, how Law of Attraction works for them and why I would recommend no one call themselves an empath.

Looking at what it is

The definition I pasted above comes from mainstream culture. Its underlying message is the whole idea of a person who can “apprehend” the mental and emotional state of another is “paranormal”, meaning beyond the scope of normal scientific understanding. Alright then. Good start.

In other words, science will not be helpful here. Same holds true with Law of Attraction. People saying Law of Attraction is false will argue no scientific evidence exists supporting its veracity.

And the definition of the word used to describe empathic abilities.

Well, Law of Attraction is PARANORMAL, meaning it is “beyond the scope of science” and therefore out of science’s reach or purview. In other words, science has no say in the matter because Law of Attraction is out of its scope.

Now, an empath is someone who can perceive and understand (that’s what “apprehend” means in this context) what another feels or thinks. The key distinction between perception such as this, which we all have, and an empath, is that an empath perceives and understands what another feels or thinks as though what another thinks or feels are the empath’s thoughts and feelings.

Is that actually happening?

Maybe…

We all are one

On the one hand, at a level beneath ordinary conscious awareness we all are one. At the deepest level of our being, all of us share the same Source. It exists beyond the unconscious mind, as illustrated below. That 4th stage, far right, called Turiya in Yoga Theory, is that state of being.

A masterful diagram of human consciousness derived from “yogic science”. “A” represents waking consciousness, functioning through the body, the senses and our intellect/mind. “U” represents that part of the conscious we have active access to, which informs how we use section “A”. “M” represents that part of the consciousness which creates consistent behavior patterns in A and U. It is accessible through disciplined practices such as Positively Focused. “4th” represents the eternal, indestructible essence of what we all are.

So connections exist between us all, which, in theory, would have us able to perceive another’s mental or emotional state. This connection is accessible, but only with a lot of practice. Do empaths experience others’ experiences –  thoughts, feelings, etc. – as their own? Or is something else happening?

We all are one. And our feelings tell us something really important. Empaths miss this totally. (Photo by Brock Wegner on Unsplash)

Vibratory receptivity

Law of Attraction says everything has a basis in vibration. And, “that which is liken to itself is drawn”. Remember that.

We live in a vibrational environment, which our senses (see the left side of the picture above) interpret into objects and space. “Everything” includes us humans. We, therefore, are vibrational energy beings, who created our bodies as a way to expand into more and better via this “reality” which we also create, just like our bodies. I wrote extensively about why and how that is on Quora in case you’re interested.

Since we’re all one at the basis of what we are, and since we all are also vibration, it’s absolutely true each of us can harmonize with another’s vibration, or be open to grok another’s vibration such that we perceive the vibratory content of that person.

That’s part of what’s happening with “empaths”.

Sloppy vibrational focus creates “empathic abilities

But there’s a dark side to what’s happening with people claiming empathic abilities. This aspect needn’t happen and, frankly, shouldn’t. It happening gives rise to all problems empaths experience. It also kiboshes any chance of an empath experiencing the Charmed Life I write about.

In a nutshell, an empath experiences what they experience because they are sloppy in their vibrational focus. Empaths suffer from their “empathic abilities” because of this. I put “empathic abilities” in quotes because it’s not really an “ability”.

Rather, it’s a failure on the part of the “empath” to deliberately apply creative vibrational focus. Instead of doing that, they allow themselves to harmonize with what they’re observing. In other words, as the Law of Attraction says, they become liken to that which they observe, then get drawn into it (they become it).

Then the empath thinks they are doing something special. But they’re not doing something special. They’re doing something sloppily. Empaths allow their vibration to tune to that of another person. When they do that, they experience what the other experiences, but it’s their version of it, not what the person experiences.

That’s why I call “empath” a slur. Instead of describing something desirable, “empath” describes a state where one allows another’s vibration or something they’re observing to downwardly influence their own vibration.

Struggles empaths experience are self-inflicted. (Photo by Molnár Bálint on Unsplash)

Charmed Life or self-inflicted struggle?

Many “empaths” feel overwhelmed by their surroundings. Again, this is because they’re not focusing their vibration deliberately. Instead, they just “let it all in” the good, the bad and the ugly.

Not just that, they go even farther. They also let their vibration merge or come into harmonic alignment with that which they’re allowing in. In other words, the environment they’re in, vibrationally dominates them.

But they could tune and then, hold their vibration and dominate the environment thereby creating something better than what was there before.

If they did the latter, they wouldn’t experience “empathic abilities”, they’d experience the Charmed Life. That’s because when a person’s vibration dominates their environment, and their vibration is high, that environment MUST reflect back to the person their dominant, high vibration.

Abraham putting it plain. Empaths get created when people let their thinking get sloppy. Negative experiences they have are trying to tell them to knock off their sloppy vibrational management.

I could be an empath, but would NEVER use that term

In 1:1 sessions with clients I create a deliberate, vibratory “bubble”. There, I dominate the experience with my very high vibration. That’s why my clients always exclaim how much better they feel after their sessions. They also come to greater insights about their lives, because my focus brings them up to a high vibrational state from which they perceive life differently.

Here’s a client acknowledging results he got, and his appreciation, after just two sessions. Before joining me in my “bubble”, he was on the verge of suicide.

Having practiced this practice for over 15 years now, it’s very easy for me to perceive what another person feels. Sometimes I can tell what they’re thinking too. That’s because, I’ve cultivated the ability to perceive at the vibrational (Source) level, and allow that perception into mine. This skill heightens significantly in the bubble.

NEVER allow a client’s vibration to effect mine. Never. Ever. Doing so would not serve the client. And, it would be exactly what Abraham says not to do: allow what you observe to effect your vibration.

So to me, being an “empath” is real. But being one isn’t a gift or something someone wants to be, unless they don’t understand what being an empath is about. It’s just a person who is somewhat vibrationally attuned, being sloppy with their vibration.

I prefer being a vibrational snob. Doing so has served me well. In this brief video, Abraham describes why everyone should strive for vibrational snobbiness.

A vibrational snob is something you really want to be. Not an empath.

How Law of Attraction works for empaths

Law of Attraction works for everyone. Even those who believe it doesn’t work. For an “empath”, it’s amplifying the effect of their sloppy vibration management. Giving it (the sloppiness) a high-falutin’ word like “empath” further amplifies it, for now, the person believes they are something special.

And that focus adds momentum to their thoughts and actions. They are prone to do more of what they are doing and thus feel more of what they’re feeling (somewhat out of control, a victim of their surroundings, powerless to manage their feelings, tired, anxious, etc.).

But, such people come into the world with a great ability. If they deliberately manage their vibration, they can use their sensitivity to help others. The Star Trek character Deanna Troy, a supposed “empath” offers an example of what such people can be. She is stoic, aware, clear about distinguishing what she’s feeling and what SHE HERSELF FEELS. That’s a powerful distinction from most empaths I know.

In my experience, people who claim that title, tend to live lives of struggle, especially socially. Again, this is their doing, a product of sloppy vibrational tuning, amplified by their focus on the sloppiness.

So, yes, there is such a thing as “empath”. But it’s not something I would want to claim. Instead, I prefer vibrational mastery. That’s what I show my clients how to attain. Then we get to enjoy our Charmed Lives. Where everything we want happens.

How A Car Theft Results In Great Good

Clients increasingly find their Charmed Life popping up right from their existing life. The more they live Positively Focused, the more their existing life shows them it’s a Charmed Life.

Everyone lives a Charmed Life. But when a person chronically entertains thoughts that don’t feel good, those beliefs turn the Charmed Life into something else. Such stories make life blasé, boring, ho hum, kill-me-know kinds of lives.

But the Charmed Life makes even negative-appearing situations turn out fantastic. I write about many situations from my life experience. Read a couple here and here. Today’s post perfectly illustrates how Charmed Lives turn bad situations into blessings. This one comes from a client we’ll call Natalie.

Evidence in unlikely places

Since beginning her practice, Natalie immediately saw powerful evidence proving a Positively Focused practice works. So she immediately doubled-down. She wanted even more evidence positive stories create reality and wasted no time getting that. Natalie refused to tell any stories that didn’t feel good. As a result, she moved through her world as if on cloud nine.

In the midst of another manifestation I’ll write about later, Natalie created yet another extraordinary manifestation of abundance and surprise.

One evening she went to her favorite bar. There she met a young man with whom she connected. She felt strong resonance for this person. Why, Natalie didn’t know. She also didn’t know this person brought with him an excellent experience to practice being Positively Focused.

Natalie and this young man, let’s call him Rocco the Rascal, for reasons you’ll understand in a bit, hit it off immediately. At some point the two hit it off so well, Natalie felt she wanted to take this young man under her wing. She felt like Rocco was a long lost cousin or something, she said.

They spent the rest of the evening at the bar chatting and connecting. Then, as the barkeep started closing the place, Rocco asked Natalie if he could borrow her car, a late model Mercedes. He wanted to buy some weed, he said.

I’m not sure I would have done it…(Photo by Albert Vincent Wu on Unsplash)

Positive story prevails…or does it?

By this point, Natalie was super high-flying in her vibration. She felt happy, at ease and joyful, she said. Nothing indicated anything bad on the horizon. So when Rocco made his request, Natalie thought “sure!”

Then she had a brief negative thought: “I shouldn’t let this guy borrow my Mercedes. I don’t really know him!” But she brushed it off with a more positive story, whipped out and handed over her keys.

Rocco never came back to the bar. That was a Saturday.

The following Tuesday, Natalie came to her session extraordinarily happy. She had a great week, she said. Then she hesitated just a bit before introducing what happened Saturday.

“Perry, I feel kind of stupid about what I’m about to tell you,” she said.

“Well that’s not an empowering story to tell, is it,” I said.

“You’re right”, Natalie said. Then she told me the story. But when she told me the story, her mood changed. She went right back to a high-flying, powerful place. She was excited about how she felt, what she did, and, even though it was Tuesday and she still had not heard from The Rascal, she was eager to see how this would result in something really positive.

To be honest, I was quite taken by her positivity. Here she was with no car for three days, and she still found positive stories to tell about what happened.

Crime reveals abundance

Then Natalie changed the subject. She told me about the mechanic she takes her cars to. She described him as having a penchant for finding great deals on cars. Natalie said she talked to him about what happened, after filing a police report. Natalie told her mechanic she needed another car, but didn’t care what kind, so long as it got her from a to b.

“Girl!” Her mechanic said. “You belong in a Mercedes. I’m going to get you another one. Don’t you worry about it.”

The following Tuesday Natalie and I met in session. I was high flying as usual and Natalie was over the moon, bursting at the seams to tell me what happened.

Turned our her mechanic delivered on his promise. He found her a late model Mercedes at a reasonable price that Natalie actually liked better than the one Rocco took. She was so pleased with how this turned out.

Then, later that same week, Natalie called me with an update. The police recovered her other Mercedes and it was in fine shape. Now Natalie had two cars. More than she needed. She marveled about how this worked out perfectly for her. Now she could sell her older Mercedes and keep the newer one, which she loved.

Even though Natalie felt great at how this all turned out, she still couldn’t believe how it turned out. She got everything she wanted, including more evidence she asked for, in this crazy cool way showing the Universe always works out in her best interest.

Seriously, how many stolen cars get recovered? Some sources say the chances of getting a stolen car back are less than 50 percent!

When you tell positive stories consistently, life becomes the Charmed Life making everything in life all good!

Pick thoughts that feel good

For Natalie, what ordinarily might look like a terrible thing turned out amazing. And, she showed herself that when she follows her Broader Perspective, which communicates with her constantly, she needn’t worry about the results because the results will always come out great.

The Charmed Life is there always. But when one learns how to see it, it shows up in abundance. And the more one remains Positively Focused, the better life gets. Everyone on the planet today came here expecting that. But it’s easy getting knocked off track.

The key to staying on track is choosing a focus that includes only those things that feel good to look at. That includes thoughts you think. Do that and the world becomes your oyster. And you – and only you – get to say what the pearl inside looks like.

What’s your version of abundance look like? That’s the Charmed Life. Where the world bends to your will, life is fun and abundance is normal.

How To Get Great Results From “Failure”

Photo by Art Rachen on Unsplash

Sometimes the best results come from what ordinary folks call “failure”. “Ordinary folks” are those who don’t understand what emotions are for and how to use them to get everything they want easily.

For them “failure” represents a “reality experience” that must be avoided. Others taught them they must avoid “failure” at all costs. I learned that too. But failure can also look like not fitting in, or living life in ways others don’t approve of.

It could look like not earning an amount of money others think is respectable. In other words, failure often means “not getting others’ approval”. So avoiding failure often turns into seeking approval or, better stated, avoiding others’ disapproval. So dreams get forgotten, one tries to fit in instead of living authentically or pursuing “unrealistic” ideas. Ideas that, if pursued change the world.

Failure: not an option

But for the Positively Focused person, failure doesn’t exist. Every experience proves fabulously expansive, bringing more and deeper joy, satisfaction and clarity.

Some people can’t conceive of a life where only good things happen. But good things happening is Universe’s default mode. Nothing “bad” ever happens.

But again, after going through indoctrination we get from those who’ve come before, those who forgot what they knew, life comprises a mixture of “good” things and “bad” things.

That’s why few people get anywhere near understanding they create their reality. They just can’t accept they stand at the center of the Universe, a Universe conspiring to deliver any outcome one wants, “good” OR “bad”.

Life is a series of good events. If you’re not seeing it that way, you’ve been indoctrinated into seeing life the way it isn’t.

Ambitions the size of your dreams

Once cracks show up in that indoctrination though, life gets interesting. Not only will one see life different, it occurs different too. Dreams become real again. Desires, small ones at first, start showing themselves as complete/fulfilled. Belief emerges from within, then hope, then optimism. In time, ambition grows as do the size of one’s dreams.

Moving through such stages in my own Positively Focused practice has me focusing into reality things I once though impossible. One such thing is creating events which lead to money showing up with no effort.

I’m in early stages on this subject, but getting better at it. My most recent experience gave me a great example that inspired greater belief/knowing in me. It also reminded me “failure” is fiction.

Dreams are your reality the moment you give up thinking the way you were taught.

Abraham’s right, of course

Crypto markets now offer wealth-building opportunities making many people around the world life-changing wealth. My curiosity with crypto extends to creating experiences – manifestations – which fortify my knowing that I create my reality. Especially around money.

Abraham has said when a person’s vibration gets chronic and high enough such that large sums of money flow into their life, they’ve accomplished something significant. Specifically, here’s what they say:

“Once you are able to achieve and consistently maintain your personal alignment, a great deal of money will flow into your experience (if that is your
desire).”

Abraham email Sept. 30, 2021

I therefore recognize my trajectory on money as an indicator of something significant, not an end goal. My old trajectory once included too many negative thoughts about money. Even though for a time I was quite financially successful, I didn’t enjoy it much because of this.

Today though I’m finding it fun focusing lightly on money as a subject. Which brings me to what happened.

Putting it to the test

A client of mine and I share my crypto enthusiasm. We both want to see how well our focus creates circumstances such that wealth from crypto flows into our lives.

So over several days, after reviewing a number of coins, I waited to see what one coin, Shibu Inu, might do if I set an intention about it. First, I casually paid attention to its progress over those days.

Having done that, I got the impulse to set an alert for the coin’s price, expecting it to drop to a point where I might put money in. That same day, the price dropped to that point, the news of which I shared with my client.

Two days later, the price jumped 10 percent. Had I put money into the coin, a 10 percent gain would have been nice. I didn’t put money in because I was testing this process. Not trying to make money. I was more exploring than anything else. I’m in no hurry either.

Messaging my client…
Shibu Inu jumps 10 percent.

More evidence begets boldness?

Curious with that outcome, the next day I put an alert, on a whim, on Bitcoin. My impulse suggested marking it at $50k. At the time it was in the low $40s. The next day the alert triggered.

My software alerting me of the “manifestation”.

So I put another in at $50.3 and again, the alert triggered, indicating Bitcoin rose to my second casual expectation.

BTC pushes up over $50.3 (The thin vertical green line protruding from the right-most rectangle). The horizontal orange dotted line represents my $51K alert I set later.

While all this was happening, I was on vacation. Someone following Copiosis gave me $1500 in Bitcoin to take some time off. I funded vacation expenses with my money, expecting Bitcoin would reimburse my expenses. Bitcoin’s price dropped a bit, however, which dropped the value of the $1500 down to about $1200.

What’s interesting about that is my entire trip expenses totaled about $1200. I lived on the cheap even though I flew first class – another story I’m writing a blog post about – so seeing Bitcoin drop a bit wasn’t as disconcerting as it could have been.

Still, I wanted to see what would happen, were I to “expect” or “manifest” Bitcoin going up. So, like I did with Shibu Inu, on Dec. 17, I casually put an alert in my software for Bitcoin to rise to over $51K (see photo above). I didn’t know if that would be enough to recover the $300. That didn’t matter though. I was playing around.

Taking action too soon

Five days later, on Dec. 21, I started getting impatient. The money I used to travel, which I planned to reimburse from my supporter’s gift, was money I typically use to pay rent. So I wanted Bitcoin to go back up so I could cover my $1200 trip. At that moment, the coin was at around $1200, but I wanted it to go at least up to $1300.

Checking that day, Bitcoin rose to $49K. Close to what I wanted. But not high enough to trigger my alert. At that level, my Bitcoin holding’s value was $1360. Enough to replace my funds. I speculated about whether I should just cash it in and be good…

Here’s where my “failure” came in.

Abraham talks about this kind of thing all the time. They talk about “taking action too soon,” meaning, doing something to create an outcome instead of allowing Universe do it for you. Taking action too soon usually happens out of impatience, frustration, or doubt. That’s why I did what I did. I doubted.

I didn’t know when Bitcoin would get to $51K. To be honest, I knew it would. What I doubted was whether it could get there before I needed to pay my rent nine days hence. So I cashed in my supporter’s gift, which covered all my expenses.

Then it happened

The very next day, though, almost exactly 24-hours later, when I woke up, I received an alert. Bitcoin had surpassed the $51K!

Bitcoin pushes past my alert just before it drops in the next hour.

While I enjoyed and felt relief in having cashed in my gift 24 hours ago, I also felt disappointed I hadn’t waited. Had I waited and received exactly what I asked, not only would I have fulfilled my desire, I would have experienced a wonderful fuller fulfillment of it, proving the Universe had my back.

I still see that’s what happened, but I missed out on the “more” that was available by acting too soon. Honestly, the difference between cashing in when I did and waiting until it went where I expected was about $64. So I didn’t miss much.

Still, taking action too soon destroyed the marvel, the joy of seeing Universe respond to my request. But since my awareness is expanded, even missing the delight of that offered a nice surprise. In seeing what happened from a Positively Focused perspective, I got that I took action too soon, but still reveled in the realization.

I got this nice blog out of it too!

One could say I “failed” to follow through and benefit from my desired manifestation. Did I though? Or did I get something just as good: I still see Universe giving me everything I want. Where’s the failure in that? I say there isn’t any.

So I revel in this wonderful outcome.

How Powerful Results Result From Doing Nothing

The Universe stands ready to deliver on every desire. It’s happening already all the time. But powerful manifestation results best show up when a person understands the role “doing” plays in manifestation.

In the future I’ll share how my relationship with Abraham came into being. In the meantime, as part of the Positively Focused features series, I’ll write brief posts on emails I receive from Abraham, which offer insight from them on particular topics.

What I find interesting about these emails is, in addition to their solid content, they often come with perfect timing. They tie directly to or remind me and encourage me about something going on in my life. So I find these emails great additions to my Positively Focused routine. Sign up to receive these emails at this link on Esther’s website.

So here’s the first of this new feature series.

Anything can happen

Here’s the first email:

When I talk with clients, they often miss the message. They hear what I say, but they don’t understand how profound or important what I’ve said is. For example, I’ll point out something they said as evidence of the Positively Focused practice working. Clients early on are always looking for proof. But they don’t know where to look for early stage proof. So I show them.

But when I point it out, it often goes unregistered. Which is why some clients take a while before they start producing really solid results and why I often repeat myself 😂. I think the same thing holds true for what Abraham says. People let it wash over their ears or eyes while not really taking it in.

In this email for example, Abraham offers unequivocal assertions about how the universe works. They’re saying whatever you want you can have it. Anything.

But having it requires a certain attitude. I often tell clients they must be a match to what they want. Another, easier, way is if they can hold no resistance about what it is they want…it must happen. Holding no resistance is easier because often when someone focuses on trying to become a match to what they want, they inadvertently activate built up resistance. This often looks like putting attention on the absence of what’s wanted. And clients do this while unaware that’s what they’re doing.

Manifest effortlessly

So when Abraham says “get out of the way” it’s another way of saying “allowing” it to happen. That means introducing no resistance. “Relaxing” means turning attention to something other than what is wanted, so you forget about what you want. With your attention off it, it will come. Effortlessly.

Most of us don’t like that because we’ve all been trained that “doing” is the way to make things happen. That’s a trap though. Taking action is never meant as the way things happen. Action represents the final cooperative components coming into place. One final cooperative component often is the desire-er. So action or doing doesn’t make anything happen. Instead, it brings the desire-er to the “coordinates” in time and space where they receive, perceive or witness their manifestation’s full-blown unfolding.

Everyone moving around the world taking action think action makes things happen. And, when one believes that, that becomes true, as any belief will because beliefs create reality reflecting their content. But that kind of reality can be hard, arduous and disappointing.

The trouble with “manifesting”, is many don’t culture the patience required to allow their resistance to sooth sufficiently enough so they can see evidence of the unfolding. That combined with “doing indoctrination” trips people up on the way to their manifestation. They look for it too soon. Not seeing it, they feel doubt, which indicates resistance in place.

So many think this “manifesting business” doesn’t work for this reason. But it does work. A person just needs to know HOW it works. That’s what I help people know.

My Birthday Got Better After Starting Great

Last September I took the Amtrak Cascades train north through the beautiful coastal Pacific Northwest. It was my birthday and I treated myself to an awesome outing.

But what happened gave me more than I bargained for. It also showed precisely why I practice creating my Charmed Life through a Positively Focused practice.

Curious about what a “Charmed Life” looks like? Read on…

I booked my trip a week in advance. So when the travel day came, my birthday, I packed my bike then rode to downtown Portland’s Union Station. There I checked in then found a nice spot in the lobby.

Portland’s Union Station in all its glory.

That’s when….

The Fun Began…

I rested my bike beside me at the end of a long passenger bench. Moments later, a lanky gentleman walked by pushing an older bike.

Me and my Surly.

“Nice bike,” he said, looking at my Surly Straggler.

“Thanks,” I replied before noticing his bike, a Surly Long Haul Trucker. The same brand as mine, only a different model. I knew then a gift just walked by. So I pursued him then introduced myself.

“I’m Optimistic Chris,” he said with a smile. Then he regaled me with his story.

No wonder my Broader Perspective wanted me to followup with him. This “chance” meeting wasn’t chance at all.

Optimistic Chris and his partner “Lovely Laura” are known on Facebook and Instagram as “Soulmate Cyclists“.

While he told me their story, he radiated positivity and also a sense of someone who achieved something great.

Which he had. He just finished a 4,000-mile, 93-day solo ride on his Surly from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon by way of all the wonderful attractions one would imagine.

How fun.

Optimistic Chris and his Surly.
Soulmate Cyclist calling card.

“Couple” turns “solo”

Chris told me Lovely Laura’s companionship was part of the plan. But he left her behind. That’s because three years ago, a deer tick gave her Lyme disease, making such a ride potentially very uncomfortable. She told Chris to go without her (she really is lovely). So here Chris was, at Portland’s Union Station sharing his accomplishment with me instead of Laura.

Lovely Laura, the other half of “Soulmates” (Photo courtesy their Instagram).

Chris explained that Laura was waiting for him back in Madison, Wisconsin where he lives. He obviously enjoyed his trip and looked enlivened by it even though his soulmate couldn’t be there.

It was special meeting Chris, and I know my trip, like his, would be special too. Here I was, not even on the train yet and it already was!

Onboard salty conversations

Once onboard though, delightful surprises continued. I sat in a comfy seat in the passenger car. Above me were my saddle bags in the overhead, packed with camera gear and other equipment, my computer and iPad.

Several hundred feet behind me, in a separate car, hung my bike. It swayed on its cargo hook, as the train curved along the tracks that passed over Portland’s Willamette River.

Once in Southern Washington, I treated myself to a hot chocolate, one of my favorite beverages. I make a delicious hot chocolate at home. Torani sugar free vanilla flavored syrup, Trader Joe’s chocolate powder, marshmallows, and my secret ingredient: salt, all go into my cocoa concoction.

The brew I enjoy most in fall and winter. Hot cocoa made my way.

Because of this, I tempered my expectations as I figured none of those would be available on the train.

They weren’t. But, just like meeting Optimistic Chris, what was available delighted me still.

At the snack car, a young woman greeted me with a smile so wide and bright, it shone from behind her face cover. Tara introduced herself and asked what I wanted. When I told her I wanted a hot cocoa, I asked what kind she had. She told me and we agreed, it likely wouldn’t be as good as my concoction. I told her what my secret ingredient was.

She said she hadn’t tried that, but thought it would make ordinary, watery cocoa better, so she showed me where the salt packets hung out.

Train wide recognition

While Tara prepared my cocoa (sans marshmallows) we chatted a bit. We talked about her namesake (she was named after her father) and how she likes her cocoa rich too, like me. So she adds two packs instead of one when she makes cocoa at home. I didn’t miss the two now-empty Swiss Miss packages on her stainless steel prep station beside my paper cup. 🙏🏾🥰

Minutes later, Tara handed me the hot cup. What happened next surprised me.

“You get my favorite customer award,” Tara said. “Your cocoa is on the house.”

“That’s crazy!” I exclaimed. “Today’s my birthday!”

“I must have sensed it!” she said, her smile beaming again through her mask.

Tara the day maker for whom I made the day!

Settling back into my seat with cocoa in hand, I didn’t realize Tara’s wasn’t through with me. Her voice came over the intercom.

“We have a special passenger on board today. Happy birthday Perry!” She said.

My ride really begins…

The train arrived in Seattle late, but in one piece. So did my bike and I. I retrieved my Surly from an admiring cargo car attendant, attached my panniers and slowly rode down the platform, through the station and out onto Seattle’s streets.

End of the line at Seattle King Station.

The rest of the morning and early afternoon were wonderful, filled with Seattle’s sights and sounds, including portions of the Puget Sound I spied from bikeways on my way through downtown.

Seattle has a surprisingly good bike trail system. The trail catching my interest on my birthday was the Burke-Gillman Trail, one of the city’s premier riding trails.

My adventure primarily focused on this 27-mile, multi-use recreational trail, running from Ballard to Bothell, Washington.

First I took a detour to a bagel shop my housemate recommended. Their Lox sandwich didn’t disappoint, which I ate at Gas Works Park. There, right on the water, I took in beautiful weather, and the oddest looking water vessel I had ever seen:

It’s a boat…made out of a hot tub!
The best bagel I’ve ever had.

More fun and leisure

Other stops along my ride offered interesting scenery, views of things I hadn’t seen before, and parks along waterways at which I lounged during breaks.

Riding along a downtown waterside trail.
Parked beside a wonderful view.
The destination trail: Burke Gillman.
More Burke Gillman.
Gas Works Park
Seattle Skyline from Gas Works Park.
A submarine commemoration park along my ride.
Fins galore…I find out why…

The real adventure starts

While hanging out at that park where the fins were, I kept close eye on the clock. I wanted to catch my train and knew I needed about the same amount of time it took me to get to the park, to get back to the station.

About an hour later, it was near time to go back. I packed my things, then mounted my Surly. A third of the way towards the station, I received a text message from Amtrak:

My train was going to be an hour late departing. So instead of rushing back to the station I took my time.

When I arrived at 6:17pm, the security guard outside the station must have known what was up. He looked and me and shook his head then said “you’re here for the 507?”

“Yes,” I said.

“I’m sorry man,” he said. “It left already.”

I must have shown shock because before I could pull out my phone and show him the text, he said “I know. You’re not the only one. You get a text or an email?”

“Text” I said.

What happened?

He told me to go to the ticket counter. Five people ranging from frustrated to furious milled around. One irate woman shouted “Somebody better get fired for this!”

Meanwhile Brittany, the Amtrak agent, explained what happened. After that, her manager came out and apologized too.

“A miscommunication happened on our part,” He said. He offered refunds or reschedules for the next day. Everyone there lived in Seattle, so it was no big deal for them, most said.

But I had no change of clothes, no toothbrush, nothing. Rains were on the way and I didn’t want to sleep overnight in my 58 year old body on a Seattle King Station wooden bench.

That’s when Brittany caught my eye. When she pulled me aside, I explained my situation again. She apologized and took notes of my case.

The Lovely Brittany.

Brittany told me I should write to Amtrak customer relations. But she couldn’t guarantee anything would happen. Meanwhile I needed someplace to stay. I told Brittany, quite confidently, that Amtrak would reimburse me for a hotel and asked her to direct me to the nearest one.

She pointed to the Embassy Suites right next to the station. Then she offered storage space for my bike. I stored my bike then walked over to the hotel. Ben, the front desk attendant met me with a smile. I smiled back and happily told my story, then asked for the cheapest room in the place, adding that I was sure Amtrak would reimburse me.

Ben told me he’d hook me up for the night and not to worry. Handing me the key card and giving the overview spiel, he then said “let me know what you think about the room.”

Knocking my nickers off!

Ben had done a number on me. In a good way. He gave me a corner suite. It had a gargantuan bathroom, a kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom suite. A giant flat screen TV occupied the living room wall…and bedroom wall. Both sported a personalized greeting.

A quick tour of the room Ben gave me. It’s spacious.

Needless to say Ben earned my admiration. The entire staff, in fact, did. For the next morning, they treated me to the most scrumptious hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

I enjoyed my evening. In fact, after touring the room and thanking Ben profusely for his generosity, I realized now I could go get that ice cream a friend recommended I experience. I figured hours ago I didn’t have time to visit, but not any more!

I only got the empty cup to show for it. Trust me, it was yummy!

Nom nom. Ae delicious treat I enjoyed to the last slurp.

Home, making my case

The next morning was uneventful, with the ride home a calm experience. From Seattle to Centralia I passed the time with a woman who, like me, had engaged in psychedelics. My preference: ayahuasca. Her’s: mushrooms, which she enjoyed the night before. We talked about our experiences, about art, mantras and perceiving life differently from most people.

When I got home I went into crafting my email to Amtrak. I called their Customer Relations department, got the correct email address and dashed off my perspective in a fun, positive story, just like what I’m sharing here. I included many of the same photos, including this one of me using a hair dryer to dry my only pair of underwear, which I washed in the bathroom sink.

My dirty drawers, now cleaned and drying under the hair dryer’s blast.

You can read my email here. It’s a pdf version saved to my cloud drive.

A month passed without hearing anything. So I called and spoke to a lovely Customer Relations person, who I told I was happy to meet her and that I was going to make her day by being her best telephone call. When she laughed I asked her name. Tonya, she said.

Meanwhile, I heard her fingers clicking across a keyboard. Moments later she said “Well, looks like someone reviewed your email [yesterday].”

“That’s great,” I said. “That means they haven’t rejected it.”

“You sure are positive,” she said.

“Yes, I am,” I said, smiling at her recognizing my super power.

A few minutes later, Tonya told me someone would get back to me in a few days. A few days later, someone did. Adam Bland from Amtrak Customer Relations wrote me a lovely email. Here’s what it said:

A happy ending

The Charmed Life looks like this trip. Where everything I do and everything I encounter fulfills me deeply. People I meet are friendly angels looking to amplify my already high-flying joy.

More of my life includes ongoing events just like what I experienced on this trip. That’s not surprising, for I now enjoy a Positively Focused momentum which perpetuates the Charmed Life I enjoy. I write about those experiences in this blog each week.

Experiences on this trip proved how being Positively Focused creates that life where everything works out for me. This hyper-condensed series of fantastic-seeming experiences can be anyone’s. I’m not special.

All that’s needed is desire then a commitment to seeing the best in everything and everyone. In other words finding the positive side of life.

My birthday started great, but it got far better because of my attitude. The rest of my life is shaping similarly. So can yours.

How Great Client Sessions Create Better Life Events For Me

Photo by Tran Mau Tri Tam on Unsplash

I love it when my clients’ experiences highlight my own negative focus, thereby allowing me to do something about that, the doing of which amplifies my Positively Focused practice.

That sounds convoluted. But it rings true in light of what happened in a recent client session.

In the session, my client shared a wonderful unfolding manifestation she created. Weeks ago, she encountered a women’s group called Sisters On The Fly, which empowers women through outdoor adventures. They explore the world in recreational vehicles, on horses, in canoes and more. Through such experiences they create independent, capable women.

These explorations serve as backdrops for building community, camaraderie and lifelong friendships. Fly fishing, horse back riding, camping, hiking, biking and kayaking all are on the agenda.

My client camped, fished and hiked before. But a lot of what these women do, she’s never done, including riding a bike! So Sisters On The Fly offered something special to my client. An opportunity to expand friendships and experiences.

A good story turns great

While listening to my client, I saw that sparkle of passion blaze in her eyes. Little did I know, she was just getting started.

One day, my client said, she called her partner Dale at work. She asked how he was doing. Dale works as consignment manager at an RV dealership.

“Today,” Dale said. “I’m doing great because I’m the customer.”

Dale often jokes with his partner, my client. Some days his joking annoys her. Today was one of those days. But in her annoyance, my client missed clues Dale offered. Clues indicating he had a big surprise for her. A surprise that dovetailed perfectly with Sisters On The Fly. One that would cause my client to soar with joy.

That’s why Dale was the customer that day. He purchased a recreational vehicle as a surprise for his partner. The vehicle he bought? A 1989 Ford TransVan conversion.

Ford used to take ordinary Econoline cargo vans and convert them into recreational vehicles. With only 55,000 miles on it and costing only $3000, this TransVan was a deal Dale could refuse.

This isn’t my client’s but it is what it looks like. See the interior at “Aubernutter” on YouTube here.

Ugly duckling? Or Swan?

When Dale told my client what he was doing, initially, she was not happy about it. She imagined driving a van being unwieldy and uncomfortable. Scary even. A number of other concerns came to mind too. Its looks for example. 😂

But then she dropped those thoughts after realizing what really happened. With no expenditure of either money or effort on her part, she created for herself what she now sees as the perfect RV supporting her desire to play with Sisters On The Fly.

She told me about seeing the van for the first time. My client said she felt herself transform in front of it. It’s quirky exterior and even quirkier interior made her wince at first. Then she imagined wonderful adventures she could have driving this van – sleeping beside rushing rivers, and camping out with a bunch of women who looked fun and adventurous, and learning to ride a bike!

“I would have never considered such a vehicle,” My client said. “But when I saw it, I had to admit, it was really fun thinking about the fun I could have in it.”

Her excitement creates my extraordinary experience

That’s the point at which we had our session. My client bubbled over with joy about the unfolding, all of which happened with her doing hardly anything about it.

But what was really extraordinary for me, was how her story affected my own journey. When she told me about how she got this RV essentially for free from her partner, I experienced envy. Anyone who reads this blog regularly knows I endeavor to travel the rest of my life in an Airstream trailer towed by a Ford F-150 truck as I create inspiring stories like this one, and also move Copiosis forward.

So hearing her story offered something special beyond my client’s joy and excitement. I felt “envy” for that reason. Most people don’t realize how such emotions offer HUGE hidden value along with their apparent discomfort. People don’t get that because they don’t understand what emotions are for.

But I know. I know “envy“ tells me something important. And so while listening and reveling in my client’s experience, I also did something about envy I felt. And in doing that I furthered my own fulfilling desire.

Here’s what I did: I thought differently about what my client told me.

The Airstream I’m attracting…
…And the truck that will tow my Airstream.

Creating new thoughts

Resistance I felt which people call “envy” grew from thoughts I told myself. Thoughts like like these:

  • I want something like that to happen to me
  • Why can’t that happen in my life
  • Why is my own desire taking so long
  • I wish I had someone who’d do that for me

In other words, I wanted what my client was getting. Of course, I don’t want a 1989 TransVan. I want a brand new Airstream trailer pulled by a brand new Ford F-150 truck, customized to my desire.

But the fact that I felt envy about my client’s story told me I still had resistant thoughts such as those above. Thoughts not about what my client got, but about what I wanted. And those thoughts slow my desire fulfillment.

My client’s experience therefore offered insight into my own. Insights lighting up resistance I must soothe. My client’s experience was created for me as much as her. For it showed me my own version of what she got revealing itself to me through her.

That sentence is worth reading again.

From that epiphany, I could think better thoughts. Thoughts aligned with my version of what my client got. Those thoughts sounded like this:

  • I’m so glad I had this expeirence
  • It showed me exactly where I am relative to what I want
  • Now I can chart my way vibrationally more on course
  • I love knowing that
  • Seeing this new, more powerful perspective thrills me
  • I love recognizing gifts I’m getting from this story

And in recognizing these new, better feeling thoughts, I felt envy go away. In its place came joy, appreciation and adventure. Exactly those feelings I’ll feel when my own version of my client’s story fully blossoms.

Amplify, amplify, amplify!

I knew feeling joy, appreciation and adventure then, indicated alignment to that unfolding I desire, in which I’ll feel joy, appreciation and adventure in the receiving later. I knew also that that inner transformation meant I’m even closer to that full-blown fulfillment.

Catching all this, then doing something about it created more momentum in me. Pleasure I felt indicated that increased momentum. By cleaning up my thoughts, not only did I find more joy in hearing her story, I found more joy in my own transformational experience. Joy too in soothing resistance, thereby increasing manifestational momentum.

Next, I wrote a journal entry about the experience. That journal entry, the writing of it, further amplified my momentum. Within the entry I did a basic amplification process which amplified the momentum even further. Then I dictated this blog’s first draft.

My Journal.

What happened here?

What happened was my exterior reality, through my client, showed me another aspect of resistant thought slowing down my desire manifestation. My client’s experience also confirmed what is in my future reality. This experience with my client afforded me a chance to soothe resistance I didn’t know I had.

So this whole experience turned out to be a client session for me. A session where I moved forward my own manifestation.

I love seeing and experiencing experiences with clarity. There’s nothing better than clarity. That’s because in clarity I see with pinpoint accuracy where my resistance exists, then do something about it.

The universe cooperates with me giving me experiences which clarify opportunity to amplify momentum, by soothing resistance. In the soothing I move more quickly towards that which I’m wanting.

Put another way: I eliminate resistance standing between me and my manifestations thereby allowing my manifestations to show themselves to me faster. In this way, not only did my client and I enjoy a fabulous session, I benefited from the session as well, as I usually do.

I love client sessions because of this. What we do together creates realities which produce in-the-moment joy and satisfaction as well as eagerness and positive expectation for more such joy and satisfaction in the future. All evidenced by and embodied in manifestations I know are on the way and fulfilling themselves.

This is the Charmed Life. And it’s available for anyone willing to be Positively Focused.

Nature Shows Me Love When I Better My Happy

This morning probably was the best result I received so far from my Positively Focused practice. It’s an extraordinary result showing how Universe delights the one who finds alignment with their better, happy place.

I woke this morning feeling joy so deep, I didn’t want to get out of bed. I felt at one with All That Is, and that feeling left me in peace, wherein all was right with everything. And in that, I felt struck in All That Is’ beauty, grace and love.

But when someone experiences such deep and profound spiritual experiences, Universe inspires movement because such movement leads to more and better experiences. Experiences confirming that blessed universal connection.

That’s exactly what happened next.

Joy and fun to come

I got an impulse to go for a walk. The impulse came with a sense of urgency, like I mustn’t ignore it. So I got up, did my morning routine and headed out the door.

A few weeks ago I wrote about an amazing experience had in a nearby park. It involved seeing a raptor in the trees with feathers dancing through the air like snow fall. Then a guy walked by who amplified that wonderful experience with a story of his own.

The park where this happened was where my inspiration directed me this morning. As I walked I had no idea what lie ahead. I only knew how good I felt and how wonderful the day unfolded up to now, even though it was only 7:30 in the morning.

The park was mine. No one else walked the walking paths, played in the grassy expanses, walked among the roses, or sat in the pavilion. My favorite music played in my headphones while the sun shone from my right, its warmth heating the day.

Halfway through the park, despite my headphones, I heard a sound I hadn’t heard before. It was a kind of screech. Even though my headphones muffled it, the sound caught my attention. So much so I made a bee-line straight to where I thought it originated.

The compulsion to follow that sound was so strong, I felt kind of odd, like I wasn’t in charge of my movements. It drew me to a spot in the park I rarely frequent.

That’s when it happened

I heard the sound again, then looked into the trees while turning off my music. The draw of this impulse felt extreme as it pulled me right underneath a medium-sized tree. That impulse drew my vision to the lower-most branch, which swung very low from the tree’s trunk.

There, perched on the branch, was an accipiter known as a Goshawk. I didn’t know the word “accipiter” in that moment. Nor did I know the Bird of Prey as a Goshawk. I thought is was a Sharp-Shinned Hawk or perhaps a falcon. Either way, the sight stunned me.

Little did I know, this was just the beginning.

My joyful adventure started with this sighting.

Accipiters are Birds of Prey specifically evolved for successful life in dense forests. These birds are slender with short, broad, rounded wings and a long tail which helps them maneuver in tight areas such as forests. Accipiters have long legs and long, sharp talons used to kill their prey, and a sharp, hooked bill used in feeding. They often ambush their prey, mainly small birds and mammals, capturing them after a short chase. They are commonly found in wooded or shrubby areas.

I’ve always adored Birds of Prey, specifically Red Tailed Hawks and Sparrowhawks. Since moving to Oregon, however, my love of raptors expanded. I also love seeing Bald Eagles and Osprey, which populate Oregon’s scenic waterways.

But I never expected to see such birds in Portland’s city parks. This was astounding!

Watching this bird on the branch, I felt awe. But what happened next left me in stunned.

It was good, but got better

While filming the video above, the hawk suddenly disappeared from view. I stopped shooting to find it, but saw it nowhere in trees around me. That’s when my instinct took over, turned my head left and downward.

The hawk landed on the ground just feet from my…feet! Here’s a video of me in rapturous joy as I caught the moment on video:

It lands right at my feet! Listen to my joy!

This is incredible, I thought! Understanding how amazing this moment was requires understanding a little about Northwestern Goshawks.

Of the three U.S. and Canadian hawks known as accipiters, the Goshawk is by far the most impressive. As far as accipiters are concerned, they are the largest and most aggressive. Goshawks are favored for falconry the world over. According to state write-ups, Oregon offers limited permits for taking Goshawks for falconry purposes. I met someone with such a permit once. His specimen is exquisite even though I don’t think it’s a Goshawk. I mean, must look at this photo I took!

A bird of prey “taken” for falconry by a local falconer. I took this photo last summer at a local school. The owner used the playground as a training camp.

What impressed me most about Goshawks, and my seeing one specifically, is this: It is an uncommon to fairly common bird in Oregon. But they’re usually found in wilderness areas ranging between 1,900 – 6,100 foot elevations along the Cascade, Blue, and Klamath mountains. Even so, here I was face-to-face….or foot-to-foot with one in a city park!

It gets better still!

Just as the bird flew off, I heard another screech, the distinctive sound a Goshawk makes, that now sounds familiar to my ears. This one came from behind me. I turned around and saw another Goshawk, only this one fed on a bird it must have caught earlier this morning.

A Goshawk manages its kill in on a nearby branch. Astounding!

That’s two separate birds in the same area!

Then I heard yet another screech, again, behind me. When I turned around, I stood literally astounded. For there in front of me were four hawks. Three of them stood on the ground, the fourth on a brach above the others. What were they doing? Playing with sticks!

They threw sticks, tossed seed pods and even stepped on each other’s tails! Never had I seen such playfulness in Birds of Prey. I felt absolutely blessed seeing this display, again, in a city park.

Watch as these Goshawks play. At the end, one even playfully steps on its companion’s tail! Hilarious!

It turned out I was amidst an entire family of hawks. They played and ate from the same kill. They even chased crow and squirrel in front of me. Two even played with each other on a nearby car rooftop.

Joyful nature communion

For the next two hours I watched as these hawks put themselves on display for me. Once, one hawk perched on a tree, looked at me. Then, with no notice, it flew straight at me, swooping over my head close enough for me to touch. I felt I had gone to hawk heaven!

After filming, I noticed bird and squirrel carcasses in this area, particularly under the tree where one of the hawks fed. Apparently, they had been here some time. But my Broader Perspective coordinated this moment, these two blissful hours, for me to commune with these natural, graceful predators.

Carcass from a previous meal.

I tell my clients all the time that when one develops a Positively Focused perspective such that they chronically live in a state of alignment to the beauty of life, nature becomes one’s deliberate partner. It reveals to the Positively Focused its “secrets”. Animals people rarely, if ever, see come out and play, putting themselves on display for one who takes time to tune themselves back to their natural knowing.

I’ve seen coyote families, with pups playing alongside city sloughs, minxes carrying their prey along bike paths, owls flying in broad daylight and at night, perched so close to me I could touch them if I wanted.

Forgotten desires fulfilled

I know when these experiences come, they come solely for my joyful consumption. They also validate my Positively Focused practice as well as indicate that I stand aligned, not only to nature, but to the unfolding, natural fulfillment of all my desires.

I also tell my clients about the nature of “desire” itself. I know many desires I have I don’t remember asking for. But my Broader Perspective remembers them all. When I tune to my Broader Perspective knowing, it begins leading me to all my desires. Not just ones I consciously want, but those I’ve forgotten.

That’s what makes living life so joyous when Positively Focused. I didn’t realize experiencing something like a family of uncommon Birds of Prey up close and personal was something I asked for. Yet here it was delivered in a way I could savor for two whole hours!

Imagine other desires I asked for, cued up by my Broader Perspective and ready when I am to experience. It truly is the Charmed Life I write about. The Charmed Life includes the fulfillment of ALL desires. Not just those a person knows they want, but ones they don’t remember asking for.

My experience today with these hawks filled me with such joy, I am working on a short film about the experience. It’s amazing I got so much video footage, enough for a film I can share. And in the sharing I’ll amplify my own joy, which also amplifies my connection to All That Is.

I write that I am amazed and I am. But I also know what happened is just what happens when I stand at the center of my happy place, where the Universe shows me how blessed I am. How blessed we all are.

Dream-Reality Paradox

Sharing this entry from my journal as it may benefit others.

^^Bent knees discover great shots.

I’m on a walk. I was listening to a podcast when dreams I had this morning again flowed into my awareness as they do in sleep state, only I’m awake and walking.

^^the path along my walk

My brain is not a filing cabinet. It does not house “memories” in tidy, organized compartments within and among its folds. Rather, it is a frequency transmitter/receiver (as are other organs) sending and receiving signals controlled and emitted by nonphysical sense organs. Sense organs correspond to physical senses. Everyone uses these chaotically in dreams. Most are unaware of them during wake state.

These nonphysical senses are imperceptible when I focus exclusively on physical existence, yet I can deliberately, more and more control these in sleep state and wake state as I practice being Positively Focused. All this I know, not theoretically, but empirically.

As an emerging master

I know then these delicious, ecstatic and lucid images and sounds and feelings, returning to my awareness while waking and walking, mean that on my walk I tapped into frequencies matching dream state frequencies.

Their arrival also means my Positively Focused practice pays off: I dream even while walking, meaning, my awareness simultaneously perceives in wake state and dreamscape. No small feat indeed.

The first images returning feature a tumultuous sea restrained and yet cooperating with a sea wall. As I focus here, now on these images, by virtue of my practice, many other dream scenes now flow/return to my awareness.  Waves of magnificent and infinite amplitude and power crash against these walls. Yet, despite the appearance of conflicting purposes — the sea’s desire to vanquish and thus overflow the wall, the wall’s desire to hold back the sea — the feeling tone of their combined energies is harmony of purpose, joyful energy sharing and mutual acknowledgement of one another’s role in the collective representation of that which my Inner Being is using to communicate with me, the wake state version of my Inner Being awareness.

That’s worth reading a second time. 😌

But wait…there’s more…

Recognizing this, waves of appreciation and joy sweep over me…not unlike these dream waves…overcoming resistance that once was my total exclusive focus in physical reality. For there once was a time when I didn’t know for certain, as I do now, nonphysical’s existence, nor was I, back then, aware I dreamt.

With that certainty now flows what’s known as “the secrets of the Universe”, known as that only because so few take time to find them.

Through these secrets I draw to me dream interpretation clarity:

  • The tumultuous sea represents massive changes underway in the broader context.
  • The massiveness of the waves and their power represent the intensity of my focus and my intention that Great Good result from all this (which is what’s happening).
  • The wall represents humanity’s resistance to the change.
  • The cooperative nature of both represent cocreation of a future bringing tectonic shifts in some humans, and my own awareness, which must equal identical shifts in my reality and collective reality.

Indeed, my perspective in this dream is not that of standing on the sea wall, nor on the tumultuous sea. Rather it is above both. A “God’s eye” view. That positioning too coordinates and cooperates with both wall and sea, meaning, I am both and more.

^^Trees and grass, roots and soil

Writing that sends shivers down my spine right now, indicating at the same time the accuracy of my interpretation and my Inner Being’s exaltation in my extraordinary clarity.

Oh how I stand in the now, focused on trees and grass, roots and soil, leaves and sky, eager and joyful knowing, not by faith, but by the clarity of my life experience, that everything is working out, that I am blessed, as all are, and that I am the center of the Universe, God in human form.

^^…leaves and sky

And that is why I encourage and practice being positively deranged through a Positively Focused practice. It feels so good. And feeling good brings delight, insight as well as real life experiences matching that.

Over 8,000 followers on Tumblr

8000_FollowersWhen I started this blog, I did it because I felt compelled. My Broader Perspective said it would support expansion, universal expansion, my own awareness expansion and, it said, the expansion of others.

I figured I’d watch and see whether my Broader Perspective was accurate. I imagined what I heard both from it and from my mentor Abraham would prove itself through this blog.

Last week, two things happened proving their accuracy. One, my client roster doubled. Two, this blog exceeded 8,000 followers on Tumblr and is on the way to 10,000 by the end of the year if not sooner.

I appreciate not only my Broader Perspective and my mentor, but also each of you reading this. I know what I offer here and in my 1:1 client sessions accords with the laws of the universe. I know you get as much from this blog as I do when I create it. It’s a great vehicle through which I express my many talents.

Thank you for being part of those deriving value here. It is said there’s never a crowd on the leading edge. I know that’s true.

And it’s nice seeing a crowd developing here.
