Why The Dream World Is Better Than Our Best Movies

Photo by Илья Мельниченко on Unsplash

Our most popular movies explore alternate realities and worlds. Movies such as Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Tomorrow War and Tenet tinker and toy with alternate realities and timelines. Their popularity reflects our collective fascination with worlds not like our own. Or worlds just enough like our own to find fascinating.

But that fascination often falls short. Compared to traveling through actual alternate realities, movies can’t measure up. That’s right, we can explore worlds unlike our own. Worlds and dimensions just as real as the one in which you’re reading this. Visiting them requires no futuristic hardware. We don’t need advanced digital technology. Visiting such worlds happens through something everyone does every night: going to bed.

Time travel begins with the mind

Travel to alternate realities, the past or the future is easier than we think. The mind makes such travel possible. Such travel requires releasing certain beliefs. Beliefs convincing us such dimensions don’t exist. Or that they exist only in movies. Or that visiting them is impossible.

Despite such beliefs, we explore these alternate realities all the time. Even while awake. But we don’t know we do it. We can know, however. It just requires soothing beliefs standing between us and the knowing that we do this constantly.

Every moment we’re creating infinite new realities. Every action we take creates a new dimension. The moment we create one, our consciousness goes into it. We put a portion of ourselves in there. Then we explore what’s there to explore.

We’re more than our bodies and we exist in infinite dimensions simultaneously. (Photo by David Matos on Unsplash)

In other words, we each exist in infinite dimensions. Dimensions we simultaneously create and explore. Exploring these dimensions consciously, again, requires soothing beliefs convincing us that none of what you just read is happening. It further requires softening our fixation with THIS reality. For it is mainly our fixation with this reality which binds us to it, thereby turning other legitimate experiences into fantasies or fables.

If you’re thinking “this is magical thinking”, then you’ve just proven what you’ve just read. Such beliefs convince you that what you’ve read isn’t true. They also reinforce our focus here, in this reality. Softening that belief makes available whole new worlds. Worlds just as real as this one. They exist right there, behind our persistent beliefs.

The mind is powerful. From it everything we know emerges. Exploring other dimensions is a matter then of opening ourselves up to our minds’ power.

Dreams matter…a lot

Dreams represent the closest alternate dimension “neighborhood”. Many people, including the science community, generally claim dreams are the brain processing waking experiences. They don’t matter and aren’t important, they say. Here’s a Harvard trained psychology major you may know, sharing her perspective on dreams on a popular YouTube show.

Despite Portman’s assertion, dreams happen because we reemerge into nonphysical while the body sleeps. There we rejoin our Whole Selves. What happens next is extremely complex. All the “parts” of what we are communicate across dimensions we simultaneously inhabit. This includes the “past” and “future”. This communication makes alternate dimensional travel possible. A person can literally “skip” across their alternate consciousnesses like a stone skips when thrown across water.

This nonphysical communication also makes physical life possible. Without it we wouldn’t physically survive. That’s because nonphysical animates physical. So it’s accurate to say dream experience matters more than physical reality. Because physical reality literally erupts from the mind. What we call “dreaming” is mind activity at its purest. Dreaming matters. A lot.

A self-exploration most will ignore

We do what we call “dreaming” all the time. You’re doing it right now, while reading this. Most of the time we’re not aware we’re doing it. But that can change.

Becoming aware isn’t hard. But it does take persistence and discipline. Few are willing to do what’s required. Yet, if we understood what’s there, more would pursue this expanded awareness. Still, people barely remember their dreams. Some only remember having dreamed once or twice a week. Some claim they never dream, though everyone does.

It’s no wonder, then, that humanity remains largely ignorant of real alternate realities. We don’t even think about exploring dreams. So we miss what’s beyond them.

Dreams represent the boundary between waking reality and whole new realms; dimensions that make physical life possible. Dimensions happening just beneath beliefs. Beliefs which blind us to such experiences.

With practice though, we can explore these dimensions. Such exploration can’t happen, however, while we remain singularly focused on physical reality.

Belief in an “objective” reality also hinders such explorations. Exploring the dream world and beyond also involves soothing such beliefs. An “objective” reality doesn’t exist. The phenomenon called “objective reality” is actually a subjective experience we all agree to simultaneously experience. But none of us experiences the same so-called “objective” reality. Even when it seems like we are, we are not. Every person’s experience is subjective. Knowing this is an important factor contributing to successful alternate dimension travel.

My personal experience proves it

My own experience shows how a Positively Focused practice makes successful alternate dimension travel possible. I keep detailed records of my dreams dating back to 2015. That represents well over 4,000 individual dreams. Since 2015, my dreams became more vivid, longer and included more detail. I’ve also experienced more dreams each night. And dreams within dreams. And I can now enter the dream state easier than before. I can even do it while semi-awake.

Both Abraham and Seth say such improvements come naturally once one unravels a rigid focus on physical reality. My experience exploring dreams supports their assertions. These days I enjoy far more exotic experiences. Out of body experiences (OBE), extra sensory perception and Kundalini experiences among them.

For example, I experienced long-form OBE travel as well as multiple, shorter such experiences during meditation. All this results from years training myself to focus less on the physical realm. I believe even more capability exists beyond even these experiences. That’s why I’m excited about my future.

A recent long-form OBE I had.

Subjective experience is the best evidence

All the words in the world won’t convince anyone that alternate dimensions exist and travel within them is possible. Everyone who’s experienced what I have will tell you: personal experience is the best evidence. It is the only evidence convincing enough to change a person’s beliefs.

Which is why I like working with my clients. They represent people willing to consider something more lies beyond what they see with their eyes. Dissatisfaction with their lives usually brings them to me. Dissatisfaction often causes one to give up limiting beliefs. So dissatisfaction can be a good thing. But most people think their beliefs are absolutely true. So they won’t explore what lies beyond them. Or they’re too busy with everyday life.

I get it.

Natalie Portman’s Harvard education tells her dreams don’t matter. She thinks that’s true. But I know differently. The pathway through the dream world offers tremendous potential. Potential available to everyone. But potential available only for those willing to go beyond ordinary waking consciousness and commonly-held beliefs.

The rewards far exceed the effort involved

What if powers we believe exist only in the movies are available to us all? What if we can do all those things our favorite characters do in our favorite films? If alternate dimensions await our exploration, wouldn’t that be something we’d want to explore?

I think so.

Our fascination with movies tells me we want to. But our beliefs keep us from seriously developing the technology. The technology of our minds. A technology we all have. I believe a technology worth developing.

I believe that technology can completely remake what it means to be human. It can change the world for the better. It can create a world I believe we all would prefer. One far more satisfying, prosperous and centered. So the effort invested will produce outcomes far more valuable than the effort invested.

But it’s up to each of us to create that world for ourselves. I for one believe it’s worth doing. My experiences confirm that belief. As does fascination I feel when I return from a nonphysical journey.

What’s keeping you from believing such explorations are worth the effort required? That’s a question worth asking. One that offers something far better than our best movies.

What Real Bravery Actually Looks Like

Photo by Joyce McCown on Unsplash

I’ve watched recently some videos of police as they face gunmen shooting up schools. Armed and doing their duty, they charge into these situations clear of dangers they face. And while those are brave acts, there’s a higher order of bravery I’d like to discuss: The bravery that looks like living one’s Charmed Life and what that looks like.

Sure, it’s one thing to charge into a building you know a gunman awaits. But is that really brave? Or is that responding to the what-is-ness of life? If we can create any reality we want, why not create a reality in which a person needn’t experience such things?

A while ago, I experienced something which showed me what real bravery looks like. What happened back then forever changed my life. Real bravery looks like living authentically. That means creating a life that looks nothing like what others are doing.

And the most honorable life is one that reflects the pure positive state of All That Is. A state of pure love for everyone and everything. There, a person must enjoy an experience of life that reflects that love back at the person. That’s what I learned a while back when I had the experience I’m about to share.

Anger personified

One day, I was out and about, enjoying life. I walked through downtown, greeting everyone I made eye-contact with with a twinkle in my eye and a smile. Meanwhile my positive focus emanated from me. I felt on top of the world.

I stopped to catch the lightrail and, while I waited, a young man came walking down the platform. It was obvious he was houseless. He walked with slumped shoulders, his eyes cast to the ground.

But something must have prompted him, because as he got near me, he looked up and caught my eye. I gave him a dose of positive energy and greeted him silently with my smile. What happened next was astounding.

“What you looking at faggot,” He said with hostility. “You wanna die today?”

When he said this, I felt no fear, no threat. I didn’t even have time to think about what he said. Immediately from my lips came a response that, even today, startles me. But what he said in response to that, startled me even more.

“You wanna die today?” he asked.

“Do you?” I asked in return and he turned his hard stare from me back to the ground. As he did so, without missing a beat, he said “Yes”.

Violence is a cry for help

At first, I couldn’t believe my response just as much as I couldn’t believe his. So surprised I was, I did a double-take. I wasn’t sure what just happened. Apparently, the young man wasn’t sure either, because as distance grew between us, he kept looking back towards me, a look of surprise in his own eyes.

I’ve said this many, many times. Rage, seething and violence are all cries for help. A person willing to wage violence on another does so out of their disconnection from their Broader Perspective. So disconnected are they, they see the world around them as frightening, threatening. It’s no wonder they feel the need to wage war against it.

The appropriate response to such people isn’t meeting them with violence. It is meeting them with understanding. Hopefully doing so well before violence becomes their last resort.

Abraham describing how no one connected to All That Is would ever resort to violence.

The trouble with our world today, if there is trouble, is so many of us live our lives so disconnected from All That Is that we perceive the world as scary, random and out of our control. When, in fact, our individual experience is 100 percent our creation.

Think I’m “victim blaming”? Read this.

And since all of us come into the world through people who came before us, it’s almost a given that we’ll adopt those people’s fears and insecurities as our own.

So real courage, real bravery isn’t about running into an active shooter situation to kill someone who themselves is so disconnected they kill others. Real courage is short circuiting the notions that make people think it’s necessary to arm themselves then shoot up a school in the first place.

The power of invincibility

Invincibility is another matter entirely. Invincibility looks like moving through the world knowing nothing in the world can harm us. Including houseless strangers, school shooters or any other violence.

Indeed, it’s knowing everything in the world reflects back to us our inner state of being. A chronic Positively Focused state reflects back to us only things that nurture and delight and surprise us. There, even a threatening houseless youth or armed attacker reveals who they really are: someone in pain. Someone harmless to us.

These days, I move through the world worried about no one. Instead I see the world and everyone in it as my creation. And the world indeed reflects that knowing to me, in the form of people who express kindness, love and warmth. Those with rage-full hearts can’t find me. Because I’m on a totally different vibrational level.

This is what the Charmed Life creates. In addition to a life one loves, it creates a world that reflects back to us the charmed state of being we nurture internally. Creating that life takes a while. Only because nearly all of us have adopted bogus beliefs from those through whom we came into the world.

And it is an act of courage to reach beyond those bogus beliefs. To reach for that state of being consistent with what we knew before coming into a body. The courage to go our own way, live authentically, then transform life from what others think it is, to what we want it to be.

It is to be the change we want to see in the world.

What Happens When Kundalini Tells You You’re Progressing

Photo by Fidias Cervantes on Unsplash

I’ve experienced strange phenomena in past weeks. Before now, I didn’t understand what they were. In a past post, I described them as “murmurations”. Now I know they represent divine energy that is part of me. They are manifestations indicating an impending spiritual liberation. A liberation born of the “Serpent”.

The “Serpent” is also known as “Kundalini energy”. “Kundalini” is an ancient word describing the body’s energy system. This energy system facilitates the physical body’s ongoing presence. Sensations I experienced recently, tell me I’ve unlocked a higher level of spiritual capability. So says research I undertook in hopes of understanding what was happening.

Triggering Kundalini experiences takes time and dedication according to my research. It usually happens through meditation or yoga under a Guru’s tutelage. My experience differs in that I’ve triggered my Kundalini energy practicing solo. I don’t care much about what that says about me.

What I do know is, my experience isn’t unique. And yet, it is special. Both the experiences themselves and my research confirm my Positively Focused approach works. I currently use no other approach.

So what happens when Kundalini tells me I’m progressing? I get excited, that’s what happens! Here’s more about this phenomenal experience.

More about Kundalini

Sources say Kundalini represents an energy pool of Divine Feminine Energy. That resonates because I perceive myself as mostly energetically feminine. This energy sits at the base of the spine. The energy usually lies dormant. Under the right conditions, however, it activates. When it does, it acts as a catalyst. It transforms the body’s nervous system. The energy “rewires” the body, preparing it for something special. That something special is an ascension into higher vibrational states.

Everyone’s Kundalini experience is unique. This post says it offers a complete list of symptoms. But if symptoms are individually unique, no list could really be complete, could it? I don’t think so.

As the energy moves up the spine, the body must react to the increased flow. Thus the symptoms. Meanwhile, people experiencing these symptoms become acquainted with their subtle body. The subtle body is the pure energy counterpart of our physical or “gross” body. People actually become aware of three different aspects of what they are. Their “gross” or physical body. Their more subtle, energy form. And, finally, their formless self.

This formless self is the “I AM” nature of what we all are. Awareness of the three aspects supports spiritual expansion. Expansion leading to supreme detachment from camouflage phenomena, which then allows a person greater leverage and power in their lives.

Here’s a great, basic description of what Kundalini is:

A wonderful overview of Kundalini energy

My experience

Symptoms I’ve had are included in that “complete” list above. However, I must add something important. During my entire spiritual journey, I have never experienced any significant negative or painful effects. Even during the many ayahuasca experiences I enjoyed, never once did I experience physical pain, nausea or vomiting. The point is, it’s not necessarily so that everyone experiences painful or negative effects of spiritual awakening.

The most prevalent symptoms I enjoy in my experience, include the following:

  • Crushing of the skull: A feeling of intense painless pressure buildup. It feels like my skull is collapsing from the outside in.
  • Body undulations: beautiful, blissful, involuntary fluidic flowing of my body, centered along my spine.
  • Body expansion: a feeling that my physical body becomes larger than it physically is.
  • Levitation sensations: a feeling that my body is preparing to rise off the bed.
  • Out of body preparation: sensing my subtle body preparing to separate from my gross body.

There are other experiences that happen too, including projections of my consciousness. These projections so far typically involve “landing” in random-seeming locations. Like this:

A projection of consciousness that happened on Apr. 9.

All of these experiences I document in my spiritual journal. Recording such experiences is an important part of my journey. That way I can compare my experience with my clients’ as they progress too.

All these experiences tell me I’m progressing. My research now also confirms this. So does my many, many dream experiences. Clarity and vividness of my dreams is now off the charts. So is the duration of dream experiences I enjoy.

I know these all must have practical, everyday value. Already, I experience delightful epiphanies and manifestations. That value is beginning to show itself more and more through manifestations I experience.

The journey: More important that getting there

But I know the most important thing is the journey. Enjoying the journey and signposts along that journey. That’s what I consider these Kundalini experiences. They are signposts, not the destination. I’m not trying to get anywhere. After all, I’m eternal. There’s no “there” to get to. So instead, I’m learning more and more to soothe my impatience.

That’s because when I consider these remarkable experiences, I get excited about future ones. Seriously, if I can experience Kundalini phenomena, other seemingly “supernatural” experiences must be out there. Out there readying themselves. Readying themselves to reveal themselves to me.

I get eager thinking about those. Sometimes, that eagerness turns to impatience. I mean really, wouldn’t you get impatient to do things like levitate, astral travel and teleport? I would. And I do.

But it’s better that I stay focused on progress I’ve made. And feel blessed where I am. Rather than getting impatient about where I’m going. That way, I remain joyful of the journey, rather than feeling impatient. Impatience, after all, introduces resistance. And resistance slows everything down.

Unlocking my Kundalini energy is a pretty cool signpost. I’m looking forward to more signposts along my journey that is my spiritual progress.

My Out Of Body Experiences Now Come Easily

Photo by Andrew Spencer on Unsplash

I’m experiencing multiple Of Body Experiences (OBE) regularly. The more I experience, the more intense their vividness and the longer their duration.

OBEs represent practical experiences of our eternal, multi-dimensional natures. Humans are meant to experience these experiences as they move through life. The experiences come when one merges their Broader Perspective with their waking consciousness. That merging marks significant advancement of a Positively Focused practice.

A recent experience shows how inspiring OBEs can be. After all, it’s impossible to dispute OBEs happen when you experience one yourself! And I’ve experienced many since my first one not long ago. In addition to this, other occult experiences are beginning to happen. Those experiences take me to the furthest edge of what people believe possible…and beyond.

Broader Perspective is me too

My Broader Perspective, or Whole Self, is that larger consciousness I enjoy in nonphysical. It isn’t a god or entity separate from me. Nor does it lord itself over me. Or judge me. Broader Perspective consciousness extends my being into multiple dimensions. Dimensions I inhabit simultaneously while also being in this one.

Everyone enjoys such complex constructions as part of who they are. My clients and I explore this conscious construction as part of our 1:1 session work. In time, clients can replicate what I experience. Not all do, of course. Even though everyone experiences these occult abilities, most won’t put in the focus needed. So they won’t enjoy such experiences. Or it will take them a long time before they do.

Our Broader Perspective wants us to enjoy these experiences though. That’s because with practice a person can leverage this broader awareness to their advantage in this life. They can literally create their life. They can create a life consistent with their biggest desires. Doing so represents the Charmed Life. The Charmed Life unfolds naturally as one progresses in their Positively Focused practice.

My OBE

I keep a journal of my spiritual expansion progress. In it, I make regular notes on my personal sitting sessions. I also record my dreams. My dream recall and retention has improved immeasurably since creating the Positively Focused approach. Indeed, Abraham told me years ago this would happen. And here it is happening.

Anyway, in my journal I note whenever I project my consciousness outside my body. It isn’t something that happens deliberately. Right now they happen spontaneously. That represents where I am in my own practice. I am moving toward where I can project myself willfully. But right now, they come when they come.

When they do, I relish them. And that’s why I’m enjoying more of them. One hallmark of life experience is momentum. The more I put attention on something, that something will get bigger. The same goes with spiritual practice. The more I focus on my results, the more and better results I’ll get.

So remembering my OBEs makes it more likely to have more. Reveling in them after the fact does too. Writing them down increases momentum even more. And then reviewing my journal entries does it more. This explains why OBEs are happening more often. I’m amplifying my results through focus. Focus, attention, awareness are all the same thing. It’s a direction of aware-ized energy. Aware-ized energy is what we all are.

Here’s what happened in the OBE I enjoyed:

My OBE as detailed in my Journal on March 12.

The best life

I strongly believe the best life is possible for all of us. The best life is one where I am focused in the physical world. But I’m also focused in nonphysical. I’m aware of all I’m doing there, tapped directly into and merged with my Broader Perspective. I’m enjoying the best of all worlds. And that brings leverage. Leverage of the entire Universe, the energy that creates worlds. I can use that energy to create in this life whatever I want. Just as I do in nonphysical.

I work with clients because experiences I’m having are just too good to not share. Too good not to show others how to have them too. In this way, I came into the world as an example. I expect my life will ultimately show what is possible. And a lot is possible.

In fact, everything is possible. The only thing limiting what is possible is what we believe. The Charmed Life stands ready to embrace us all. It’s so delicious living it, I encourage everyone to tap in.

Including you.

A postscript:

It’s 1141 on March 17. About 40 minutes ago, I finished drafting this post. I then went into my mid-day sitting session. As if to punctuate everything I just wrote here, I experienced two more OBEs. While having them, I knew what I was doing. Once my 30-minute session completed, I made my documentation. Here’s what happened:

As if to double down, my Broader Perspective took me on two more OBEs after writing this!

What Is The Most Enduring Love Of All?

Photo by Dingzeyu Li on Unsplash

Where do we experience love? Is it in the arms of a lover? Is it in the presence of our mother as she takes care of us? How about in the depths of our favorite pet’s eyes?

I would say, in any instance where someone experiences love through what they perceive as another person or external circumstance, the real experience of the feeling of love happens within.

Love, according to science, is a series of chemicals and hormonal secretions which wash through the brain, causing the popular emotion. But the Positively Focused approach asserts a different origin of the emotion called love. The origin comes well before and triggers the chemical suffusion. In fact, the chemicals are a manifestation of an earlier, incipient act. An act taking place in nonphysical.

The great thing about the origin, the actual origin of the feeling “love“ is that it doesn’t depend on an external stimulus. In fact, the most powerful love, the most enduring love, the love we refer to when we describe it as “love”, results from that nonphysical origin. That origin represents a profound connection. A connection we share with the larger part of us. That part that does not inhabit physical reality.

That means the best love we can possibly imagine can be ours regardless of external circumstance. It’s always there. It’s ready for anyone. Anyone willing to open themselves to a consciousness allowing them access to this eternal power, love.

Is it my cat Max who loves me? Or do I experience his love in another, more enduring place? A place where we are one?

How do I know this?

I know this because I experience it every day. The experience is so deep and rich, it infuses everything I do in my waking hours. It literally makes me giddy sometimes! Indeed, the love is so profound, and so powerful, I have no interest seeking love in the arms of a lover. Or in a relationship or other external circumstance. Love derived from those experiences pale in comparison. It’s that deep and powerful.

Once again, this love, everyone possesses. They can access it any time. The only thing standing between them and it is their own beliefs. Beliefs which run counter to the love constantly flowing to them from nonphysical.

But with a little attention and discipline a person can gradually soothe those beliefs. In the soothing process they can enjoy increasingly rich, satisfying, powerful, enduring love they once thought impossible. Or thought they can only get from another. And there’s no upper limit to how good this love feels.

The oneness is love

Frankly, none of my clients are at this point yet. But I am. And I know my clients are getting there too. It just takes a while to get there.

In the meantime, I am encouraged by experiences I’m having. More and more I’m discovering not just love from a single being, like a god, but love emanating from a cadre, a massive number beings in nonphysical, who, every waking moment, every sleeping moment, remain focused on me. They cooperate with me. Together we collaborate, creating realities I desire as waking life experiences.

And they and me do all this in an extremely profound and enduring state of “oneness“ or “love”. That oneness I feel most directly while conscious in my dream state. But each morning I wake, I feel that profound state as intently as when sleeping. These days, I’m able to extend that feeling well into the day. I describe that feeling in this journal entry:

Journal entry from March 2 describing the rich state of awareness existing behind the “love” humans want to feel.

The power of love and its potential

I assert once again this love is so powerful it will cause someone to give up trying to find love in the capricious, always fading, always insecure romantic love of another. No matter how perfect love from another may be, compared to love that comes from within, that love will always fall short.

But, in the presence of the love I’m talking about, the love never ends. It is ever-faithful. And it always intensifies. It doesn’t chew up your slippers or need to be walked. It gets richer and deeper and more expansive the more a person exposes themselves to it.

Of course these are just words. Experience “speaks” so much better than words ever can. Even the word “love” cannot capture what I experience when the body sleeps and moments in my early morning. But I know my experience is real. And it’s becoming more vivid every night. Meditation amplifies those experiences with bodily sensations that manifest when I feel directly connected.

As I said above, everyone can experience this, the most enduring love of all. How does one do that? By becoming a match to it. How does that happen? By becoming Positively Focused. That’s because the love I’m referring to sees only love everywhere. It’s maximally positively focused. Which is why one must become a match to it before one can experience it.

What does it look like to become a match to it? Contact me. Let’s talk about it.

More Proof On The Way To Becoming Super Human

It seems every week at least two significant spiritual things happen. These things prove I’m expanding as a spiritual being. This past week was no exception. What happens proves I’m uncovering my “supernatural powers”.

Of course such experiences are not “supernatural”. They’re things we all can do. Doing so just requires dedication. Dedication most people won’t put in. So it only seems such things are impossible. Or their possibility gets relegated to superheroes on the big screen. Many of us simply won’t prioritize such things.

Meanwhile, some people actively enjoy such abilities. Members of certain Buddhist Orders, for example, develop such capabilities. But even they may not go far. They see such abilities as distractions from their ultimate goal. Their ultimate goal being renunciation earthly desires, not developing occult powers.

I don’t consider such abilities distractions. I believe they serve vital purposes. They help people realize their godliness. Such experiences introduce people to their eternal natures. Experiencing them can even radically change individual life trajectories and society at large. They can change how we relate to each other. They can help eliminate human suffering by showing us how connected we all are. Connected not only to one another, but to all things.

They can even help us lose the fear of death.

Ending human suffering – one person at a time

That’s right, supernatural experiences relieve people of fear and insecurity. Fear and insecurity lie at the heart of many “bad” human behaviors. Mass shooters, aren’t born mass shooters, for example. Experience nurtures people into such states. Psychopaths aren’t born that way either. They become such people at the hands of other people.

All that can change if everyone directly experienced their immortality. If people knew they were integral parts of God, they’d fear one another less. They’d experience more grace and love from within. No matter the external conditions, such people could change their lives into better lives. Better lives for themselves and for others.

Changes like that can’t come from “faith” though. Which explains why religion often falls short. Religion can mollify insecurity and fear. But religion also can foment fear and insecurity. Especially those based on sin and damnation.

But direct experience of one’s eternal essence teaches differently. Directly experiencing one’s consciousness as it exists beyond the physical offers compelling, visceral, undeniable evidence. No one, for example, can deny out of body experiences exist. Not after directly experiencing one.

Positively Focused’s goal then is empowering people in this way. The practice shows them they are gods in human form. Through direct experience, the practice reconnects people with their immortality. From there, people discover what they really are. In time they free themselves from fear, suffering and insecurity. They find instead empowerment, freedom and joy. Then life becomes the joyful adventure that is the Charmed Life.

What is our potential?

My personal practice has me questioning many things nearly everyone takes for granted as impossible. What if, for example, things “superheroes” do in movies actually represent real-life human potential? What if we can fly? Can we travel to other dimensions? Can we shape shift?

I don’t think coincidence explains people’s fascination with superhero movies. Perhaps the reason we’re so fascinated is deep down we know such abilities are possible. But since so many don’t believe them, such abilities remain latent.

Until now. I know, I sound crazy. But my experience says maybe I’m not so crazy…

Abraham making an assertion I’m beginning to believe is accurate.

I’m testing that “craziness” to see what’s behind it. What I’m finding shows that maybe we can do more than our logical minds allow. Maybe…our potential is more unlimited than we believe.

My latest experience

Shape shifting, for example, is something I’m systematically exploring. Recent experience indicates I’m making progress. Of course, actually shifting my shape requires rather intricate and significant control of certain realms. It also requires highly refined abilities. Abilities accessible only in nonphysical. It also demands that I soothe a LOT of resistance, primarily resistance manifesting as disbelief. But also manifesting as fear.

And yet, evidence I am producing shows promise. Take, for example, this recent experience:

Notes from my experiences during session 187 titled: Preparatory sessions for shape-shifting?

Descriptions in this note pale in comparison to the actual experience. It was EXTREMELY profound. So real was the experience that it left me giddy days afterwards. And the fact that it ended seconds before my timer went off told me a greater intelligence was at work within me. An intelligence possessing a sense of humor and an awareness of my time experience. I attribute that intelligence to my Broader Perspective.

What was that experience?

In case you don’t know what “murmuration” is, here’s a video of the phenomena:

This is what my body felt like

Watch the “meta” structure the birds’ flight paths create. Note how that shape changes, but the number of birds and their orientation, while changing, remains cohesive. My body felt exactly like this. Though I perceived it maintaining its overall “shape”, I also sensed that it could change shape. That it actually was preparing to change.

I’m not quite ready for the full capability shape shifting implies. Not yet. Just as I’m not fully ready for fully-conscious OBEs. Otherwise, I’d be shape shifting now. And traveling to other realms and dimensions while fully aware of the experience.

That I’m not doing that (yet) tells me I still have some resistance. Fear remains the biggest resistant element between me and these full-blown experiences. My ego hasn’t quite acclimated itself to a realm in which it’s not designed to function. But it’s getting there.

As it does, that fear is subsiding.

What the future holds

Shape shifting is my future. As are the other occult abilities. I strongly believe this. I already am projecting my consciousness outside my body and aware I’m doing so. Everyone does this. Nearly everyone disbelieves they do this however. So they don’t remember doing it. Or, they aren’t aware of doing it. Or both. I’m becoming more and more aware of my out of body experiences. I record them. And I retain the experience. More and more, I’m becoming aware while in them. Doing so, I’m gradually extending my time in them. Changing the emanation that is my body will be a nice complement to out-of-body travel.

This whole exploration began with manifesting desirable circumstances and events in waking consciousness. It actually started with wanting to be more positive. Now, it has expanded a great deal. I never thought I would want to manifest these supernatural abilities. Abilities that actually aren’t so supernatural. But now that I’m starting to experience them directly, I can see how they were my destiny.

Someone must show humanity what’s possible. Someone must show us the future that can be ours. Perhaps that person is me. Want to join me and my clients in this pursuit? Contact me. Let’s talk about it.

I’m Getting Better Traveling Out Of My Body

The more proficient I get with my Advanced Positively Focused practice, the better control I’m having in my Out of Body Experiences (OBE). I like seeing that progress. Exhibiting more control over such experiences indicates significant progress towards becoming ordinary among super humans.

That’s a paraphrase from a book I read. Dan Millman’s Way Of The Peaceful Warrior transformed my life trajectory. In his book, Dan quotes a main character:

“You have tried to be superior in an ordinary realm. Now you must learn to be ordinary in a superior realm.”

Way of the peaceful warrior

I love the juxtaposition of that quote. Many want to be super human among ordinary people. They want to set themselves apart. I once did, that’s for sure. But some time ago, I opted for the better alternative. I opted to become ordinary among a community of super humans.

Now that I’m exhibiting early super human powers and sharing how to do that with others, I’m fulfilling my long-held desire.

It takes practice and persistence

In that last two weeks, I’ve enjoyed a steady series of extraordinary events. My dreaming experience radically transformed. These days, dreams are long, rich and vivid in their detail. My dream retention proves my increasing ability to merge with a greater part of me. The part that travels freely through alternate realities.

The word “dream” is a misnomer. That term disparages what’s really happening when the body sleeps. What happens when the body sleeps represents sacred connection to All That Is. We return to our Broader Perspective awareness. There we travel through infinity. The cool thing is we can do it consciously aware of what we’re doing.

When my body sleeps, I’m not in it. Instead, I’m exploring, creating and interacting with the power and love of other literal super humans. Beings who no longer exist in the physical realm.

I share with clients what I know these nightly experiences actually are: the closest, easiest-to-reach alternate dimension available to us all. Every point of consciousness experiences this dimension while our bodies sleep. Even objects thought inanimate experience them. But consciously experiencing this realm then recalling and retaining the experience, represents an advanced capability.

Anyone can do it. It just takes a teacher who knows what they’re doing, practice and persistence. Exploration of other dimensions is a “given” as eternal beings. But human consciousness blocks those experiences for ordinary people.

Super humans though travel these realms consciously. And benefits of doing so are clear.

Projections of consciousness

OBEs indicate even further advancement. These days, in nearly every meditative session, I experience an OBE. Sometimes, I experience so many I can’t remember them all. But I know practice and persistence will remedy that. After all, my ego needs practice too. It must get used to being in a foreign dimension.

I also must get used to the experience. Right now, my control isn’t the best. OBEs I’m enjoying come as spontaneous events. Not something I directly control. I can’t deliberately visit some place I want to for example. Not yet. Instead, they involve random visits to alternate dimensions. Or experiences in locations familiar to me, like the following:

I saw myself I found myself walking down the street that felt like Mississippi [a street in my neighborhood]. A woman was coming from the other direction. The scenery was extremely vivid as was this woman. She had long brown hair that flowed in the wind. Her face was narrow and stern, but the energy she emanated wasn’t stern. As we converged, she looked at me strangely, as though I did not belong there. And of course I did not, for I was projecting! (Massive Source Confirmation).

This one happened this morning (Feb 21). What’s cool about visits like this is OBE pioneers document identical early-stage experiences. Robert Butts and Jane Roberts‘ early experiences were exactly like this. Robert and Jane are famed as the conduit through which Seth spoke. Oliver Fox is another OBE pioneer. He lived in the early 19th century. Fox documented his experiences in a book called Astral Projection. Yet another pioneer, Robert Monroe created a technology-enabled process for astral projection. His book, Journeys Out Of The Body chronicles his journeys. Each of these pioneers enjoyed the same early-stage experiences I am enjoying.

More powers on the horizon

These people’s experience confirms my own. I’m just beginning with this highly-advanced ability. And I know my experience reflects improved capability. For example, in the projection above, I recognized the woman recognized me. She knew I didn’t belong in her dimension. And I retained that experience when I returned from visiting there. As I wrote above, in past experiences I forgot what happened upon returning. But now I’m retaining more of the experience.

I also notice my forgetfulness happens in highly advanced trips. When I visit multiple dimensions, my ego gets overwhelmed. One recent sitting demonstrates this. The moment I lay down, I experienced an enormous variety of dimensions all simultaneously. It was almost totally overwhelming. I couldn’t remember specific details. But I remember the collection of various dimensions as a single unit. Here’s what I wrote about that event:

A description from my journal of a massive number of dimensions experienced simultaneously along with other OBE projections experienced in session 181 on Saturday, Feb. 18.

I know my capacity for these experiences is improving. I know this because I recognize progress I’ve already made. And I know more such progress lies on the horizon. As do more abilities. Abilities known only in what Dan Millman calls “the superior realm”. The realm that is quickly becoming my new home.

What Practical Value Exists In Out Of Body Experiences?

Photo by Warren Wong on Unsplash

I recently had my first Out of Body Experience (OBE), also known as a “projection of consciousness”. In the weeks following that experience I have had many more. In a client session this week, I shared one recent travel. My client’s response was instructive.

“What is the utility of such experiences?” He asked. Meaning, what practical value do OBEs offer?

Well, it’s a good question. While such experiences provide fantastic subjective revelations, their practical value escapes most people. But that’s because most people don’t look very deeply into spiritual matters. And even some who do look miss the value.

Some may know of religious ascetics. These people renunciate the world to explore nonphysical. Such men and woman hole themselves up in monasteries or even caves sometimes. They practice rites and rituals known to trigger mystical experiences.

But the rest of us have lives.

We have careers. Our families put demands on us. Bills need paying. Hobbies and friends consume our time. Who wants to spend their life constantly meditating? Moreover, why?

Again, our lives suggest OBEs hold no practical value. Especially considering the time cultivating them takes. So is there no practical value at all in them?

I suggest the exact opposite. Tremendous practical value exists in such explorations.

The power of tapping in

For sure, experiencing an OBE takes some doing. That’s why I suggest my clients make their Positively Focused practice a full-time job. That doesn’t mean quit day-jobs and families. It does, however, mean they prioritize their practice.

For while the practice’s early stages bring satisfying rewards – increased calm, peace, and general physical, emotional and mental well being – the biggest rewards come at later levels. Yes, early stage practice delivers the Charmed Life a life where everything one wants, happens.

But the advance practice develops “occult powers”. Abilities people think are mystical, supernatural and magical. People think these things because such abilities are rare among humanity.

OBEs are hard to experience. Mainly, it’s because humans have too much resistance going on. Their doubt and disbelief are too great. Their belief constellations are too full of bogus beliefs about life and physical reality. And about themselves. Their thought processes aren’t inclined to ignite desiring such experiences. So tapping into this power, and there is power here, isn’t possible if one’s thoughts and beliefs run counter to the experience.

Achieving OBEs, therefore, is more about letting go of disbelief. Not practicing a new skill. Everyone already has the skill. It’s only masked by beliefs telling the believer such abilities aren’t theirs. Or don’t exist at all.

But those who dedicate themselves develop seemingly mystical power. The power of pure positive energy. The energy that creates universes.

Tapping in requires soothing old beliefs, not creating new skills.

The value: highly practical

My first OBE signifies an arrival. I’m at the point where I’ve significantly cleared away vibrational interference. Interference blocking natural “supernatural” abilities. I’ve turned the key that unlocks doorways. Doorways of multidimensional existence. Existence I can explore consciously.

Moreover, I can explore consciously those dimensions and retain the experience when returning to physical consciousness. That experience expands my understanding of what it means to Be. Because now I KNOW I am more than my body. I’m learning to KNOW death marks a transition, not the end.

For sure many people believe death isn’t real. Or they want to believe that. But few actually KNOW. Meanwhile, OBEs produce confidence one lives eternally by showing the traveller that they are more than their physical body.

The real, practical value of such experiences however, lies in one’s ability to accomplish one’s desires. And to up-level the realm of what’s possible.

Equipped with conscious deliberate connection to All That Is, one can leverage that in the real world. Such a person can accomplish what most think takes a lot of time. Or what nearly everyone thinks is impossible. She can cut out effort and “luck” people rely upon. Such a person can also bypass much of the nose-to-the-grindstone people think responsible for success. And they can do that in whatever field they choose.

Seth puts it plain:

“The responsibility of dealing with manipulation within the physical universe remains, but in some respects the nature of this manipulation changes. It becomes more direct: Physical properties are manipulated more and more on a mental level. Many actual physical intervening steps are cut out.”

“Impossible” aspirations

So the practical value of this ability lies not in the ability. The ability is a sign post. The real value lies in leverage power existing in all the Universe in service of one’s desires. That way desires start fulfilling themselves.

That’s highly practical.

Armed with this power and leverage, a person begins questioning his or her limits. She realizes her limitlessness.

Then she starts testing herself. Her aspirations ascend beyond where most can imagine. That’s because most don’t believe OBEs are possible. Let alone what OBEs as signposts signify is possible.

From there the practitioner merges with her Broader Perspective’s perspective. It’s a conscious shift Seth describes:

“The ego becomes more similar to the inner ego than to its old self, comparatively speaking. This altered ego is aware of large portions of inner reality that were previously denied. Structurally it remains intact, and yet it has changed chemically, and electromagnetically. It is able to open up so that inner experience can be received. This is a cornerstone for consciousness and for personality development. It is only a first step, however. Without it, no further development of consciousness can occur.”

Realizing past incarnations

From here, the practitioner can integrate “intimate knowledge of all incarnations”. This realization holds tremendous value. Psychology has us thinking our mental health springs from our present lives. But psychology and medicine in general, fails to account for influences from our experiences in other dimensions. Dimensions happening simultaneously with this one. However, awareness of past incarnations means we can harness that information for positive change now. In this life.

So the Positively Focused practitioner transcends what it means to be human. Then, they accomplish things humans think impossible. When people see this person doing what they think impossible, a new normal gets created. One in which what people thought impossible, now becomes possible.

And in that, they directly aid in human evolution. Human REVOLUTION. An expansion of what it means to be human.

Finally, this explains why achieving such levels appears extremely difficult or impossible, even though it’s not. It appears that way on purpose. Because getting there is impossible until one aligns their way of being with that of All That Is. They must eliminate as much interference as possible. Few will make a go at it. And of those, few will achieve it. Even though everyone can.

The value is more than just clearing away old beliefs clouding what we think is possible. It literally furthers humanity’s evolution.

The potential is vast

That’s a built in safeguard. All That Is can’t have a bunch of undisciplined, mostly negative spirits running around nonphysical. It would create mayhem across infinite dimensions. This development process happens in very slow motion here, on Earth. It is one of the reasons we come here. But that experience can greatly accelerate. And, it can happen in one lifetime.

Think about that. Would you be willing to dedicate a single life time so that in that life time you can achieve whatever you want, effortlessly, while having positive influence on humanity? And then influence all subsequent lifetimes from that same powerful perspective? I would.

I want to know my limitless power. These limitless powers are available for everyone. But accessing them only happens for the few. The few willing to see the world as it ultimately is: love, oneness, joyful and full of possibility. A willingness to see the world from a Positively Focused perspective, in other words.

Maybe you’re ready to develop your supernatural powers. If so, let’s talk.

My Second Great Out Of Body Experience

Photo by Warren Wong on Unsplash

This isn’t actually the second, but it is the most significant OBE since my first. What’s significant about it relates to my ego’s calibration to the experience. The whole experience confirms my progress. I’m realizing more my eternal nature.

Humans are more than human. We are aware-ized energy. We are that creative energy, creating more of ourselves. Then we expand ourselves into that more. We do that to explore ourselves. We do that to know who and what we are.

While they seem rare, everyone experiences OBEs. Usually, we don’t notice them. That’s because our ego blocks such experiences. But we leave our bodies constantly.

Most common OBEs happen during sleep. We call them “dreams”. But that word cheapens what really happens. There we explore the myriad creations we create. Meanwhile our bodies get left behind.

Each of us exist simultaneously in infinite dimensions. Dimensions outside time and space. Places we create as part of our voracious desire for self-awareness and expansion.

Even those who think they don’t dream do this. The only reason they don’t remember such experiences is because they don’t believe they have them. Advanced Positively Focused clients reacquaint themselves with these experiences. The more they recall, the more becomes possible. Including OBEs.

Being outside: amazing

My second experience happened the afternoon of January 25. My “spiritual body” gently rose out of my physical one. Then it happened. Here’s how I described it in my practice journal:

My “second” OBE as described in my journal

As you read, I’m new at this. My waking consciousness gets out of whack when I return to “reality”. The conscious part of me experiencing the OBE is not my waking consciousness. Yet, when I “return”, that part of me must integrate the experience. When that happens disorientation shows up. That means I’m just starting to get my “sea legs” about this OBE stuff.

In reality, I’m not learning to leave my body. That happens all the time. What I’m learning is how to be aware of my depatures. And, how to integrate them on return. Integrate them so I remember the experience.

Joyful expansion

I’ve had many other OBEs. Many of them happen in sleep. Because of what I know, I have extremely good recall and retention of these experiences. Keeping a record of these amplifies my retention. Today, my records contain well over 2,000 such experiences. But when these happen, my waking consciousness isn’t with me. I experience them as actual places, but when I wake, the experience doesn’t feel as real.

Eventually, I want to leave my body at will. Seth assures us such experiences are, indeed, in the realm of possibility for us. I’m finding his words accurate.

Sometime I’ll write about the ego and its function. Humanity doesn’t understand it very well. Regarding OBEs, the ego needs grace. It must adjust to an unusual experience from its perspective. Our egos aren’t ordinarily happy experiencing OBEs. That’s because such experiences take it outside its speciality, which is physical reality. This explains why most people don’t consciously know they’re having OBEs. Their ego focuses them exclusively on the illusion that is physical reality.

If you’re intrigued with my experience and want your own, you might consider becoming a client. All my clients attest the price is a bargain for benefits they receive.

Indeed, the Charmed Life is priceless. Ready for yours?

Making Peace with “What Is” Results In Better Futures

Photo by Alvin Engler on Unsplash

A fundamental I encourage Positively Focused clients develop is accepting “what is”. Accepting what is makes all the difference. If we want our desires to manifest, we must stop resisting them.

But one way we resist has nothing to do with our desires. This resistance happens subtly. Not realizing we’re doing it can cause great delays in creating lives we love.

Meanwhile, Law of Attraction, the process by which thoughts become things, still happens.

Ever wonder why life comes at us with a mix of good and bad? It’s usually because our thoughts contain a jumble of “good” and “bad”. We can enjoy lives full of nothing but goodness. Most don’t believe lives containing only good stuff are possible. But as Yoda says, we fail because we don’t believe.

Yoda telling it like it is.

Seth says such lives happen rarely because they require great levels of focus and discipline. Most people aren’t willing to put in what’s required. That said, the Charmed Life requires no great amount of focus and discipline. It does require some. But those levels exist well within the reach of most people.

Pernicious non-acceptance

What most people have standing between themselves and their Charmed Life, where everything happens in line with their desires, is that subtle resistance I alluded to above, among other beliefs.

That resistance will slow down every manifesting desire. That resistance looks like any time we do not accept what is happening right in front of us. That’s right, whatever our currently reality is, must be accepted. That is, if we want something different to show up.

Here’s an example of this resistance’s subtlety. If we want something else to show up instead of what IS showing up, and because of that desire, we feel impatience or even a desire for something different, we’re resisting what is. That resistance retards change.

Because, as Abraham has said over and over, when we say “I don’t like this”, the Universe hears “give me more of this.” In other words, whatever we put our attention on is what we get more of.

Abraham once again delivering the gold.

So cultivating a state of being that accepts what is, is crucial. Then we must go beyond that and find a joyful acceptance not only of what is, but also of what is becoming, but hasn’t fully blown out into our physical life experience…yet.

That state feels like something. It’s something crucial to allowing that which we want to flow effortlessly into our lives.

Here’s a clue to what that state feels like. Ask yourself: “How do I feel about things I really enjoy that I already have?”That’s an inquiry worth making. It can open doors to tremendous possibility.
