[VIDEO] How To Live Happy And Get Everything In Life

The best way to get everything one wants in life is to pursue what’s wanted because pursuing it is joyful. This is especially true when wanting something most people think is impossible. Such as “manifesting” more money, a relationship or a better job.

That’s because most people will tell you their opinion on how to get those things. And rarely will they offer the “manifesting” path. They’ll tell you “the odds” of you “manifesting” that thing. The’ll tell you getting something that way is “wishful thinking”.

They’ll tell you to be “realistic”. Being realistic means “trying hard”. It means doing what others do. It involves focusing with the end in mind and “faking it till you make it.”

All of those ways can work. But look around at people doing it that way. It’s hard work. People hate the process. And hardly anyone gets what they’re after, because the path is so filled with struggle many or most give up on what they want. Or worse, they compromise. They settle for something “ok” instead of holding out for their dream.

Compromising is what happens when someone goes after something thinking the result is what they’re after. If, however, a person goes after something, knowing the journey to that thing is what matters most, the entire process and experience of the process changes. It’s no longer a struggle, it’s a joy. The process of doing becomes the purpose of the doing, not the means to the ends. And in that mind space, what one wants happens fast.

Your action isn’t the main attraction

Why does this happen? Because when the mind isn’t focused on the end goal, the mind becomes open to millions of avenues leading to the goal instead of the one way one thinks it must happen.

Think about it. When focused on a particular goal, say, finding a lover, usually people think of one particular way to get that lover. The main way they think it must happen has to do mainly with their taking action to “make something happen”.

But the majority of people who get what they want, especially really big things they want, hardly ever get those things through their hard work. And usually, if they’re honest when asked, those people attribute “success” to “luck” or “god” or some other force greater than themselves that made it all possible. There’s truth to their attribution. Your action is not the main attraction.

Often, these people reach a point in their “doing” where they realize they’ve done all they can. With nothing more they can do, they give up. They surrender to “come what may”. Typically, once they give up, once they surrender, that thing they want shows up. It’s not the surrender that makes that happen. It’s what happens when they surrender.

Surrender to the journey

When one surrenders, they give up actions, but also thoughts standing between them and the easy flow of what is wanted. In other words, the person no longer stands in the way of what they want. Instead, in giving up, they become a cooperative element in the unfolding.

Another way of “surrendering” is giving up focusing on the end goal and instead enjoying the process, doing what one’s doing for no other reason than the joyful doing of the doing. A client and I talked about exactly this recently. Take a listen:

I have several really big things I’m “manifesting”. They include things 99 percent of humans will say can’t be done. But I know those things on my list are as easy for me as an eternal being, with the power of the Universe behind me, to accomplish as it is to walk from one room to another. However, I must relax into the process of their unfolding, because I too have residual belief in their impossibility.

It’s not the “impossibility” of the things I want keeping them from happening. It’s the belief in the impossibility slowing things down. So for someone like me, who wants really big things showing up, I must focus relentlessly on the journey as the goal rather than the goal itself. That’s why I see, nearly every day, evidence of their unfolding.

Everyone can enjoy fulfilled wishes

Compared to what’s on my list, finding a partner or a job or whatever is easy as pie. All that’s required is giving up thoughts contrary to what one wants. Thoughts contrary to what one wants aren’t the only ones that must go though. Thoughts seemingly having nothing to do with the goal also must go. This is why it seems to take forever for people to “manifest” something.

They aren’t willing to surrender. Meaning, they aren’t willing to give up what they must to have what they want.

Anyone can have what they want no matter what it is because the Universe is a wish-granting jewel ready to deliver ANYTHING someone can formulate desire for.

All that’s required is focusing on the reason why one wants what they want rather than focusing on the thing wanted. Doing that will naturally put one in alignment with the wanted thing, so long as the reasons feel good.

If a person can remain in those good feelings, instead of thinking about how lonely they are, or how impossible the goal seems, they’ll get what they want. It’s that easy.

Feeling good is like finding

It’s easy because when a person focuses on why they want and feel good in that, the desire itself becomes more important than the fulfillment. They don’t need the thing they want, because they already feel good without it. So the desire’s fulfillment becomes irrelevant. When a person gets there, then having what they want is icing on the cake because they already feel as they will feel when what they want comes. Feeling good about what you want is as good as having it. And when you’re there, what you want must show up.

It’s not hard shifting that focus. It can happen in as little as five minutes. You know you’ve done that when you feel good right now, even without having what you want. And again, when you feel good, you’re closer to having what you want than you think.

Why I Find Joy In Great Little Things

I love staying in the now. Here, in the present moment, I find delight in nearly everything. Of course, everything is love because All That Is is exactly and only that.

But, as most people know, it’s hard seeing life that way when mired in thoughts inconsistent with love.

A recent client shared an experience illustrating what I mean. After her intake session, we talked about emotions and their function. Having not heard what we talked about, she shared what she learned with a friend.

She explained about the Positively Focused approach, how emotions mean a lot, and how people can live in perpetual happiness, but often don’t. Then she shared a list of emotions we talked about, which ranks them from most negative to most positive.

The charmed life awaits

“Wow,” her friend said, looking at the list. “I hardly ever experience these more positive emotions.”

Of course, most people live in that state, mostly feeling something between boredom or anxiety or worse. Rarely does someone feel love, appreciation, joy or positive expectation. So when they do come, people feel surprised, not knowing these states can exist as permanent life conditions.

Cultivating such life conditions comes from implementing a set of tools which produce what I call the Charmed Life. Such lives are available to all.

But enjoying such a life requires near constant positive focus. Some balk at that. They say “I don’t want to focus all the time.” But they don’t get that such diligence, practiced at the beginning, results in consistent experience going forward. In other words, it’s a very small price to pay for lasting happiness.

And, when one does put diligent focus into practice….they’re happy. Is that really a price being paid?

I don’t think so.

Part of my practice includes enjoying life’s little things. Doing that, I find joy everywhere. No wonder the bike ride I recently took brought so much satisfaction. So much so, I made a film about the journey. Check it out, especially the nature surprise in the middle.

What Happens After People Discover Their Greatness

Some people scoff at the idea that beliefs create life experience. Positively Focused clients don’t scoff though. Because in a very short time, sometimes immediately, clients discover what they think about, happens.

Once they see evidence, clients want results consistent with what they want. They start small usually. While going after little things – feeling better about where they are in life, for example – other things happen too. These other things surprise and delight the client. Then they get hopeful.

Maybe, just maybe, they think, life is on their side. Maybe life can be fun, easy and filled with self-fulfilling desires. The more they see things happening consistent with what they want, hope and optimism return.

Remember those? Those feelings children live in and feel about life? Well, in that hopefulness and optimism, clients ease into lives they once knew were possible. Lives filled with joy and optimism, hopefulness and eager anticipation. And lives filled with everything they want too.

They also realize they deserve that life. And the Universe helps them get it. That and a lot more.

In time – and the length is different for each client – clients come to sessions to revel in hopefulness and optimism, not fix problems. From there, sessions get really fun. Because problems fix themselves. Like this client describes:

It’s not counseling or therapy

Since no upper limit exists about what someone can get or how good they feel, sessions always contain moments where greater fine tuning happens. But most sessions involve sharing stories – real life examples – where desires fulfill themselves. Clients marvel, surprised that life gets better and better and better all on its own, no matter how good it already is.

It’s no wonder clients keep coming back. Why wouldn’t they?

Where else in life can one find unconditional acceptance and encouragement for everything they want? Does anyplace else exist where a person comes in feeling good, anticipating a wonderful hour, then leaves consistently feeling even better, having amplified their feeling good?

Where else in life can a person learn how to see their life giving them everything they want? Then return to their life and see more of that with their own two eyes?

Don’t bother. The answer is very few other places.

Some ask “is what you do therapy?”

No. This isn’t therapy. It isn’t counseling. We don’t teach people to say things like “You know, when you do this, it makes me feel X and I would like you to do it differently because I don’t feel good when you do that.”

That’s total disempowerment.

We don’t take clients back into their childhoods, try to unpack “traumas” or fix things “broken” about them. That’s unnecessary and mostly irrelevant.

Clients also don’t heal anything or deal with “trauma”. Because nothing needs healing and traumas are all made up (if that triggers you, you might want to go see a therapist).

We don’t deal in “traumas” at Positively Focused. In session, clients deal with creating reality. We show clients how to create a reality where traumas don’t exist. Even if they once existed!

Life is spiritual made physical

The biggest difference between what we do and counseling or therapy is, we come from a knowing the medical and mental health spaces rarely acknowledge, let alone know exists. That knowing says, people are eternal beings here to create the world of their choosing. They enjoy access to the entire power of the Universe, because that’s what they are. Accessing that power they resume control of their lives, which feels, eventually, like ongoing ecstasy. That’s the Charmed Life I talk about in this blog every week.

We show them how that power works, then how to leverage it to create dreams into reality. Dreams are as real as physical matter. We show clients how to make dreams physical. Just a few simple fundamentals makes it work. From there life is fun. Just like the client above described.

What we do works for anyone. But some won’t find it fits their world view. It doesn’t fit because their world view makes it that way. We know a lot of people live life from such world views.

That’s why those people struggle on mood stabilizers and anti-anxiety medication. Guilt and shame are realities for them. They worry about what others think about them. They feel insecure at work.

But none of these need be part of life.

Great results pop out of thoughts aligned with what one wants. A few basic fundamentals makes that so. It’s so consistent, clients wonder why they didn’t know them to start.

But they did know them. They just forgot them. Maybe you did too.

When Great Proof Begets Great Results

I love working with clients committed enough to earnestly pursue their Positive Focus. When they do, freedom and joy show up. In a recent, fabulous session, Lisa shares her experience thus far, confirming the work’s effectiveness.

We all exist as God in human form. What’s cool about that shows up in abundance when disbelief, but a desire to believe, turns into belief.

But when belief turns to knowing, knowing borne of experience, then things really get interesting.

For when that happens, then the God in the human form, starts shining. From there, it only gets better and better. More joy, more fun, more desires accomplished with no effort. But mostly: more joy.

After all, we all chose this experience knowing it offered wondrous opportunity. Expansion, freedom, joy and focus. We came here for that. Manifestations just happen as natural byproducts of expansion, freedom joy and focus.

Life gets great when one gets Positively Focused as Lisa attests here.

Meaningful life happens when one chooses their life as meaningful. Every life represents meaningfulness, but when negative beliefs, resistance, anger and frustration dominate, finding one’s meaning can’t happen.

Why?

All That Is wants us all filled with ecstasy, joy and appreciation for life, for us. Negative experiences pile on the one who sees life negatively because All That Is uses such experiences. Such experiences show the negative person they can choose a better way. One consistent with what their Broader Perspective knows.

Life can be fun

Every Broader Perspective knows life can be fun. But that fun exists as an option. People come with free will built in. Everyone stands in freedom so profound, each person can choose shackles inherent in disbelief, anger, fear, insecurity and “traumas”.

In time, everyone releases such shackles. For many, that happens at the death moment. Sleep does it too. Most don’t realize it, but waking from sleep feels so great because a person experienced hours in sleep’s nonresistant state.

Death does the same thing.

But one needn’t die then experience joy, freedom and appreciation Broader Perspective knows life offers. Life features those things in abundance for those willing to put a little focus into seeing life as their Broader Perspective sees it.

From there, life’s automatic processes take over. Before long, one finds themselves in perpetual bliss. Just like they knew they would, when deciding living in a body would be a wonderful experience.

Proof waits for your discovery. You discover it first through thoughts you think. Then it shows itself to you constantly, as Lisa here confirms.

You’re ready. Life stands ready. Your Broader Perspective already enjoys it. Might it be time for you to enjoy it as well?

A Full Positively Focused Session: What Happy Looks Like

I’m overjoyed sharing this video and appreciate deeply my client’s willingness to share it with you too.

It’s deeply touching watching what happens in this full, lightly edited session. I knew when we had it, it offered extraordinary insight into how becoming Positively Focused works.

As my client gets near the end of the session, you can see how deeply the work transformed his perspective.

A session anatomy

The client came after spending the week perpetually in negative beliefs. As such, he characterized the week as negative, sharing only those experiences he had access to – those vibrating at his lower level – as “proof” substantiating his feeling experience.

Of course, life works the other way around. One’s feeling experience creates life experience. It’s something few know.

Showing up the way he did, the client offered himself a wonderful opportunity. By practicing shifting his perspective towards better-feeling beliefs, he discovered renewed freedom.

Then, positive experiences he had during the same week, ones he didn’t mention, returned to his memory. That happened because he resonated with those through his improved, active beliefs, instead of the lower vibrational experiences with which he originally resonated. In doing so his mood changed completely.

This session illustrates so many powerful insights, the most important being: Reality springs from perception. Changing perception produces instant results. In time, those results turn into perceivable reality.

The beliefs I have create the world I see. Not the other way around.

What reality resonates?

The reality one experiences is the one with which they resonate. Life’s harmonics will draw to a person, experiences from the infinite, matching that person’s vibration. He can access no other realities, even though they’re just as real. One’s experience therefore rests completely with how one vibrates.

Every reality exists simultaneously. By shifting one’s vibration upwards, through simple declarative statements, one finds oneself transported to totally different versions of the exact same reality they experience. Only details change because the higher vibration draws details matching the observer.

I love this work. I love showing people how raising their vibration puts them on track to everything they want.

But most fulfilling is the jubilance feel when I see significant positive shifts in people’s vibration – this happens at 00:35:39 in the video – then they feel that shift. That’s the payoff of the work for both me and the client. That and the client realizing their Charmed Life, of course.

We’re all eternal. Manifestations are a dime a dozen. They’re sign posts along a never ending path of personal fulfillment and joy. Life’s purpose therefore doesn’t rest in manifestations.

Life’s purpose fulfills itself in wonderful, delicious, rambunctious feelings birthed from knowing you’re at the center of the Universe. You’re eternal, God in human form. Nothing beats that, as my client here shows.

What Happened When Nature Approved Of My Positive Focus

I love when nature shows me my Positively Focused practice works. It’s even more fun when humans get in on the act.

Nature putting itself on display typifies an intermediate-level indicator confirming effective Positively Focused practice. When a coyote crosses my path at times and locations proving that appearance special, I recognize that as a sign.

When Raptors put their wares on display mere feet in front of me, I revel in the indicator. Reveling amplifies my connection. Celebrating such indicators leverages Law of Attraction which brings me more such experiences.

But when humans become indicators, that takes intermediate level results to whole new levels.

That’s what happened today

Lately my Positively Focused practice includes advanced level processes. In such processes, I tune my awareness into a kind of trance. There, random thoughts leave my mind, the same thought jumble people take for granted as normal. That thought jumble gets replaced by calm, peace and serenity.

There, I feel Broader Perspective inspiration. It feels peaceful and serene. In that feeling, I also hear more clearly my Broader Perspective’s impulses. My connection with nature strengthens too. No surprise there, everyone’s Broader Perspective flows hand-in-hand with all natural phenomena. My Broader Perspective proved this statement as accurate.

This morning I walked through a park near my house. It’s called Peninsula Park. The 16-acre park includes a stand of fabulous, tall and majestic pine trees. Many regard Peninsula Park as one of Portland’s most beautiful parks. But what happened to me took this park’s beauty to a whole different level.

Portland’s Peninsula Park…

Focusing myself into alignment with larger, spiritual perspective, I felt awareness expand to the point where, as I said, random thoughts ceased. In their place, I walked in stately peace, flowing along with nature and natural impulses.

Such impulses come to my awareness feeling less like thoughts…well they are thoughts. But thoughts drawn by alignment to Broader Perspective. So these thoughts represent fine-tuned, soft and clear suggestions. Following them, I discover delightful surprises. Taken in totality such surprises create the Charmed Life I constantly write about.

This focus and its accompanying thoughts feel way better than normal consciousness and its thought jumble. I want to feel this way all the time.

Ongoing nows flowing from past desire

So the question is, do I want to experience “normal” conscious awareness? Or do I want as my ordinary waking consciousness this more diffused focus where I am allowing good-feeling clarity as my moment-by-moment experience? Obviously, I prefer creating this “abnormal” state as my new normal.

I recognize past desire for this new focus. I remember many times past when I sought this clarity-focus. Favorite films often reveal this to me. Particularly the Star Wars Franchise and its Jedi Knight lore. My Bujinkan training pointed towards similar clues. I even experienced such states while practicing with training partners.

So I know an awareness above ordinary consciousness exists. All can access it and benefit from its delights. I wanted that. I wanted it a long time. Now it emerges as easily as all manifestations: flowing from past desire into awareness to the degree I allow it. How do I allow it?

By soothing resistance against it. Then it emerges along with stronger desire for it. A simultaneous cause and affect result, amplified by focus and Law of Attraction.

Amplifying Law of Attraction’s effects characterizes the epitome of a Positively Focused approach.

The reward: delightful manifestations

I walked in this state through tall pines, their shadows blanketing my path with cool air on that summer day, their smells delighting my senses. I listened as Broader Perspective’s impulses softly spoke to me in place of random thoughts. Halfway through these pines, I heard behind me an animal sound I hadn’t heard before.

My impulse came right then: it said, come back. Look at me.

I turned around, backtracked a few paces. I looked around, but saw nothing. Then feathers began floating down all around me, like snow flakes softly descending from moisture-ladened clouds.

I looked up, and there, in a branch not far above me, perched a raptor. It grasped a bird carcass in its talons. In powerful thrusts of its sharp beak the raptor ripped one feather after another from the carcass. The morning breeze carried them to the ground.

I stood there filming as a runner approached. He saw me filming and stopped to see what I saw. Together we watched in rapt silence. Then he told me an amazing story.

One day, he said, he walked a nature trail in another Portland Park. While walking he felt his hat taken off his head. Startled, he looked around. He saw no one. Then he felt something touch his scalp again. He looked up, he said, and saw an owl land onto a branch just feet before him.

He and the owl stared at one another for a long time. “It occured to me,” the guy said. “The owl must be nesting nearby.”

Were we strangers?

The runner said the owl then unfolded its massive wings, which tripled its size. “It was like it was saying ‘you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.'” joked the runner.

He and I had shared that moment together, no longer strangers, for a little while.

My interpretation tells me following my Broader Perspective impulse led me to this park, to this moment in time where I converged with perfect timing, upon a nature documentary quality moment punctuated with an additional awesome story brought by another person tuned to my vibration. The raptor, my Inner Being and this runner converging in perfect timing so I may enjoy the synchronicity.

Nothing accidental. No coincidences. Everything unfolds in perfect timing showing me my blessedness. When I’m Positively Focused, nature puts herself on display and, sometimes, when really tuned in, humans too show me how blessed I am.

I love it when nature approves of my Positively Focused practice. My Charmed Life just gets better and better!

Great Good Happens When A Person Finds Positive Focus

Finding positive focus creates lives people think impossible…until they live it. It’s the great good created from the Charmed Life clients get when Positively Focused.

Result come immediately. Then, in a short while, clients slip into rhythms where they want more. They want more because it feels good feeling good. It also feels great seeing life get better and better, usually with little effort.

My own Charmed Life amplifies too when when showing clients they know all answers needed to create and live their Charmed Life versions. That’s why, I love working with clients. Because after each session I’m energized and thrilled, like my clients. Sometimes more so.

New clients sometimes try comparing what we do to counseling. But learning the Positively Focused approach owes nothing to counseling. It’s different, with totally different origins and objectives.

Creating the charmed life

Charmed lives come naturally when clients first discover forgotten things, then bring forgotten things forward in their lives.

Before long, they see great progress. From there, everything they want happens. 

That’s why I guarantee results produced. Once one gets their footing, the “work” becomes fun, and the more fun people enjoy, the more fun comes.

Everyone doing the work gets results. That’s because everyone on the planet, without exception, came knowing a Charmed Life experience awaits them.

The challenge comes when they get here. That’s because certain ground rules require, among other things, forgetting temporarily one’s true nature. So young people must learn through parents, who also forgot and learned from their parents. Wondering why so much strife goes on here? Forgetting our true nature. That’s why.

So people assume their predecessors’ bogus beliefs, and, for a while, get knocked off their natural trajectory. Good news: recovering one’s trajectory happens quick when Positively Focused.

For Lisa, that started with heeding voices speaking to her while she did dishes. From there, curiosity led her to her Charmed Life Path. Then Lisa found her authenticity.

It’s not remarkable. It always happens when people get Positively Focused. The Charmed Life, great good and self-fulfilling desires all surface. Gradually knowing one’s self as God in Human Form then happens. Nothing beats that.

How To Joyfully Get What You Want

The reason it takes so long for what we want to become what we have, is because we want what we want. That sounds crazy, I know. But when a person becomes positively focused, they realize wanting what they want becomes the biggest impediment to getting it.

That’s because wanting what one wants focuses a person on the desire to have the thing. I know that sounds like the most obvious thing to do. The problem is, wanting something puts attention on the fact that it’s not there.

That is why one wants something after all – or at least one reason – one doesn’t have it, right? But one wants it.

But when a person thinks they are wanting what they want, what they’re actually doing is putting attention on the fact that they don’t have it.

An important thing to consider when doing this “you create your reality” business is, one doesn’t get what one wants, one gets what one focuses on, or puts their attention on. So it’s really important knowing where one puts one’s attention.

Yearning burning desire sucks.

Most of us think when we feel strong desire, that desire tells us we want what we desire. Often, desire feels like “yearning“. Sometimes people will say “I want X so bad!”

The problem with wanting something so bad, or yearning for it, is that strong desire or yearning tells the person their attention is in the wrong place.

And when one’s attention is in the wrong place, they can’t get what they want.

This is why people work hard to get what they want. They have split energy. They want what they want, but they don’t get “wanting” works against them.

Another reason people must work hard is resistance. But we can throw “wanting” into the “resistance“ bucket. It acts just like resistance.

How it can work

Getting what one wants requires focusing on what it feels like to get what one wants. That sounds super crazy, doesn’t it? Isn’t focusing on what one wants focusing on what one wants? If not, what does it feel like to want what one wants?

It feels like having what one wants. Creating the reality where one has what they want, requires creating the incipient reality from which the wanted emerges.

Do that and evidence of what is wanted reveals itself.

In the following video I give a detailed description of how this all works. It is one of the core elements of the “magic“ of deliberate creation.

Only it’s not magic. It’s just how life works when one is positively focused.

20 minutes of wisdom…

Life can be fun. It can be easy. Life can be full of experiences where one witnesses their desires fulfilling themselves. That’s how life is supposed to be. For in the self fulfillment of desires one realizes one’s worthiness. That worthiness feels like self-appreciation, self-love, deservedness.

It feels like the universe has you at the center of it and it’s showering you with everything you desire.

And, of course, that’s exactly what’s going on.

When one discovers the Charmed Life of living positively focused, life becomes joyful, easy and fun.

That’s how everyone on the planet today knew life would be like before they came here.

The question is: is yours?

Positively Focused Makes Reality Better And More Fun

The power of being Positively Focused is undeniable. That’s why all my clients are in various stages of seeing evidence of their lives getting better and better, and more fun.

Here, a client fulfills a long-held desire: a wonderful experience with her daughter, the wonder of which even her daughter acknowledged. That acknowledgment surprised and delighted my client.

A mother re-creates her relationship with her daughter through being Positively Focused.

Not only that, but her grandchildren too got in on the act. They said “We wish you could stay with us all the time.”

How dear. 🥲

After months of struggle with her daughter, the client realizes the struggle is unnecessary. When she does, the struggle disappears. Where did the struggle come from? Where did it go?

It wasn’t always this way

Beliefs create reality. It’s undeniable. Not knowing this, people look out into physical reality, seeing their created reality as something objective, separate from them. They then draw conclusions about what they see.

These conclusions we call “thoughts”. Thought enough times, those thoughts become beliefs. In time, beliefs create realities consistent with them, then fade into the background. Beliefs are forgotten, yet they still exist in physical form, before our eyes as our personal, subjective reality. It’s the only reality a person has access to.

Everyone adopts beliefs from childhood onward. They do this while not knowing such beliefs create realities consistent with them. Before they realize it, a trajectory gets created where beliefs create realities continuously.

My client had entire belief constellations about her daughter formed in exactly this way. The constellation included beliefs adopted from her childhood, her experiences with her grandparents and parents, beliefs that created a version of her daughter consistent with them.

In only nine sessions this client transformed her relationship with her daughter. The struggle? Replaced with joy. You can see her happiness in her face, hear it in her tone and in her words. She ends the video with a statement that gets to the meat of the matter.

You create your reality. Learning how, then deliberately using that process makes everything possible. Including new relationships transformed from the toughest family situations.

Life can be fun and continuously better and better. Happiness, being Positively Focused, is the way.
