I Love When Entire Families Find Their True Power

TL;DR: The author describes how their spiritual client practice ripples through families, thereby creating stronger family bonds as it also creates empowered individuals. They credit Law of Attraction for creating a life where they and their clients find their true power. The same power, the author asserts, that is inherent in All That Is.

Something continuing to fascinate me as I serve clients each week is where new ones come from. Hardly any new clients come from this blog or my other social media activity. Instead, they come in a way which confirms how effective the Positively Focused Way is.

As a result of the unique way in which they come, I’m inspired; as are existing clients. That’s because evidence existing clients create for themselves are so life-changing. And when my clients’ lives change, new clients inevitably result from that.

Let’s look deeper at what I mean.

Whole families moving the same way: uncommon

Over 80 percent of my new clients are coming as a result of seeing positive changes in their family members. Family members who were clients before them. I think this is rather unusual, because family members often are those with stubborn opinions of each other. And usually those opinions aren’t always favorable.

So when one family member chooses a different path, other family members typically see such choices cynically. Family members think the choice is a fad. Or they may even think the family member is getting involved in a cult.

That’s understandable. Many such choices often fall by the wayside. Or they’re replaced by the next new, shiny path. Some family members DO join cults. So I get that family members, seeing their sibling or partner make a radical, life-altering choice, sometimes roll their eyes.

Especially if a family member latches on the laters fad or “movement”.

Now, of course, for some who make life-altering choices, many such choices stick. And for those choosing, that can be a very good thing. I don’t think it’s common, however, that other family members will see what their relative did then choose the same path. They usually stick with family tradition. Or what they’ve been told to follow by some other authority.

One person is all it takes

And this explains my fascination. Because nearly all my new clients come to me as siblings or partners of my existingclients.

For example, one client, a self-acknowledged “matriarch” of her family, started her practice with me several years ago. Changes she realized by becoming more Positively Focused were profound. I knew it and she knew it.

But what’s interesting is, her daughter saw it too. Their relationship was pretty good. But it was tinted with past baggage both carried. Baggage which flared from time to time, reigniting animosity between the two.

I won’t go into details. Suffice it to say, the daughter blamed her mother for much of what she went through, and what she’s going through today.

Changes her mother made, however, were so profound, it caused the daughter to release a lot of the blame she put at her mother’s feet. Then she wanted to know what it was her mother was doing. So she became a client.

That was a year ago. The daughter is a client. And, as a result of changes she made in her life since then, her brother and his wife both became clients. Then the daughter’s husband became a client!

The matriarch in a recent session marveled at all this. She told me what she wanted more than anything was to see her children happy. Through the practice, she’s manifested that. And, indeed, her children are much happier. That happiness is growing more and more each week.

It only takes one person to change the world. When that person becomes the change they want to see, then their world changes. That’s what happened with the matriarch. Now, those most important to her are getting what she’s getting.

Even the realistic find something

This isn’t the only example. Here’s another one: one of my clients is an entrepreneur, but was letting her limiting beliefs keep her from starting her dream business. After she became a client, that all changed. What’s more, she became happier and more thrilled about her life. Then she had a car accident that totaled her car. Then she got laid off from work.

Through these experiences her husband watched as his wife saw these things not as tragic, but perfect manifestations leading to a more powerful life for her. She became so positive, her husband thought she joined a cult. So he scheduled a free 1:1 with me. He wanted to understand what his wife got herself into.

The husband is the CTO of a major medical company. So he’s very rational and “realistic”. Successful too. Nevertheless, after that first session he decided to become a client too. That was six months ago. Today, he’s made the Positively Focused Way his own. He finds what he’s learning gives him much more empowerment around his work life, his interaction with peers and subordinates and around decisions made in the organization he thinks aren’t the best.

What’s interesting is, this guy who thought his wife joined a cult, last week told me in his 22d session that he suggested one of his long-time friends and direct reports consider becoming a client! Meanwhile, his wife’s transformation was so profound, one of her best friends also became a client. That person is now exploring the power of the dream world as well as how to leverage the power of the Universe to create a life where she’s living a major dream of hers.

A life of play

So one person’s life becoming the Charmed Life I promise all my clients sparked the transformation of her husband and a friend. I believe we’ll see more transformation from that person, the entrepreneur. That’s because the company she’s creating will employ a lot of people and serve even more. And while she grows the company, she wants to plug in what she’s learning through Positively Focused into the company culture. Yes, lots more people are going to discover the power of being Positively Focused.

These kinds of ripples have all happened in the last two years. As a result, my client roster is full. I’m no longer accepting new clients. It’s wonderful working with families, spouses, friends and siblings and see their lives and relationships dramatically improve.

All this happened without me spending a dime on advertising or marketing. I relied instead on the power of the Law of Attraction. I’ve sent out a desire to enjoy a life where money comes into it without me having to “work”. And believe me, what I do with clients isn’t work. It’s more like play. Play around a subject I love talking about: my spiritual practice, which amplifies my awareness that life is a spiritual act. A spiritual act at the heart of All That Is and its desire to know itself more.

I love knowing I’m a part of that expansion. And I love that I’ve attracted people who resonate with this practice and, as a result, are creating their joyful versions of what I’ve created for me.

Nothing compares to finding one’s true power. Except maybe when your family members do too.

The Amazing, Good Life Lesson Of Donald Trump

By The White House – Official White House Facebook page, Public Domain

TLDR: The author claims Donald Trump’s life epitomizes the power of Law of Attraction. They show how by “telling it like he wants it” Trump created a life of his own design. Yet, these days, the author claims, Trump is creating a reality he doesn’t want by focusing on precisely that, thereby proving a basic principle of Law of Attraction

This story is neither a critique or a praise piece for the former president and 34-count felon. Instead, it’s an examination of how the Positively Focused practice, applied to his life, proves itself.

For despite all his lies and machiavellian actions, for the most part, Donald Trump has gotten what he wanted. I attribute that to his willingness to ignore others’ opinions. In other words, Trump achieved much of what he has over his life because he focused. And in focusing, he got what he’s wanted. Including a stint as POTUS.

Unfortunately, though, the moment Trump went into politics, he started shooting himself in the vibrational foot, which explains his current set of judicial predicaments. Judicial predicaments are not new for Trump. But this new batch is much more detrimental.

Let’s look at how Trump used what we talk about in the Positively Focused Practice to literally change the trajectory of his life for the better…then for the worse.

Focusing on what he wants

Despite many run-ins with the legal system, Trump has always told it like he wants it to be. And, when contradicted by others, or the facts, he continued sticking to his story. As a result, Trump enjoys tremendous momentum in his focus. Yes, practically thinking, many of his hustles, deals, projects, whatever you want to call them, may seem nefarious. But it’s hard to deny that the man has a way with getting what he wants. Especially when it comes to money.

Is this because he has all the right people in all the right places? Obviously not, because his nefarious acts seem to get out no matter how much “fixing” he tries to employ. But no matter; in the aggregate, Trump as an individual, enjoyed an immense winning streak, making himself known throughout the US and the world. And this was before becoming president.

Speaking of becoming president, if you go back and read what he said about both parties before he ran, you’ll see he understood politics pretty well. Trump isn’t dumb, therefore. He knows what he’s doing. And he does it well.

The New York Times once praised Trump’s ability to shake off legal challenges. A Time Magazine article, confirmed his ability to adroitly use the legal system to get his way. He successfully delayed most of his most recent legal troubles so that he could take another shot at the White House this year. This is no fluke. He calls it like he wants it. And he gets his way.

It’s about focus

Everyone can enjoy similar success at creating a reality matching one’s wildest desires. Nothing is off the table. Not even the White House, apparently. But it requires focus. And, if anything, Trump has that in spades.

Nothing is wrong in all the Universe. It’s humans who create “right” and “wrong”. The Universe doesn’t see physical reality that way. Instead, it sees it as all good. That’s because every expression of physical reality contributes to the “more” that is All That Is. The more the better.

Even All That Is would get bored with everything being one way. Surprise and delight are orders of the day. So is diversity of everything. And you can bet there are things in All That Is that it delights in that humans would call “wrong” and even “immoral”. Tragedy and abhorrence, therefore, are just as valid expressions of All That Is as the most saintly and pious acts.

This means anything you can conceive of enjoying you can enjoy as your experience. But be careful how you think about what it is you want. Because how you think about it can put the kibosh on what you’re wanting. I talk about this a lot in this blog.

And that’s what’s plaguing Trump now too. As a result of entering politics, he’s gotten himself into a train of thought, a way of storytelling, that doesn’t serve his interests. It’s because of that that All That Is inspired people like Fani Willis, Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen and others to come out about Trump and his….predilections.

Setting the stage for his downfall

The moment Trump entered the White House, actually slightly before, Trump started focusing on things he didn’t want. He focused on staying in the White House by focusing on “not losing”. He focused a lot on his “enemies” rather than those who support him. Trump focused on “rigged” political and legal processes that he claims are out to get him. As a result, all of those things became more prominent in his experience.

The more one focuses on what they don’t want, the more of what they don’t want will show up. The more detailed and intense those things will get too. This explains why the media, known for uncovering the whole story, really began scrutinizing Trump after he won the presidential election. He attacked the press in retaliation, while at the same time currying favors from and sidling up to other media organizations such as Fox News and American Media Incorporated.

In time, these organizations would find themselves wrapped up in similar legal troubles. Especially after Trump triggered the Jan. 6 insurrection.

And that’s the other trouble with Trump’s focus since winning the White House. He aligned himself with people whose dominant focus is extremely negative. That caused his vibration to mix even more with theirs. It’s no wonder, for example, that Trump loves Putin, the North Korean dictator and other nefarious characters. It’s also no wonder he’s sidled up with far right people too. And that others like him are replicating his behavior around the world.

Yes, Trump sees them as his supporters. But he also sees these people as vibrational equals in terms of the way they focus: mostly on themselves as victims. Trump sees himself as the ultimate victim, and thus as his fellow victims’ saviors. It’s this alignment that set the stage for his downfall.

The pitfalls of focusing on “unwanted”

Of course, there are no victims. Everyone creates their reality, including experiences that come their way. That’s a harsh thing to hear when considering certain subjects, such as sexual abuse.

But there’s no way around it because the universe is recursive, meaning, every particle of it functions under the same principles. So to say victims exist would mean the principles apply to only certain situations. But the principles apply to every situation, no exceptions.

So as Trump more and more blames others for his troubles, he will get more evidence that that, in fact, is true. Why? Because life will verify any belief as true.

Another way he digs a hole for himself is by trying to solve his problems through action. Doing appears to be the way things happen. If that were the case, then, again, there’d be an exception to universal principles.

Vibration and attraction is how things happen. Action or doing is the penultimate manifestation just prior to the full-blown fulfillment of a desire. Action is what brings the person to the point in time and space where the their desire fulfills itself.

That’s how when a person focuses on something they don’t want, such as the story “I’m unlovable” their relationships will consistently give them evidence supporting that. Then the person will act in unlovable ways, thus creating circumstances in which partners leave.

It’s not the unlovable acts creating the results. It’s the story that prompts or inspires unlovable acts.

A perfect example

I’m eager to see where Trump’s life trajectory takes him in the next 18 months. With another massive state lawsuit on the horizon, and several other federal ones, he’s created quite a ride for himself. And, with the election coming, it will be interesting to see how reality collapses around what he focuses on.

In the meantime, I’m eager too that all this mess has caused people to ask for more. And the Universe is delivering. So much being out of whack in the United States, especially our political climate, foretells of a great rebalancing coming. A rebalancing that could create a future far better than the present we currently have.

Make no mistake though. Some people thrive no matter how bad it gets. Those are the people whose focus is consistently on what they want, not what they don’t want. Millions of others may suffer no matter how good it gets too, for the opposite reason: focusing on what they don’t want.

Yes, it would be nice for all those suffering to not have to suffer. But since the Universe responds to individual vibration, we can’t do much to alleviate others’ suffering. Even if we fix all the problems, some people would still suffer.

You and I don’t need to suffer though. Trump is giving us a great example of how to do it right…and not so right.

There’s No Perfect, Powerful Method To Manifest

Positively Focused Q-A
Positively Focused Q-A

Question: I have a question about the “369 manifestation” method. Am I able to do it all at once or preferably 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the night? Or can I just write it down all at once?

Answer: Manifestation doesn’t work this way. People come up with all kinds of “processes” purported to be effective. But manifesting is much simpler than this.

The difficulty with manifesting what anyone wants lies in our beliefs about what’s wanted. Resistance we have about what we want slows the manifestation. The timing is important too. By this I mean, we manifest something we want when the timing is right.

That means on some subjects, particularly ones we have a lot of resistance about, it takes longer than others. In fact, on some subjects we feel a lot of impatience. Understanding impatience is important. Such emotions tell us our vibration contradicts our desire. It also tells us we’re slowing down its becoming “real”.

On other subjects, the timing isn’t right. Now, no one is “out there” judging when the timing is right or not. We’re making the call from our Broader Perspective vantage point. It seems the “right” timing is “now”, usually because we feel bad about not having what we want to manifest. That bad feeling is both a sign and the Source of resistance, as I described in the previous paragraph.

Abraham making the process of manifestation plain.

Creation happens automatically. Deliberate creation is tricky

Manifesting a desire is simple. But it’s not easy. It’s not easy because it requires patience. It also requires soothing existing contrary vibration. Most people struggle with this. So they look for “processes” to help them.

We’re manifesting all the time. That’s what reality is. Reality is a manifestation. It’s coming out from us. We shape it with our beliefs. And we do this automatically. Doing it consciously simply requires conjuring how it will feel to have what one wants. You feel the emotion of having it. Then drop it.

We don’t need special processes. We don’t need to think about it many times. In fact, thinking about it many times often amplifies resistance we have on the subject, thus slowing the manifestation down. Even using affirmations will more likely create resistance rather than alignment.

How?

Because often people speak affirmations while thinking about the absence of what they’re trying to manifest. It’s tricky in other words. We gotta know what’s dominant in our awareness to affirm correctly. That’s why dropping it is better, easier and quicker.

Look. The Universe already knows what we want. Whether we’re clear about it or not, we’ve already made the choice and the Universe already holds what we want for us. The only real question is: when are we going to become a match to that?

And the answer to that question has nothing to do with this 369 method. It ONLY has to do with us finding the vibrational frequency that lets it in. And the best way to do that is to RELAX, ENJOY LIFE and stop doing things that put resistance on the trail….like trying to understand someone else’s manifestation “method”.

What Real Bravery Actually Looks Like

Photo by Joyce McCown on Unsplash

I’ve watched recently some videos of police as they face gunmen shooting up schools. Armed and doing their duty, they charge into these situations clear of dangers they face. And while those are brave acts, there’s a higher order of bravery I’d like to discuss: The bravery that looks like living one’s Charmed Life and what that looks like.

Sure, it’s one thing to charge into a building you know a gunman awaits. But is that really brave? Or is that responding to the what-is-ness of life? If we can create any reality we want, why not create a reality in which a person needn’t experience such things?

A while ago, I experienced something which showed me what real bravery looks like. What happened back then forever changed my life. Real bravery looks like living authentically. That means creating a life that looks nothing like what others are doing.

And the most honorable life is one that reflects the pure positive state of All That Is. A state of pure love for everyone and everything. There, a person must enjoy an experience of life that reflects that love back at the person. That’s what I learned a while back when I had the experience I’m about to share.

Anger personified

One day, I was out and about, enjoying life. I walked through downtown, greeting everyone I made eye-contact with with a twinkle in my eye and a smile. Meanwhile my positive focus emanated from me. I felt on top of the world.

I stopped to catch the lightrail and, while I waited, a young man came walking down the platform. It was obvious he was houseless. He walked with slumped shoulders, his eyes cast to the ground.

But something must have prompted him, because as he got near me, he looked up and caught my eye. I gave him a dose of positive energy and greeted him silently with my smile. What happened next was astounding.

“What you looking at faggot,” He said with hostility. “You wanna die today?”

When he said this, I felt no fear, no threat. I didn’t even have time to think about what he said. Immediately from my lips came a response that, even today, startles me. But what he said in response to that, startled me even more.

“You wanna die today?” he asked.

“Do you?” I asked in return and he turned his hard stare from me back to the ground. As he did so, without missing a beat, he said “Yes”.

Violence is a cry for help

At first, I couldn’t believe my response just as much as I couldn’t believe his. So surprised I was, I did a double-take. I wasn’t sure what just happened. Apparently, the young man wasn’t sure either, because as distance grew between us, he kept looking back towards me, a look of surprise in his own eyes.

I’ve said this many, many times. Rage, seething and violence are all cries for help. A person willing to wage violence on another does so out of their disconnection from their Broader Perspective. So disconnected are they, they see the world around them as frightening, threatening. It’s no wonder they feel the need to wage war against it.

The appropriate response to such people isn’t meeting them with violence. It is meeting them with understanding. Hopefully doing so well before violence becomes their last resort.

Abraham describing how no one connected to All That Is would ever resort to violence.

The trouble with our world today, if there is trouble, is so many of us live our lives so disconnected from All That Is that we perceive the world as scary, random and out of our control. When, in fact, our individual experience is 100 percent our creation.

Think I’m “victim blaming”? Read this.

And since all of us come into the world through people who came before us, it’s almost a given that we’ll adopt those people’s fears and insecurities as our own.

So real courage, real bravery isn’t about running into an active shooter situation to kill someone who themselves is so disconnected they kill others. Real courage is short circuiting the notions that make people think it’s necessary to arm themselves then shoot up a school in the first place.

The power of invincibility

Invincibility is another matter entirely. Invincibility looks like moving through the world knowing nothing in the world can harm us. Including houseless strangers, school shooters or any other violence.

Indeed, it’s knowing everything in the world reflects back to us our inner state of being. A chronic Positively Focused state reflects back to us only things that nurture and delight and surprise us. There, even a threatening houseless youth or armed attacker reveals who they really are: someone in pain. Someone harmless to us.

These days, I move through the world worried about no one. Instead I see the world and everyone in it as my creation. And the world indeed reflects that knowing to me, in the form of people who express kindness, love and warmth. Those with rage-full hearts can’t find me. Because I’m on a totally different vibrational level.

This is what the Charmed Life creates. In addition to a life one loves, it creates a world that reflects back to us the charmed state of being we nurture internally. Creating that life takes a while. Only because nearly all of us have adopted bogus beliefs from those through whom we came into the world.

And it is an act of courage to reach beyond those bogus beliefs. To reach for that state of being consistent with what we knew before coming into a body. The courage to go our own way, live authentically, then transform life from what others think it is, to what we want it to be.

It is to be the change we want to see in the world.

How Toxic Positivity Destroys Life’s Greatest Gifts

Positively Focused Q-A
Positively Focused Q-A

Question: Do people who believe in manifestation believe in toxic positivity?

Answer: I cannot speak for all “people”. But I can speak with accuracy for myself, for Abraham and for Seth.

Anything someone believes will eventually prove “true”. But only for that person. And for those who become a match to that belief.

“Toxic Positivity” is a belief. It emerged only recently. As Law of Attraction gained prominence in recent decades some react strongly to its ideas. “Toxic Positivity” represents a manifestation of the originator’s struggle with their Belief Constellation. This person’s pessimism runs so strongly, Law of Attraction’s success prompts this equally strong, knee-jerk response.

A person who lives pessimistically, for example, might conclude from that orientation that life’s glass is “half-empty”. They’ll see life as a struggle, risky, inherently random and out of their control. From their perspective life will not go their way. So they draw pessimistic conclusions about life.

A conclusion is a belief. Any belief, held long enough, will prove true. So this person’s life will prove their conclusions about life true.

Life always reflects belief

Life experience has influence on belief. But life experience BENDS to belief. It is expectation (belief) that gets “life” going. And expectation determines future experience. However, once life gets going, seeing how beliefs create experience grows murky. That’s because we focus more on the physical world. We focus comparatively less on our inner world. But again, our inner world originates the outer.

So then, a chronically negative person will attract more negative experiences because that’s how they focus. This includes more negative thoughts and beliefs. They also put more attention on the outside world. They don’t consider their inner world and do something about their negative beliefs. Instead they take them for granted as indelibly true. So life gives more experience consistent with their “truth”.

But truth can change. It changes constantly.

Chronic negative focus makes attracting more negative beliefs a cinch. Same with negative experiences. IT WILL ALSO MAKE IT VERY HARD TO ACCEPT DISSIMILAR THOUGHTS.

Momentum creates more

So then consider when someone tells such a person, they create their reality. That someone says “change your beliefs to more positive ones you can improve your life experience”. Of course the listener’s Belief Constellation, their dominant negative focus, will vigorously repel such a statement. That’s because the statement confronts existing belief momentum. Momentum that is extremely strong. Momentum with a lot of evidence proving it “true”.

All That Is is extremely complex and diverse. It also is very creative. So “Toxic Positivity” is a creative term springing from a small part of All That Is. That small part represents consciousness focused predominantly in a negative orientation. That orientation will not allow the consciousness, nor the intelligence it possesses, from even considering positive orientation. It will, instead strenuously resist….then create a new idea for its extreme revulsion. The new idea will expand negative focus and give birth to a new label. The label? TOXIC Positivity. Labeling the idea will then vastly amplify that consciousness’ attachment to that belief and that preson’s negative orientation in the process.

So yes, it is real.

But so is every other thought. Any thought held long enough will manifest corresponding reality. In short, it (Toxic Positivity), the concept, is a thing. It is a manifestation. A manifestation of chronic negative focus. A focus held so long it cannot bear to accept what’s at the heart of All That Is: Pure Positive Energy.

How I Turned A Poor Diagnosis Into A Better One

Today I got a post-procedure diagnosis. It was exactly what I expected.

Expectation is everything. It can literally change our health. That’s because belief creates reality. A lot of people think that’s hogwash. But that’s because they haven’t tried it for themselves. Or, they’ve tried it and thought they failed when they didn’t. Or they didn’t know “the how” crucial to seeing their success.Meanwhile, I’m sitting here with living proof it works. I changed an aspect of my body through my beliefs about my body.

This story starts with this post. In that post I talked about a bodily condition that sprung from unconscious beliefs. Beliefs which created a gastroesophageal stricture in my esophagus. Right where my esophagus meets my stomach.

As a result, I frequently had trouble swallowing. Especially when eating meat. That’s why I became vegetarian. The emergency room doc 20 years ago told me I’d need a repeat procedure to open my esophagus again in seven years. That’s why I set an appointment at the Veteran’s Administration (VA) where I get my medical care.

That appointment was on September 21. The VA scheduled a follow up procedure for part two eight weeks after that on November 15. During those eight weeks between one and two, they prescribed a drug that reduces digestives my stomach produces. As I said in the previous post, the doctor said I’d need to be on this drug indefinitely.

I wasn’t having that.

I did it my way!

After the first procedure, the doctor countered what the emergency doc said a couple decades ago. Instead of a “tapering esophagus” the VA doctor said a stricture resulting from GERD developed. Stomach acids irritated the esophagus at the stomach junction, producing a mound of scar tissue. That scar tissue projected into the esophagus thereby making it harder to get food down.

So the first procedure stretched my esophagus at that point. But the doctors did nothing about treating or removing the scar tissue. They scheduled the second procedure to see how the first stretch went. If it went well, they said, the followup would be exploratory only. Or, they’d repeat the stretching.

I had other plans though. During the intervening weeks between procedure #1 and #2, I committed to create a new reality around my esophagus. Using my powerful focus and intention, I repeated a process every day wherein I imagined my esophagus returning to its original state.

The procedure results describing the stricture.
The scope’s view of the stricture found in my esophagus.

I arrived at the VA in November fully expecting doctors to tell me everything was normal in my esophagus. The procedure took less than 15 minutes. But it required sedation. So I wouldn’t know the outcome until the next day.

The next day I looked at the results in the report they gave my friend who accompanied me to the procedure. The result: “The GE junction appeared normal.”

¡Voila! I got my way.

The followup procedure report
And my fresh new esophagus.

What happened?

While many people consider this “you create your reality” business hogwash or wishful thinking, others, like me, consider it the basis of life itself. Meanwhile, the entire Universe agrees with people like me. So do all other creatures. The only ones living contrary to the fact that we all ongoingly create our reality are humans.

Actually, though, even those who believe it to be hogwash live according to the fact “everyone creates their reality”. Those people too create their reality. It’s just that the reality they create gives them evidence that they’re not creating their reality. Because everyone creates through their beliefs.

And that’s how powerful we are as God in Human form. We can create any reality we want, including ones disproving that we’re God in human form creating our reality. Meanwhile, All That Is, every expression continues doing what some consider hogwash. Inasmuch as we realize and then consciously create our reality, or not, we get life experience consistent with our awareness.

Our bodies are our most intimate creations. We create them and recreate them constantly. So frequently, the frequency would boggle most people’s minds if they really took a look at what’s happening.

But those who do look at it, and stick with looking into that inquiry, discover amazing realizations. Like me and my clients, and as Abraham and Seth assert, people like us begin feeling the power that creates all reality moving through them.

Abraham sharing what I know

A life of value and influence

The more that happens, the bolder a person’s creative intent gets. This explains why I’m up to things many believe impossible. Big things such as evolving our global economy into a better, future economy. And comparatively little things, such as soothing old beliefs creating things in my body like esophageal strictures.

We all enjoy the power of creation. We’re doing it all day every day, 24/7. Doesn’t it make sense to take control of that power and create deliberately what we want? I do.

And it’s even more fund doing it with others. Which is why I started Positively Focused. I love showing clients what I know. For as they become emboldened as Gods in human form, they become as I do: examples for all humanity.

And isn’t that what we all came for? To be of value, of influence. To make a difference.

There’s nothing we can’t do, be or have. Both Abraham and Seth make this clear. My clients and I increasingly live this reality. Maybe you’d like to. If so, I can help.

Being An Empath: A Good thing? Think Again.

Photo by Hello I’m Nik on Unsplash

Someone wrote me recently asking if being an “empath” is real. They wondered how Law of Attraction works for empaths since no one, this person claims, can “absorb another’s feelings.”

It’s a good question. The question sits right among other questions people don’t want answers to because the answers, while accurate, confront commonly-accepted explanations about life and how it works.

Society accepts people calling themselves empaths. Lots of articles online describe its characteristics. Such articles also offer advice about being one. They suggest ways of negotiating struggles empaths have, and how to become an empath if you’re not.

For the record, I would NEVER recommend someone become an empath. Nor would I recommend anyone claim that word to describe themselves if they think they are one. Here’s why.

“Empath”: a slur hardly anyone knows about

A lot of empaths get bunged up when someone claims being an “empath” isn’t real. I had a business relationship turn sour when I told the person I considered doing business with that such a thing isn’t real.

I didn’t know back then what I know now.

Law of Attraction says anyone can create any reality they want. Hold a belief long enough, it says, and it will become “true” for the person holding the belief. Seth confirms this in their writings too. Their book “The Magical Approach” lays out exactly how Law of Attraction works although they don’t call it that.

The dictionary definition based on a science perspective. Not the best perspective when considering things outside of science’s purview.

So let’s take a gander at what’s happening with “empaths”, whether they’re real or not, how Law of Attraction works for them and why I would recommend no one call themselves an empath.

Looking at what it is

The definition I pasted above comes from mainstream culture. Its underlying message is the whole idea of a person who can “apprehend” the mental and emotional state of another is “paranormal”, meaning beyond the scope of normal scientific understanding. Alright then. Good start.

In other words, science will not be helpful here. Same holds true with Law of Attraction. People saying Law of Attraction is false will argue no scientific evidence exists supporting its veracity.

And the definition of the word used to describe empathic abilities.

Well, Law of Attraction is PARANORMAL, meaning it is “beyond the scope of science” and therefore out of science’s reach or purview. In other words, science has no say in the matter because Law of Attraction is out of its scope.

Now, an empath is someone who can perceive and understand (that’s what “apprehend” means in this context) what another feels or thinks. The key distinction between perception such as this, which we all have, and an empath, is that an empath perceives and understands what another feels or thinks as though what another thinks or feels are the empath’s thoughts and feelings.

Is that actually happening?

Maybe…

We all are one

On the one hand, at a level beneath ordinary conscious awareness we all are one. At the deepest level of our being, all of us share the same Source. It exists beyond the unconscious mind, as illustrated below. That 4th stage, far right, called Turiya in Yoga Theory, is that state of being.

A masterful diagram of human consciousness derived from “yogic science”. “A” represents waking consciousness, functioning through the body, the senses and our intellect/mind. “U” represents that part of the conscious we have active access to, which informs how we use section “A”. “M” represents that part of the consciousness which creates consistent behavior patterns in A and U. It is accessible through disciplined practices such as Positively Focused. “4th” represents the eternal, indestructible essence of what we all are.

So connections exist between us all, which, in theory, would have us able to perceive another’s mental or emotional state. This connection is accessible, but only with a lot of practice. Do empaths experience others’ experiences –  thoughts, feelings, etc. – as their own? Or is something else happening?

Vibratory receptivity

Law of Attraction says everything has a basis in vibration. And, “that which is liken to itself is drawn”. Remember that.

We live in a vibrational environment, which our senses (see the left side of the picture above) interpret into objects and space. “Everything” includes us humans. We, therefore, are vibrational energy beings, who created our bodies as a way to expand into more and better via this “reality” which we also create, just like our bodies. I wrote extensively about why and how that is on Quora in case you’re interested.

Since we’re all one at the basis of what we are, and since we all are also vibration, it’s absolutely true each of us can harmonize with another’s vibration, or be open to grok another’s vibration such that we perceive the vibratory content of that person.

That’s part of what’s happening with “empaths”.

Sloppy vibrational focus creates “empathic abilities

But there’s a dark side to what’s happening with people claiming empathic abilities. This aspect needn’t happen and, frankly, shouldn’t. It happening gives rise to all problems empaths experience. It also kiboshes any chance of an empath experiencing the Charmed Life I write about.

In a nutshell, an empath experiences what they experience because they are sloppy in their vibrational focus. Empaths suffer from their “empathic abilities” because of this. I put “empathic abilities” in quotes because it’s not really an “ability”.

Rather, it’s a failure on the part of the “empath” to deliberately apply creative vibrational focus. Instead of doing that, they allow themselves to harmonize with what they’re observing. In other words, as the Law of Attraction says, they become liken to that which they observe, then get drawn into it (they become it).

Then the empath thinks they are doing something special. But they’re not doing something special. They’re doing something sloppily. Empaths allow their vibration to tune to that of another person. When they do that, they experience what the other experiences, but it’s their version of it, not what the person experiences.

That’s why I call “empath” a slur. Instead of describing something desirable, “empath” describes a state where one allows another’s vibration or something they’re observing to downwardly influence their own vibration.

Charmed Life or self-inflicted struggle?

Many “empaths” feel overwhelmed by their surroundings. Again, this is because they’re not focusing their vibration deliberately. Instead, they just “let it all in” the good, the bad and the ugly.

Not just that, they go even farther. They also let their vibration merge or come into harmonic alignment with that which they’re allowing in. In other words, the environment they’re in, vibrationally dominates them.

But they could tune and then, hold their vibration and dominate the environment thereby creating something better than what was there before.

If they did the latter, they wouldn’t experience “empathic abilities”, they’d experience the Charmed Life. That’s because when a person’s vibration dominates their environment, and their vibration is high, that environment MUST reflect back to the person their dominant, high vibration.

Abraham putting it plain. Empaths get created when people let their thinking get sloppy. Negative experiences they have are trying to tell them to knock off their sloppy vibrational management.

I could be an empath, but would NEVER use that term

In 1:1 sessions with clients I create a deliberate, vibratory “bubble”. There, I dominate the experience with my very high vibration. That’s why my clients always exclaim how much better they feel after their sessions. They also come to greater insights about their lives, because my focus brings them up to a high vibrational state from which they perceive life differently.

Here’s a client acknowledging results he got, and his appreciation, after just two sessions. Before joining me in my “bubble”, he was on the verge of suicide.

Having practiced this practice for over 15 years now, it’s very easy for me to perceive what another person feels. Sometimes I can tell what they’re thinking too. That’s because, I’ve cultivated the ability to perceive at the vibrational (Source) level, and allow that perception into mine. This skill heightens significantly in the bubble.

NEVER allow a client’s vibration to effect mine. Never. Ever. Doing so would not serve the client. And, it would be exactly what Abraham says not to do: allow what you observe to effect your vibration.

So to me, being an “empath” is real. But being one isn’t a gift or something someone wants to be, unless they don’t understand what being an empath is about. It’s just a person who is somewhat vibrationally attuned, being sloppy with their vibration.

I prefer being a vibrational snob. Doing so has served me well. In this brief video, Abraham describes why everyone should strive for vibrational snobbiness.

A vibrational snob is something you really want to be. Not an empath.

How Law of Attraction works for empaths

Law of Attraction works for everyone. Even those who believe it doesn’t work. For an “empath”, it’s amplifying the effect of their sloppy vibration management. Giving it (the sloppiness) a high-falutin’ word like “empath” further amplifies it, for now, the person believes they are something special.

And that focus adds momentum to their thoughts and actions. They are prone to do more of what they are doing and thus feel more of what they’re feeling (somewhat out of control, a victim of their surroundings, powerless to manage their feelings, tired, anxious, etc.).

But, such people come into the world with a great ability. If they deliberately manage their vibration, they can use their sensitivity to help others. The Star Trek character Deanna Troy, a supposed “empath” offers an example of what such people can be. She is stoic, aware, clear about distinguishing what she’s feeling and what SHE HERSELF FEELS. That’s a powerful distinction from most empaths I know.

In my experience, people who claim that title, tend to live lives of struggle, especially socially. Again, this is their doing, a product of sloppy vibrational tuning, amplified by their focus on the sloppiness.

So, yes, there is such a thing as “empath”. But it’s not something I would want to claim. Instead, I prefer vibrational mastery. That’s what I show my clients how to attain. Then we get to enjoy our Charmed Lives. Where everything we want happens.

How Powerful Results Result From Doing Nothing

The Universe stands ready to deliver on every desire. It’s happening already all the time. But powerful manifestation results best show up when a person understands the role “doing” plays in manifestation.

In the future I’ll share how my relationship with Abraham came into being. In the meantime, as part of the Positively Focused features series, I’ll write brief posts on emails I receive from Abraham, which offer insight from them on particular topics.

What I find interesting about these emails is, in addition to their solid content, they often come with perfect timing. They tie directly to or remind me and encourage me about something going on in my life. So I find these emails great additions to my Positively Focused routine. Sign up to receive these emails at this link on Esther’s website.

So here’s the first of this new feature series.

Anything can happen

Here’s the first email:

When I talk with clients, they often miss the message. They hear what I say, but they don’t understand how profound or important what I’ve said is. For example, I’ll point out something they said as evidence of the Positively Focused practice working. Clients early on are always looking for proof. But they don’t know where to look for early stage proof. So I show them.

But when I point it out, it often goes unregistered. Which is why some clients take a while before they start producing really solid results and why I often repeat myself 😂. I think the same thing holds true for what Abraham says. People let it wash over their ears or eyes while not really taking it in.

In this email for example, Abraham offers unequivocal assertions about how the universe works. They’re saying whatever you want you can have it. Anything.

But having it requires a certain attitude. I often tell clients they must be a match to what they want. Another, easier, way is if they can hold no resistance about what it is they want…it must happen. Holding no resistance is easier because often when someone focuses on trying to become a match to what they want, they inadvertently activate built up resistance. This often looks like putting attention on the absence of what’s wanted. And clients do this while unaware that’s what they’re doing.

Manifest effortlessly

So when Abraham says “get out of the way” it’s another way of saying “allowing” it to happen. That means introducing no resistance. “Relaxing” means turning attention to something other than what is wanted, so you forget about what you want. With your attention off it, it will come. Effortlessly.

Most of us don’t like that because we’ve all been trained that “doing” is the way to make things happen. That’s a trap though. Taking action is never meant as the way things happen. Action represents the final cooperative components coming into place. One final cooperative component often is the desire-er. So action or doing doesn’t make anything happen. Instead, it brings the desire-er to the “coordinates” in time and space where they receive, perceive or witness their manifestation’s full-blown unfolding.

Everyone moving around the world taking action think action makes things happen. And, when one believes that, that becomes true, as any belief will because beliefs create reality reflecting their content. But that kind of reality can be hard, arduous and disappointing.

The trouble with “manifesting”, is many don’t culture the patience required to allow their resistance to sooth sufficiently enough so they can see evidence of the unfolding. That combined with “doing indoctrination” trips people up on the way to their manifestation. They look for it too soon. Not seeing it, they feel doubt, which indicates resistance in place.

So many think this “manifesting business” doesn’t work for this reason. But it does work. A person just needs to know HOW it works. That’s what I help people know.
