Why Client Results Are So Powerful And Life Changing

TLDR: The author explains why every client gets the same life-changing results by practicing positivity; through the power of their improved thoughts, they prompt All That Is to reflect back to them improved lives. Then the evidently-improved lives convince them to practice more, triggering a “virtuous spiral” of life-changing improvement. The author argues every person inherently possesses the ability to create the life they desire.

A powerful reason explains why every client eventually gets near identical, consistent results through the Positively Focused practice. It’s because the practice is based on how the Universe actually works.

It’s based on how the Universe actually works and how humans interpret being in it. Essentially what the practice does is lessen influence coming from beliefs contrary to how the Universe works. When that happens, the results promised show up automatically.

That’s because they’re already there, happening automatically. But contrary beliefs will conceal them. Or they cause the automatic function to create experience confirming those beliefs. When that happens, people get confused about what’s happening.

And when that happens, people become hopelessly inured to believing the physical world is separate from them.

Interpreting through he best narratives possible

They’ll think the Universe is separate from them and a random collection of events. Some will believe this life is all we have. Still others may believe they can’t have what they want because the world is random and beyond their control. The’ll see only evil people getting what they want; often at the expense of others. So they’ll conclude life is not fair.

Underlying all those inaccurate beliefs operates a highly consistent system comprising All That Is. That system is biased towards great abundance, positivity and joy. And it will deliver anything a point of consciousness focuses on because of that. Even if that consciousness— a human for example — consistently focuses on what it doesn’t want, that’s what the All That Is will deliver.

Which argues for interpreting this reality in the most positive narratives possible.

In the Positively Focused practice we show people how to do that, among other things. As they master this, they uncover their divinity: their powerful ability to create reality then comes under their conscious control. Then they realize that, no, reality is NOT separate from them, nor is it random.

From there everything is possible.

Questions holding people back

This process can be diagrammed. In graphic form it appears very simple. At mastery levels, it sure looks simple. But in practice, that simplicity only comes with consistent, determined practice. It’s not “hard work”. But it does take applying one’s in self every moment.

The diagram below shows the trajectory common to all clients. It starts with accepting that one has many vibrational frequencies serving to dampen one’s natural high speed vibration. Along or associated with this dampening effect are thoughts common to nearly all beginners.

They come out as questions and objections, usually about topics beginners aren’t ready to fully understand. They ask, for example, how is it that a human would choose to be born with a life-shortening disease. Or, why would someone choose to be born in war-torn countries. Clients usually also hold disempowering thoughts about money, thoughts that bind them to the working world; because they believe money only comes from jobs, and that they must trade their time or intelligence in a job to get money.

These questions and disempowering beliefs nearly everyone holds. But beginning Positively Focused clients, when they start looking at life through the practice, begin questioning those assumptions. When they do, interesting things start happening.

(1) Clients start in a status quo life. This life contains some of what they want and some of what they don’t want. But their dreams, those things they really want, remain elusive. (2) Then they start the Positively Focused practice. From there, (3) evidence is almost immediate. That evidence triggers improved moods, which trigger more evidence of improved lives (4). Along this point (5) life begins dramatically improving, and that improvement is never ending, nor does it have an upper limit. Here also is where clients begin soothing their fear of death (6). Evidence is overwhelming that they are eternal. Life gets better and better, and dreams they had once given up on become realized. Gradually, clients’ lives take on the magical quality I call the Charmed Life (9).

The fear of death

The biggest challenge is people’s fear of death. That fear expresses itself in many forms. Someone who believes time is running out for them fears death. A woman who at 42 believes she’s getting too old to find a partner fears time running out. Another who believes he’s too old to follow his dreams also fears running out of time, or, dying before he can “make it”.

But death is not real. Death is a moment in the endless eternity we all are. It’s no different than walking from inside a home, out into the bright light of the day. But philosophers, religions our friends and families and civilization at large convince us death is something worth fearing. All the while, we don’t realize that fear tells us something that, if we knew that thing, we wouldn’t fear that death at all.

Almost immediately, once attention is brought to these thought distortions, the client manifests for themselves highly convincing evidence proving these distortions as distortions. Since it happens in their daily life, the evidence can’t be denied. Maybe one or two experiences can be explained away as coincidence.

But when these experiences come in plentiful numbers, the client must then start examining what they really believe. Even a small shift in one’s vibration will trigger this experience. That’s because All That Is wants us knowing what we really are. It wants us knowing what this reality is really made of (thoughts turned into things).

So that evidence begins cracking the shell of disbelief. Disbelief that once created “truths” consistent with it. The more that happens, the higher frequency the client starts vibing to. Soon they get to a point where their life gets so good, they begin (emphasis on “begin”) to relax. This state of relaxation is crucial.

Who wouldn’t want a better life?

But when they reach that crucial stage, life reflects more and more their improved vibration. In time, their life gets WAY better than before. Friends and family members start noticing. They may even want to become clients.

And as life reflects more and more their improved vibration, clients then want even more. So they practice more. That’s the virtuous cycle inherent in the practice. It’s the same virtuous cycle that is inherent in All That Is, which is why All That Is is biased towards great abundance, positivity and joy. The more of that that happens, the more of that happens.

By the time clients see evidence all around them that this is how the Universe is, they have made their reality consistent with their improved beliefs. What really happened is the same thing that was happening before starting the practice, only it was happening in-deliberately back then: They formed beliefs, then held those beliefs long enough for reality to prove the beliefs “true”.

If you understood that last sentence, then you can see that every person is capable of creating any reality they want. It starts with their thoughts. From there, life starts “life-ing”; all that is begins moving in the direction of the trajectory initiated with those thoughts. The more that person holds those thoughts, the more energy flows, until those thoughts must turn to things.

That’s a powerful outcome. It’s an outcome that changes lives. It’s an outcome that can literally change people we interact with. And that’s why clients’ results are so powerful and life changing. They literally change lives for the better.

And who wouldn’t want a better life?

When Life’s Results Shows Me How Fun Life is

Photo by MI PHAM on Unsplash

TLDR: The Universe’s humor aligns us with the abundance of life, as the author’s experience with a new client illustrates. Coincidences manifest our desires, and this synchronicity reflects a growing trend of abundance in the author’s client practice. The story highlights the joy of life aligning with our wants, and the spread of positive outcomes through clients’ lives. The author emphasizes that a delightful life is achievable by aligning with this universal abundance.

The Universe enjoys a sense of humor. It’s one reason why mirth feels so good. In mirth, we’re aligned with All That Is.

Life is a component of All That Is. Life too, enjoys a sense of humor.

So when life served me with this wonderful, humorous manifestation, I felt the humor too. The “coincidence” of what happened was so perfect, I couldn’t help but enjoy the unfolding.

This story is about what happened. Let’s take a look at that lovely “coincidence”.

More clients equals more abundance

Of course, I put “coincidence” in quotes because, really, there are no coincidences. Not in the way most people use that term. Abraham likes to say “coincidences” are the co-inciding of cooperative components, emerging in physical reality in a time and place with perfect timing. That emergence happens in a way we can enjoy that “manifestation” as the final cooperative component coming into place.

So we could say coincidences are real. Real in the sense that they happen because we manifest them. Not because they represent some random happening.

Knowing this, I enjoyed what you’re about to read. It also helped that what happened grew my client practice. Lately, in fact, more and more clients are showing up. That’s consistent with what I’ve written about over and over: that the Universe showers us with abundance. Abundance of all kinds.

The best abundance though is that aligned with what we’re wanting to see. When that happens, the world becomes delightful. Then we get even more of what we’re wanting. And that “more” comes in greater abundance. Which explains why more clients are showing up.

It’s so cool.

A playful “coincidence”

One weekend recently, while working on a blog post, a funny thing happened. I was writing a paragraph explaining the story of Pollyanna. That’s when I got an email notification. My calendaring app notified me a new client scheduled a free Positively Focused 1:1.

I clicked over to the email and, what do you know! The new client’s name was…wait for it…Pollyanna!

What’s interesting about this person is how much of a natural she is to the practice. Like everyone, life caused her to conclude in ways unhelpful for living a Charmed Life. But the fact that she’s found her way to this practice was no coincidence. She’s taking to it quite quickly, which is something I like seeing in clients.

Such rapid resonance with the practice foretells promise. A promise that results such clients will produce, will create ripples of goodness through their lives and the world at large.

It’s no surprise then that one client’s ripples include her daughter and now her son becoming a client. And another client’s best friend becoming a client, then her husband too.

Finding something different

The fact that Pollyanna came to me perfectly timed as I wrote that paragraph doesn’t escape me. Seriously, how many “Pollyannas” are out there? I see this as a spectacular indication of my own alignment. That and all the other wonderful things happening in my life.

I love it when life reveals to me things proving how fun and easy life is. Life can be this way for everyone. In fact, it IS this way for everyone. If we’re not experiencing that, it’s only because we’ve overlaid bogus beliefs on what’s really happening.

It’s not that those beliefs aren’t “true”. All beliefs, believed long enough will produce realities consistent with them. But the question is: is that truth something you want?

If the answer is “no, I want something different” then I can help with that.

Our Charmed Life is continually unfolding. I love seeing my clients discovering this, then aligning their life experience to that. Maybe you’re ready to do the same?

What Happens When I Follow God’s Advice (My Inner Guidance)

Background Photo by Trinity Nguyen on Unsplash

I’m thrilled about writing this post. I’m thrilled because I’m sharing what signifies a big improvement in my vibration. An improvement on a subject showing I am reaching into the “leading edge” of what it means to be human.

Many life goals I have include expressing that “leading edge” life. What do I mean by “leading edge”? I mean living life in ways humans think impossible, and in doing so, expanding what it means to be human. And what’s possible for humanity.

Life for me has been about understanding the human experience through my personal experience, then living in ways that expand on that. While doing that, I’ve lived an interesting life. A diverse life. A life providing all kinds of enlightening experiences. Experiences giving me insight into the human condition.

But at the core of all I am, I am not human. You aren’t human either, dear reader. After all, when this life is over, you and I will continue existing. We won’t be human though. Instead, we’ll cast of this “mortal coil” in favor of our eternal, expanded beingness.

I love the sound of that.

But I really love experiencing that. Experiencing that expanded beingness, right here, in the mortal coil. And that’s why I’m thrilled to write this post. Because I’m experiencing that expanded state, even while I live as human. It’s the best of all worlds.

The power of limiting beliefs

The thrilling thing I experienced happened in late September. I schedule posts in advance. So by the time you read them, what you read happened a while ago. Still, this experience shows it’s worth learning to deliberately create reality through manifesting.

We can literally create any reality we want. Nothing is off limits. But doing that requires diligence. I think most people aren’t ready to take that on. For those who are, however, life gets really fun. Life becomes heavenly. But only for those who can see the possibility. Seeing that, however, first requires believing it’s possible.

That means letting go of beliefs humans accept as “true”. There are many such beliefs. Some contain far more sticking power than others. By “sticking power”, I mean momentum. Momentum we collectively add to these beliefs by accepting and believing in them. One such belief, for example, is “humans can’t regrow limbs.” It’s an interesting paradox.

Because humans CAN’T grow limbs. It’s not because the potential to do so isn’t there, however. Rather, it’s because no one believes it can be done. So no one tries.

Doesn’t this remind you of the story about the baby elephant tied to a stake? Humans are like elephants tied to stakes as babies. Our stakes are our limiting beliefs.

Abraham describing why some things are impossible.

History is replete with things once thought impossible becoming possible. Maybe you can think of some. In any case, the leading edge of humanity lies on that boundary between what people believe and what’s actually possible. I live my life on that edge. So I do things most people think are crazy. That includes choosing to leave lucrative careers, giving up “earning a living” and leaping into the unknown, expecting the Universe will catch me.

And catch me it has!

The perfect unfolding

I chose a life path wherein I want enormous amounts of money to flow into my life. And, I want it to flow in ways that leave me free to live my life. In other words, I want money coming in with me doing as little as possible about that. That way, I can live my life loving life, playful and engaged in what I enjoy.

These days my desires have more sway over my life than fear, obligation or “common sense”. That means I’m living more boldly than ever. I’m no longer willing to accept beliefs we humans commonly hold. I decided some time ago, therefore, to prove to myself that this “you create your reality” business is real.

Unlike others doing what I’m doing, I went “all in”. I gave up jobs, let my marriage dissolve and struck out in pursuit of the extraordinary. Doing that, I confronted and am confronting these common beliefs.

Many such beliefs revolve around money. Money is a big subject. One that needs a lot of cleaning up in my Belief Constellation. That process is not always without fear though. And that’s what I’m writing about today. There’s a lot to share and will likely need to be shared over several posts. But here’s what happened in late September.

Money as a manifested idea enjoys a lot of momentum. Many beliefs about it limit what’s possible around money. (Photo by Nathan Dumlao on Unsplash)

Living the Charmed Life

In January, my rent is going up. I thought it was going up a lot. But I soothed that belief and it turned out I was wrong: The rent did go up, but not nearly as much as I feared. Still, because I’m bold, and because I’m cleaning up beliefs about money I no longer want active in my vibration, my income is quite low. It’s just enough to cover my living expenses. That’s because my current beliefs about money, income and working for income still hold sway.

But momentum from those beliefs is soothing. I know this because, today, I don’t work for income. Rather, I play with clients, showing them how to do what I have done and am doing. They pay me for this. However, it doesn’t feel at all like work. It feels, instead, as an extension of my spiritual practice. You could say then, I’m being paid to pursue everything I’m writing about here. That’s the joy of the Positively Focused Way: the Charmed Life I write about in this blog.

I’ve enjoyed living this way for several years now. It’s been an interesting adventure that’s only just getting started. But with that rent increase looming, I realized I would need more money. Because I know what I know, and because of a long string of manifestations on other subjects, I resolved to manifest the money I needed.

I realized I could take a job instead. But that’s not the path I’m on. I’m committed to manifesting a life on my terms. That includes manifesting money on my terms too!

It began with a post card

So one day in September, I got a post card. It was from the United Sates Postal Service. They were hosting a “Career Day” at my local post office. This card came with interesting timing. Thinking about taking a job occured to me in the same week. And here is this card showing up. So this was an opportunity to test my connection to my Broader Perspective. I also wanted its opinion on the opportunity. Also, I wanted guidance on what to do too. I mean, I knew what I wanted to do (ignore the card). Yet I felt a twinge of fear-induced impulses saying “go to the career day.”

Our Broader Perspective is the larger consciousness that is us, outside our physical bodies. We are far too big to fit in this human form. So we squeeze a part of us “here”. Meanwhile, the larger part of all that we are remains in nonphysical. That larger part is not the “God” most religions talk about. It is US, experiencing all experiences we’re having across infinite dimensions. That perspective exists outside of space and time.

So it can “see” a lot more than we can. It literally sees all probable futures, choices we have made, can make and will make. And it sees how all those choices always work out. It therefore, is a fantastic source of guidance. This is why the Positively Focused Way primarily focuses on strengthening a conscious awareness of our relationship with our Broader Perspective. Do that and we can receive vivid, clear and accurate guidance.

So, I held the card in my hand. Looking at it, I said aloud “should I go to this career event?”

Nothing happened.

Being a letter carrier. Was that really my path? (Photo by Trinity Nguyen on Unsplash)

Contrast begets manifestation

Then I offered an alternative: “Should I stay the course?” I asked.

YES!” my Broader Perspective instantly “said”.

Now, when my Broader Perspective gives guidance, it’s not in the form of words. I don’t hear a voice. Instead, it communicates kinesthetically. I feel its communication. In this instance, what I felt was a “thrilling”. Massive waves of pleasurable tingles and shivers ran through my body and scalp. I’ve used this communication process so many times. After following the communication, I’ve always received positive results. So I know I can trust it.

And trust it I did.

I put the card on my desk. Then I focused on statements affirming my desire. That’s when I realized that post card was intentional. I put it in my reality to prompt exactly what I was doing: amplifying my alignment with the outcome existing in nonphysical. The one representing the full-blown manifestation of what I want: enough income to cover my rent increase.

A week later, more contrast showed up. I got an email from a digital rights law firm. I inadvertently violated copyright protections of a photo owned by someone else. The law firm said I owed $250!

At first I was shocked. I didn’t have $250! Well, I did, in savings. But that was reserved for other expenses. That’s when I realized this was not a bad thing. This bill was more evidence showing me I was on my path. Use it correctly, I knew, and I would have what I was manifesting.

So I wrote and told them I didn’t have that much money. They replied by reducing their fee by 40 percent, demanding instead $150. Not the best outcome, but it was one I could live with.

Getting off course? Maybe not

Getting that bill triggered more fear and worry. When I got it, my attention drifted to the Post Office’s post card laying on my desk. I picked it up. Remembering what my Broader Perspective suggested, I thought about the career event. Would it hurt to just go?, I thought.

But I knew that question stemmed from FEAR. That’s not a good place from which to act. I knew if I took a job at the post office, the job would just show me why I should have stayed the course. After all, my Broader Perspective wanted me to do that: Stay the course.

But in a moment of weakness, I decided, I’ll just go. I’ll just check it out and see. I knew I was acting out of fear. I acknowledged that, dressed and went to the event.

Representatives there told me about openings available. I wasn’t thrilled about them, but I was curious. They all paid a wage equaling about half of what I make per client hour. But because I would be working many more hours, I’d make more money.

I thanked the reps, took some information and went home. By the time I got there, I was clear: I wasn’t going to work for the post office! That’s going backwards!

The biggest factor driving that decision was that I’d have to stop working with clients. I wouldn’t have time. That was a deal killer. Plus I really enjoyed my current lifestyle. One where I spend nearly all my time practicing my Positively Focused Way and seeing clients less than three days a week.

So the experience of going to the event actually amplified my commitment to stay the course. Interesting!

I can be stubborn tho…

Still I wallowed a bit. I weighed the option of working at the post office a bit more. Then I got the impulse to Google “What’s it like to work at the post office?” Most of the information I read confirmed my original conclusion: working at the post office was a massive divergence from my chosen path. I decided then to give up the post office idea completely. Instead, I thought, I’m staying the course. I’m trusting my Broader Perspective!

That’s when my dream reality entered the picture. In it my Broader Perspective reiterated that I should stay the course. I had a dream the details of which are unimportant. But what is important is the download I got when waking from it. The download was “Don’t pay that $150 from savings. Use your credit card.”

This is why dream state is another thing I eventually get clients to become aware of. Dreams are soooo freaking valuable! When we dream, we return to the fullness of our Broader Perspective. There, we CAN experience nonphysical consciously and vividly. But most people don’t believe they dream. Those who do, think dreams are something they’re not. So they miss the massive value dreams bring.

Dreams are an excellent Source of inner knowing. (Photo by Egor Vikhrev on Unsplash)

In dreams, we CAN hear our Broader Perspective speak to us in words we can understand. But again, it requires training. Not really training…it requires soothing resistance acting as an opaque shield between us and the dream state. Do that and dreams become very easy to perceive, experience and understand. As does our ability to hear our Broader Perspective while in dream state.

That download was my Broader Perspective guiding me. So I woke and put that $150 on my card.

Staying the course…lead to something awesome

Then I focused on trusting and relaxing into the now. Past experience proved doing so would bring what I want more quickly. Everything you just read also amplified my desire to focus.

That focus felt good. I felt myself tuning in. Tuning into the probable reality where the money I want is!

Less than a week later, I woke one morning feeling really great. I checked my phone. There on the screen was a notification that a new client registered for a one-time Positively Focused session!

I looked at the confirmation email and the name looked familiar. But the photo of the person on Facebook was unfamiliar.

The new client and the PayPal notification.

When I sent them a reply email, the reply I got astounded me:

“Hi,” She said. “I’ve had that fake profile on Facebook for years. Last week I checked it and in my recommendations was a link to Positively Focused. I knew that was the universe telling me to sign up for sessions.”

How cool is that?!

After our first session, the client signed up for weekly sessions for a total monthly session rate equal to 30 times my rent increase scheduled to begin in January! And, it’s more than enough to pay off the $150 I put on my credit card!

Manifesting requires staying the course

What did I learn from all this? Well, by October 1 I felt absolute confidence the Universe moves to support my desires. Several other manifestations happened in September. Adding this one to those vastly boosted my knowing. Namely:

  • My desire to create money coming into my life with no effort on my part is working!
  • That relaxing and trusting makes what I want to happen, happen faster.
  • I can manifest something I desire in perfect divine timing.
  • I can trust my Broader Perspective!
  • By lightly holding in my mind what I want, I prime the Universe to deliver.
  • When something seems to go wrong, that usually means I’m close to the full-blown manifestation. See things “going wrong” as actually going right!
  • Try not to take action too soon. But if I do, I know the Universe will work around my early action and deliver what I want!
  • Finally, by staying the course towards what I want, what I want WILL HAPPEN. When it does it will be in divine timing. And if it hasn’t happened (yet) that’s only because the timing isn’t right (yet).

All this inspires even bolder action. I know now that everything I’m asking for is happening. So I can enjoy my life on the leading edge of what it means to be human. And, I can eagerly anticipate the day when outrageous fortune flows into my experience.

I love following my inner guidance!

By now you may be inspired to learn to hear your inner guidance. If you are, I’m here. Join my clients experiencing their own versions of what I’m experiencing. Contact me, let’s get you started!

My First Full Out Of Body Experience

Photo by Warren Wong on Unsplash

There are some things people believe are impossible. And yet, as I’ve said, and many others before me, including William Shakespeare: beliefs make it so.

What we believe, is what’s possible for us. Meanwhile many people are out there enjoying experiences most think are impossible. Tonight (Dec 3, 2022), I became one of those people.

I found myself in an extraordinary life-experience. It represents the culmination of a long-running cultivation of my Charmed Life. It also answers a desire I’ve been asking for, for some time.

That is, I achieved my first out of body (OBE) experience. One in which I was conscious of the experience.

Castles and buttons

This blog contains literally hundreds of posts about experiences I’ve had over the years. One client complained these posts only talked about “little things” happening in my life. He wondered, where are the big things?

Meanwhile, I’ve been focusing on little things because little things lead to the big things. By focusing on little things, I soothe resistance standing between me and big things I want to happen.

Big things like traveling out of my body.

I distinguish little things and big things in the same way Abraham does. Little things I consider “buttons”. Big things, I call “castles”. Whether it’s a castle or a button, the same approach applies. But creating castles requires sufficient alignment to All That Is. And most people are nowhere near that level of alignment.

Abraham talking about castles and buttons and the little distinction between the two.

So with most clients, I focus on little things. Meanwhile, with advanced clients, I prepare them for big things. The castles.

I consider traveling out of the body as a castle. And since I’m not a hypocrite, I prefer to speak from experience. Therefore, my own practice led me to this point. I knew it would come. It was only a matter of time, focus and discipline.

Now I’m receiving exactly what Seth and Abraham assure us is possible.

Here’s what happened

Here’s my journal entry describing my experience. I took some of the personal stuff out of it.

I did it! I just allowed into my experience, the experience of…how should I describe it…existing in my spirit body. It started with the flowing sensation I felt in [a previous session leading up to this one]…Then there were moments again where that external body shifting feeling came upon me. There were several of these that came and went.

Then, I blanked out for…I don’t know how long. When I “came to”, I had the distinct feeling of being in two positions simultaneously. In one, I was sitting up in my bed. In my hands I held a small electronic device similar to today’s cell phones. I was typing something into it. And in the other, I felt myself laying prone on my back in bed! It was a little disorienting experiencing both positions simultaneously. I felt my “thumbs” moving across the device screen, yet, I knew too that my actual thumbs were attached to my hands, which were laying to either side of my body! I remained in that dual position for I don’t know how long.

Then, I distinctly heard or rather got an impression that this was happening gradually as an introduction so as not to frighten me as before. I would begin, [the impression said] slowly experiencing the spirit body without being able to move around until I had the ability to hold the focus without it frightening me. I just knew that’s what was going on.

Then, I found myself back in my body, but it felt as light as a feather! I was in it, but could barely feel it! I consciously, deliberately then, basked in that feeling, appreciating All That Is for allowing this and me for allowing it too. Then, of my own volition, I decided to end the session. I slowly brought myself back to waking consciousness while celebrating my success!

Supernatural is natural

I’ll write more about this and future experiences. I know this is not the first time I traveled outside my body. But it IS the first time I experienced the travel consciously.

True to Seth’s instruction, many, many extremely vivid and memorable dream experiences preceded this. Such dream experiences are prerequisite to out of body experiences. In other words, there’s a gradual increase in capability, leading to more and more capabilities ordinary people would describe as “supernatural”.

Experiences such as flying without the need of an airplane, levitation and more are not “supernatural”. Unless you think they are. (Photo by Warren Wong on Unsplash)

But here’s the thing. Such capabilities are not “supernatural”. They are as natural as breathing. But for people who don’t believe them possible, they are not only supernatural, they are impossible.

I’m super thrilled with what happened. And I’m eager for more expansion of these abilities moving forward. Seth says once someone achieves a certain level where they realize they create reality, that person becomes more bold about what they believe is possible. At that point, Seth says, one’s potential becomes unlimited.

I’m now at that point. I can only imagine what’s coming next. I’ll write more about this experience, subsequent ones and what led up to all this, in future posts. Be sure to subscribe to this blog!

Making Peace with “What Is” Results In Better Futures

Photo by Alvin Engler on Unsplash

A fundamental I encourage Positively Focused clients develop is accepting “what is”. Accepting what is makes all the difference. If we want our desires to manifest, we must stop resisting them.

But one way we resist has nothing to do with our desires. This resistance happens subtly. Not realizing we’re doing it can cause great delays in creating lives we love.

Meanwhile, Law of Attraction, the process by which thoughts become things, still happens.

Ever wonder why life comes at us with a mix of good and bad? It’s usually because our thoughts contain a jumble of “good” and “bad”. We can enjoy lives full of nothing but goodness. Most don’t believe lives containing only good stuff are possible. But as Yoda says, we fail because we don’t believe.

Yoda telling it like it is.

Seth says such lives happen rarely because they require great levels of focus and discipline. Most people aren’t willing to put in what’s required. That said, the Charmed Life requires no great amount of focus and discipline. It does require some. But those levels exist well within the reach of most people.

Pernicious non-acceptance

What most people have standing between themselves and their Charmed Life, where everything happens in line with their desires, is that subtle resistance I alluded to above, among other beliefs.

That resistance will slow down every manifesting desire. That resistance looks like any time we do not accept what is happening right in front of us. That’s right, whatever our currently reality is, must be accepted. That is, if we want something different to show up.

Here’s an example of this resistance’s subtlety. If we want something else to show up instead of what IS showing up, and because of that desire, we feel impatience or even a desire for something different, we’re resisting what is. That resistance retards change.

Because, as Abraham has said over and over, when we say “I don’t like this”, the Universe hears “give me more of this.” In other words, whatever we put our attention on is what we get more of.

Abraham once again delivering the gold.

So cultivating a state of being that accepts what is, is crucial. Then we must go beyond that and find a joyful acceptance not only of what is, but also of what is becoming, but hasn’t fully blown out into our physical life experience…yet.

That state feels like something. It’s something crucial to allowing that which we want to flow effortlessly into our lives.

Here’s a clue to what that state feels like. Ask yourself: “How do I feel about things I really enjoy that I already have?”That’s an inquiry worth making. It can open doors to tremendous possibility.

When My Old Beliefs Challenge The Happy Life

Photo by Towfiqu barbhuiya on Unsplash

My life, like all things, exists as a paradox. The paradox is only now very clear to me. I’m working through healthcare issues, non-life threatening ones. But they do show how Belief Constellations create corresponding realities.

As confidence in my own practice grows, I’m focusing into reality manifestations nearly everyone believes are impossible. And yet, evidence grows proving Seth’s and Abraham’s contention that everything, no matter what, is possible.

But a period of years passed in which I sowed manifestations consistent with “sloppy creation” or unconscious creation. I harbored beliefs which generated a lot of momentum. That momentum created undesirable physical manifestations. But since I accepted beliefs as most of us do, I accepted those physical manifestations as a part of me. I didn’t need to do that.

For example, 22 years ago, I started a new job at Intel. It was a textbook manifestation. The new opportunity brought more money, more opportunity, more prestige. Furthermore, it was something I specifically asked for. And, how it unfolded was truly magical. But the experience created unwanted manifestations too. Here’s what happened.

The set up goes great

At the time I ran the media relations department of a large federal electric utility. I also was the agency’s media spokesperson. As such, I worked the media. One of those people was a journalist I’ll call Cooper. He covered energy for the local newspaper. Over time, we became great friends. While we became friends, I grew tired of the electric industry.

Meanwhile, high tech was making a lot of people rich. More high tech was coming to the Northwest. The jewell of the Northwest’s high tech sector at the time was Intel. It had built a number of large facilities recently. And so they were hiring a lot of new people.

I decided it would be wonderful working at Intel. So I went to work with my then manifestation process. I set my intention. Then added momentum behind it. Then I let it go.

I got my media job at the energy agency the same way. So I knew “you create your reality” was true. But I wasn’t as strong in it as I am today. Nor was I as deliberate or focused. Even while I produced stunning manifestations, I still harbored many disempowering beliefs in my constellations.

One of those was “I can’t hack it at a private company”. “It’s cut throat in the private sector” was another. “People stab you in the back,” I imagined. I figured my bosses would find out I couldn’t handle it and fire me. These thoughts commingled along with my desire to work at Intel.

Many folks enjoy the private sector. I had different beliefs. (Photo by Israel Andrade on Unsplash)

Textbook manifestation

I recognized those beliefs as true. I didn’t think about the fact that those beliefs create my reality too.

Beliefs often are more powerful than desire. That’s because beliefs have momentum behind them. Reality often proves them true as well. Or rather it works vice-versa. Belief momentum creates corresponding realities. We look at those realities as evidence. The evidence seems to prove the belief true, when really, the belief came first.

So when I focused on getting a job at Intel and let it go, I didn’t think about cleaning up my vibration on that subject. Meaning, I didn’t think about cleaning up these unflattering beliefs about working at Intel.

A textbook manifestation happened next.

Silicon wafer manufacturing is Oregon’s high tech jewell. I wanted in one of those companies. So I manifested an opportunity. (Photo by Laura Ockel on Unsplash)

Intel recruited Cooper out of the newspaper. He became Intel’s media spokesperson. Cooper was now a media relations colleague. I had no idea this happened until some time later.

When sometime later happened, I got a call from Cooper. He told me Intel had a community relations manager role for which I’d be perfect. I applied. Weeks later Intel made me an offer.

The whole process floored me. I watched it unfold the whole way astounded. I left the energy agency and began my new job as Intel’s community relations manager in 2000.

It didn’t go well

The job actually was great and I performed very well. The problem was my old beliefs. Remember those beliefs I described above about working in the private sector? Little did I know, those beliefs were manifesting too. As a result, my experience of this wonderful manifestation included a lot of anxiety. Self-doubt also plagued me. The team I managed picked up on that like a pack of alpha wolves. Some of them behaved in ways I feared.

All that manifested in me as physical symptoms too. I developed stress and anxiety. I started having stomach problems like heartburn. Long story short, stomach acid leaked into my esophagus over time. It scarred tissue linings there which caused a mild stricture.

One day, a year or two after starting at Intel, I had a medical emergency. I got food stuck in my esophagus right at the stricture, which needed emergency removal. At the emergency room, doctors told me I had a “tapering esophagus.” They stretched that part of my esophagus with a rod they pushed down my throat, which fixed the problem. But doctors told me I’d need the procedure again in about ten years.

A medical emergency clued me in to my momentum. (Photo by Yassine Khalfalli on Unsplash)

Which brings us back to today. It’s been way more than ten years, but I had started feeling food stick in my throat again. As a veteran, I get free medical care from my local VA. When I told them about my “condition”, they immediately set me up for a redux of the procedure had many years ago.

You can’t ignore past manifestation

And here’s where this story comes full circle. I left Intel because I wasn’t happy there. Leaving coincided directly with commitments I made to double down on all this “you create your reality” business. That commitment included wanting to know and experience everything in my reality as manifesting beliefs. Including conditions in my physical body.

The problem is, I have legacy manifestations. Manifestations which manifested as a result of old beliefs. Beliefs which created these manifestations in the first place. Manifestations including this gastro situation.

I can’t ignore my past manifestations while creating new ones. My gastro situation emerged as a direct manifestation of my beliefs. A new procedure on the body will work temporarily. But unless the underlying belief goes away, the problem will resurface.

Doctors want me on an acid reflux reducing prescription. They say that drug will prevent future recurrences. But I believe prescriptions are unnecessary. My old beliefs say medical intervention must happen to “cure” physical health problems. But these days, I want vibrational solutions.

Since leaving Intel, I eliminated from my body several things people call “illnesses”. I haven’t had a cold in years. I used to get at least two colds a year. One in the spring and another in the fall. Not anymore.

I know those changes result from vibrational focus. So when I think about getting on this prescription, it feels contrary to how I think and believe today. Yet, I still must recognize the prescription as a manifestation. A manifestation of old beliefs about “healthcare” and how to “cure” symptoms.

Creating deliberately

I believe I sufficiently soothed old beliefs around work. Money flows into my life with no relationship to “work”. My life no longer includes working in high pressure jobs. And my desires these days involve creating wealth through manifestation. Not working. In the same way, I needn’t take this prescription.

I recently told my VA primary care doctor I regard the mind as the best medicine. To my surprise, he and his team agreed with me. So I want to soothe beliefs perpetuating this “stricture”. I also want to soothe beliefs creating other physical conditions. Conditions not part of my original body blueprint.

I believe I can live free of all prescriptions. I know many Americans accumulate medicine dependencies as they age. I’m choosing a different path. So I expect improvement, not decrepitude, as I age. It’s like Abraham recently said in an email:

Esther’s intent mirrors mine.

I appreciate old beliefs. I also appreciate seeing connections now obvious between how I once believed and what my health looks like. And I’m eager to see both those beliefs and those conditions improve as I consistently construct my Charmed Life.

What experiences have you had where you’ve changed your physical condition through mind as medicine? What conditions are you still working on? Do conditions you currently experience challenge your belief that thoughts create your reality?

I’d love hearing your experiences.

How To Beat Anxiety And Get Off Meds

Photo by Christina Victoria Craft on Unsplash

A lot of people find anxiety relief through medications. Nearly all those people don’t realize they don’t need medication to rid themselves from anxiety.

That’s because anxiety is a blessing. Left unchecked though, it can become a curse. It can enslave one in discomfort. So much discomfort the only choice that person thinks they have is relief through a pill.

The medical profession is only too quick to oblige people who suffer from anxiety. That’s why almost 20 percent of Americans find themselves with anxiety “disorders”.

But anxiety gets labeled a “disorder” needing “treatment” because so many don’t understand the benefit anxiety brings to those with it. Now, I already can hear the rebuttal:

“Easy for you to say,” some anonymous reader may offer. “You don’t struggle with anxiety.”

Well, I respond, listening to me might be a good idea then. Because you’re right, I don’t. Or if not me, take the example of a client who just today instantly caused their anxiety to disappear.

How emotions benefit

She came to her session complaining about sleeping poorly the night before. We explored the reasons and the main one was a “general anxiety.” I explained why anxiety shows up for her and suggested she could benefit from the benefits her anxiety offered.

We talked about that briefly, then we dove into an exercise which brought her near instant relief. I’m sharing that exercise here. But first, here’s why anxiety is beneficial.

Anxiety, like any emotion, tells humans something they must know. If they want fulfilling, happy lives, the must know what emotions tell them. But if you ask ten random strangers (or strange friends 😊) why we have emotions, i.e. what their purpose is, you won’t get good answers. Most people don’t know why emotions exist.

Emotions give us clues about how to get everything we want. I talk about this and how to use the clues with clients every week. It takes convincing, of course. That’s because other people convince us they know better than our emotions about what’s right for us.

But for those who use their emotions correctly, charting a path to happiness is inevitable. That’s why emotions – including anxiety – exist. They help us discover our happiness. They also light up the path to everything we want.

Negative emotions such as anxiety offer far more benefit than positive ones. But when used incorrectly or not at all, they can spell trouble. And when people mask them with drugs, their benefits get masked too.

How to get the benefit

The key to unlocking those benefits looks like using emotions for their intended purpose. That means using negative, or unwanted, emotions to chart a course to more positive, better feeling ones. That’s the purpose of the exercise I gave my client.

It worked near instantly. And, she could tell it worked that fast. Looking at her face and reactions, it was obvious.

The exercise involves a series of statements that begin with acknowledging the unwanted emotion then moving through that into better feeling emotions. Statements made are declarative, succinct and include increasing levels of emotion as those emotions show up.

My client asked that I make a recording as an aid for her so she can use the recording to practice. Once I did it, I realized readers of this blog could benefit too. So, here it is free of charge. Simply click on this link. It will direct you to a google drive where you can download it to your computer or phone.

The first minute or so offers instructions, then the remaining eight minutes offer the exercise.

Don’t be fooled

As simple as this may sound recorded, the exercise contains great power. Used alone, anyone suffering from occasional or mild anxiety can eliminate such experiences from daily life. Used in conjunction with other practices I offer in my Positively Focused sessions, even those with chronic, medicated anxiety can find so much relief over time, they can eventually get off their medication.

It’s hard when so many people give so much advice about things while not really understanding the purpose and origins of such things. Emotions are one such thing. Without understanding them, doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists do people a disservice.

I realize they’re doing their best and many sincerely want to help.

Of course, there are severe conditions existing where putting people on medications provides needed relief. And from there, a person can eventually perhaps discover ways to better manage chronic anxiety and other unwanted emotions, such as depression.

But for the vast majority of anxiety and depression sufferers, there are very good reasons why such experiences happen. They don’t have to happen. But unless one understands why they happen, finding the way out remains elusive.

Don’t be fooled. Anxiety needn’t be a constant companion. Discover your own inherent, natural relief from anxiety. Then use it for its intended purpose.

Then you’ll find yourself appreciating anxiety for what it is: a blessing. Not a curse. Want to know more? I can help.

How to Never Again Meet Negative People

Early in his sessions, a client from our sister organization, The Transamorous Network asked “Are you saying that if you tune your vibration, you can never have contact with negative people?”

“Yes,” I said.

It’s hard believing EVERYTHING is possible. Until some things a person thinks impossible start happening. Such is the case with this client. His life filled with all kinds of people connections. Some were positive, cordial, even friendly.

But others were downright hostile. Especially his encounters with people he knew well. This client attributed the latter encounters to the fact that “I basically have been a dick my entire life.”

“Being a dick” though is a story/belief. Everything in physical reality comes to us based on our emanating vibrations. Stories about life, thoughts and beliefs all carry vibrations. So how people react to us – and how we react to them – tells us a lot about what’s going on with our vibration.

Or rather it can, when one learns how they create their reality.

Evidence comes when invited

Which is what this client started learning. Early on he still kept experiencing less than happy encounters. All the while, I stood steadfast, knowing everyone creates their reality. “Reality” includes people we meet, date, marry. We even create our family members, including our parents and grandparents.

This client’s vibration still needs work. But he’s receiving early signs convincing him my assertion’s accuracy. It’s not actually my assertion though. It’s a universal law.

How do I know he’s receiving early signs? Because people around him are experiencing what he’s talking about. Including me. So do lives of my other clients.

For example, this week, while talking with a Positively Focused client on his 100th session, the client brought up something very interesting. Take a listen:

The moment he said this, I knew sharing this with my Transamorous Network client would be a great idea. I wanted this client’s permission first, so I sent the clip to him asking to share it.

That took a couple days. In those ensuing days, I had a remarkable, similar example. It was as though the Universe was driving the point home.

While walking through my neighborhood park, I passed two people, a man and woman. They walked hand-in-hand immersed in conversation. Even so, the guy looked at me. At that moment, I stood fully in my high vibration. I met his gaze with an ear-to-ear smile and a twinkle in my eye.

I made a lap around the park. Then, as I turned a corner, the same couple approached.

“Excuse me, excuse me,” the guy said.

“Yes?” I replied.

“You have the greatest smile,” He said.

What confirmation! But also, the moment that happened too, I knew sharing it with my Transamorous Network client would make his day.

He creates his own evidence

Sharing these experiences, I knew, would soothe the his resistance allowing his life to prove that he too, can create such a reality. One where he never meets negative people ever again.

Little did I know, he already was there. I shared what happened with him via text. What he wrote back didn’t surprise me at all:

This client is on his 35th session. He needed some prompting to realize he already is producing evidence he once thought impossible. How did he miss it before this? His negative focus. That’s all.

And that’s the thing. While people focus on all the negative things happening in the world, thinking focusing on the negative things is how negative things get solved, there’s a TON of positive things happening. Negative things resolve themselves when human consciousness focuses on the positive things. That’s because human consciousness is an amplifier.

Whatever it focuses on, gets bigger.

Everything is possible

Is it possible to never have negative encounters? Of course! Even better: it’s possible ONLY to have great encounters with people. When you’re a match to great encounters, that’s what you’re going to attract. Living as a match to great encounters means you, yourself live so high flying you only offer great encounters.

And when you live from there, the only people you’ll meet are those matching that way of being.

It’s lovely knowing this, but it’s even better experiencing it. For in the experiencing, one really gets that if this kind of thing is possible – if you can create other people as the versions of them you want to experience – then ANYTHING else is possible too.

I prefer saying EVERYTHING is possible. Because it is!

Ready to have that experience, the experience I call the Charmed Life? I can help!

The Best Evidence Your Spirituality Is Powerful

Photo by Usman Yousaf on Unsplash

I love it when clients get results so inspiring, they confirm what I know about the power of the Positively Focused approach.

Recently, a client came to his session feeling strong self-reproach, self-judgement and frustration. He had a university exam due Friday – it was Monday – and, instead of preparing, he spent several hours binging Star Trek Discovery while also binging on snack food.

Seems like little things, don’t they? But such little things pack a punch when they’re repeated over and over. That’s how life gets out of hand for so many.

In other words, it’s a little thing – a negative thought – thought over and over that eventually creates realities consistent with it. Then life sucks.

My client couldn’t shake his negative thoughts on his own. So we practiced a process that transforms such thoughts into more positive and uplifting ones. By the end, he no longer felt bad about his choices.

Instead, he felt joy at having binged the show. Indeed, when he moved from his negative thoughts into more positive ones, he realized how perfect binging that show was. The main character’s life, he said, mimicked his own. Through the character’s life he saw aspects of his life he could improve.

Other profound realizations came too. He got, for instance, that the same judgement he had for himself about binging, he also had for his mother and his housemate. Both spend a lot of time on the couch consuming streaming media. Both also have poor eating habits and bodies consistent with those habits. My client judged them both harshly. That judgement he also directed towards himself, producing very disempowering results.

No coincidences anywhere

We used the same process to clean up those thoughts about his housemate and mother too, which produced even more euphoria in my client. After all, underneath every person’s negative mindset exists the God in Human Form they really are. Tapping into that feels euphoric.

But negative mindsets block all that. With those things blocked, one cuts oneself off from their divinity. There, they can’t see the beautiful nature of their created life experience.

Instead they see a random world where coincidences happen. Life comes with great risk. It’s scary and unpredictable and so they must protect themself and what they have. Cultivating a Positively Focused mindset clears all that away, then it reveals that everything in life stems from the thoughts you think.

Another client realizing when she deliberately chooses positive thoughts in the morning, the rest of her day reflects that positivity back to her. Life just gets better when one cultivates a positive focus.

Coincidences don’t exist. Everything happening happens for good reasons. People can know what those reasons are. When they do, life turns into a fabulous experience wherein life reflects back to the experiencer wonderful insights and epiphanies.

The good news is, life wants everyone experiencing its wonders. That’s what the Charmed Life offers: a life where every moment contains delights and joys. When a person discovers that life, they recover their power. Then they can use that power to create even better life experiences.

Lovely evidence abounds

By the end of our session, my client felt much better about what he did. Not only did he get epiphanies I described above, he also realized he had plenty of time still to complete the exam. That’s something he couldn’t see while standing in his negative thoughts.

Standing in his negative thoughts he created a living hell where not only was he a bad person for spending hours on the couch, eating junk food, he also feared time to take the exam ran out. He was on the way to that self-fulfilling prophecy. Until he came to the session.

After the session the client felt so much better, he texted me. When the client’s text arrived, it didn’t surprise me. Instead, I basked in the acknowledgment it communicated as a reflection of my own inner state:

Then he followed that message up with this:

Proof in the pudding

A lot of spiritual paths exist. Which offer powerful approaches to connecting with the divine? I prefer relying on Nichiren Buddhism’s Three Proofs doctrine. As the name implies, it suggest a three-step verification process. With it, you can tell whether any spiritual path offers a valid way to spiritual awakening.

The first test is, does the spirituality’s teachings (translating loosely) accord with Universal Laws? Second, the test asks, does the teaching line up with reason and logic? Finally the test says, does the teaching bear out when put to the test? In other words, when you do what the teaching says, do you get the results the teaching says you’ll get?

Speaking about the Three Proofs, the founder of Nichiren Buddhism had this to say:

In judging the relative merit of [any spiritual path], I, Nichiren, believe that the best standards are those of reason and documentary proof. And even more valuable than reason and documentary proof is the proof of actual fact”

I agree. The most valuable evidence determining whether a spiritual path has any power lies in whether or not it does what it says it will do when you put it into action. I know the Positively Focused approach passes all three tests. My clients do too. After all, they’re getting great results!

But the result I love the most is the actual, factual proof I produce in my life, which gets confirmed when my clients produce similar results in theirs.

Theirs, like mine inspire. That inspiration is power. The power to create a happy life. A life I call the Charmed Life.

Why Depression Can Produce Great Good

Positively Focused Q-A
Positively Focused Q-A

Question: Is there a spiritual explanation for depression?

Yes.

But first: If you are experiencing life-threatening circumstances and don’t want to die, you should seek professional advice.

Understanding the explanation requires having further background in spirituality. But we’re going to skip that because this answer may already go long.

Depression is a signal the depressed person is sending themselves. Most people don’t understand this, so instead of listening to the signal and doing something about it, they instead “cover up the signal.”

Let’s say you’re coming up to a railroad crossing. A train is coming. The lights on your side of the tracks are flashing red.

Would you cross the tracks when the light says stop? (Photo by Jude Infantini on Unsplash)

Would you ignore the signal and cross the track? Of course not. You’d get killed.

Depression is like the flashing light. It is telling the depressed person something. The depressed person should stop and take action based on what the signal is saying.

Most depressed people receive the signal and don’t know what it’s saying. So they keep doing what they’re doing instead of doing what the signal is telling them to do (in this case, changing the thoughts the person is thinking. More on that in a bit).

What depression tells people

Most depressed people will disagree with this, but it doesn’t make it less accurate: Depression is not that serious. It’s just a really strong signal.

It just so happens that as signals go, it’s one of the most intense. Usually, a person who experiences depression was oblivious to earlier, less intense signals received on the way to “depression”.

In other words, they didn’t listen to the less intense signals, so now they’re getting one of the most intense.

Had they heeded the less intense ones, they wouldn’t have ended up depressed. And, it would have been easier to do something about the signal.

So what is this signal telling the depressed person? It’s telling them they have beliefs and thoughts that are at odds with the “what-is-ness” of life. That’s all it is.

By “what-is-ness” we mean the dominant state of All That Is which includes the spiritual realm and the physical realm. BTW, everything is spiritual. But since people don’t acknowledge that, it’s important to mention both the “physical world” (which is all spiritual) and the “spiritual world”. Sometimes redundancy is needed.

Depression tells the depressed person something important. Most of them miss that message thought. (Photo by Hailey Kean)

Beauty, positivity and joy available everywhere

The dominant state of All That Is is positive expansion, eagerness, enthusiasm, joy, ecstasy, etc. It knows everything is always working out towards positive expansion, fulfillment, expression, awareness, etc. This is not theoretical or just “spiritual”. It is the actual state of things.

Humans create their reality. They can create any reality they want. When they are creating a reality consistent with what they are as physical embodiments of All That Is, they resonate or feel in tune with All That Is.

How does that feel? Positive, expansionary, eager, enthusiastic, joyful, ecstatic, fulfilled, etc.

But when a person creates a reality inconsistent with all the above, they feel consistent with that creation. Anger, frustration, annoyance….all the way down to depression.

Feelings are important. Many people don’t understand their function as signals. They help a person know what they are creating.

Feelings help keep us on track

So a person who feels depressed has chronically created a reality inconsistent with what they are. Reality creation occurs first in vibration, then in thought form, then in a received thought before the creation becomes physical reality. In each of those stages, an emotion/feeling is received by the person doing the creating. This helps the person catch their creation early on, before it springs into physical reality.

If a person keeps creating along lines inconsistent with All That Is, eventually they will get harsher or more and more intense signals…until they get the message.

So depression is not anything mysterious or serious. It is only a signal a person is receiving.

This example may be illustrative.

Let’s say as a child, a young woman was sexually abused by her father. The first time it happened, the child may have felt out of sorts. By the fifth or so time it happened, her internal awareness that something is not right is already in high gear.

Now, she has an opportunity to act. She knows what to do, even though she’s a little girl. But she doesn’t because she’s unclear.

That’s the first signal: unclear or confusion.

Uncertainty momentum creates more momentum

Now, let’s say the father threatens her. Let’s say he says “you tell your mom and I’m going to kill you.” Or something less extreme “honey, keep this a secret between you and me. Don’t tell your mom.”

The young girl knows intuitively she should say something. But now she’s confused because her dad is telling her to keep this secret.

So the situation continues. She starts feeling more uncertainty. That’s a signal.

Note that this little girl’s mood will change. She’ll gradually lose the joy, freedom, happiness and enthusiasm for life. These emotions go away because of her thoughts are turning to beliefs – “conclusions about her world” and about what she has experienced:

  • “this should not be happening”
  • “I don’t understand”
  • “I don’t want this to happen any more”
  • “I feel out of control”
  • “I feel like this is wrong”

Eventually, this clarity will turn on itself and she will begin thinking different thoughts:

  • “I’m angry at my dad”
  • “I hate my dad”

Then she will turn her thoughts on herself:

  • “This is my fault”
  • “I must have done something to deserve this”
  • “I’m a bad person for letting this happen”

The positive, constructive anger expressed at her dad is now turned inward on herself. Action she could have taken to express her anger, or even earlier, her lack of understanding (which is a very light signal), now is not available.

Less intense signals ignored become more intense signals

Self blame, turns to discouragement about life. Discouragement turns to anger (at herself), anger turns to rage (at herself and her dad and perhaps her mom for not noticing and stopping him) which extends to life in general. Rage at life in general turns to insecurity/guilt/unworthiness.

Now, in this “vibration” where signals being received are insecurity/guilt/unworthiness, the young woman, who may be in high school by now, is long into creating a reality matching these signals. The momentum of that reality is so strong by now, it’s pretty much running the show.

As a result, they may experience increasingly “negative” life experiences. But these are just signals too. She may start doing poorly in school. She might show behavior problems. She may start taking drugs. She may dress a particular way, or hang out with people who resonate with this reality she creates.

These life experiences, which she is creating, also generate a feedback loop. The more she remains in this state and does not do anything about the signals, the more of these kinds of experiences she will have.

The process works either way. Beliefs create the world you want to see, or the world consistent with your beliefs. That’s why it’s better to bring into alignment your beliefs and what you want to see.

Vulnerability and insecurity will become physical manifestations

This state of vulnerability might even create situations where she is further sexually abused. She may be raped. She may turn to prostitution. Or she may develop other signals we call “illnesses” such as Fibromyalgia, PTSD, “anxiety disorder” or other “traumas”. All of these are signals, not to others, to herself. Spiritually, emotions are the first level of signal. The other level is “life experiences”.

If she tries to treat the signals, that’s like trying to turn off the lights at the railroad crossing. She doesn’t get to the foundation of all her life troubles: underlying thoughts and beliefs that are being pointed to by the signals both in her physical reality and in her emotions.

If she is oblivious to the connection between her signals and her experiences, she will think the experiences are independent of her and the signals. She’ll compound her problematic beliefs, thinking:

  • “Men are scum”
  • “The world is scary”
  • “I’m afraid”

And create more thoughts consistent with her experience:

  • “I’m a loser”
  • “These are the only friends I can get”
  • “Sex is my only value”
  • “I’ll disappear by eating”

Reversal: omnipresent and available

At any time in this process the young woman can turn all this around. But it’s easier to do it in the early stages than it is after reality begins matching the signals.

By the time one reaches the depression signal, it’s much harder. But it’s not impossible.

BTW, all this is subtle. This is why counseling can help because it uncovers many of the original beliefs and experiences that generated the early stage signals. But a person doesn’t need counseling. They can turn this around themselves by focusing on how they’re thinking and change that while paying attention to the signals they’re getting – their feelings and their physical life experiences.

So hopefully you can see, depression has a spiritual origin, just like everything else in life. It acts as an indicator, helping the creator create life experiences consistent with what they are wanting.

And when they change their beliefs about life experience, life experience becomes the Charmed Life I write about. A text from a client who once was on the verge of suicide shows this:

The interesting thing is, the intensity of negative emotion indicates the equal opposite intensity of desire. In other words, those most depressed possess the potential for some of the greatest joys.

And that’s why “depression”, the signal, can produce great good. For when a person knows what you just read, and takes action based on it, great good will follow. That’s guaranteed because that’s how the Universe works.
