Most people don’t believe shapeshifting is possible. For such people, shapeshifting is impossible. Others want to believe shapeshifting is possible. Or they believe it is possible, but they don’t believe they can do it.
Our reality reflects back to us what we believe is possible. So becoming a shapeshifter requires introducing that idea into our reality. Reality springs from beliefs. So introducing the idea begins first with introducing it in ourselves as a belief. We must believe it’s possible, in other words. That’s one thing. Believing we can do it? That’s another.
Anything we believe possible becomes so. Shapeshifting is no different. But becoming a shapeshifter isn’t easy. That’s mostly because such a feat depends on strong belief. It also requires unraveling many other beliefs. Beliefs seemingly tangential to the subject, but very much connected to it.
Becoming a shapeshifter then is possible. But for most, it’s not. Not because it’s impossible. But because people can’t get beyond beliefs making it appear impossible. For those willing to change their beliefs though…
What it takes
So first, we must cultivate belief. Belief it’s possible. Then we must believe we can do it. From there, we must unpack related beliefs. One of many such beliefs is the belief in death.
Most people fear death. Even some who claim they don’t, do. Take awakening experiences as an example. Such experiences scare the shit out of most people. Me included at one time. Awakening experiences feel exactly like death. That’s because our consciousness expands in such experiences. The same thing happens at death. Consciousness expands beyond ordinary awareness.
Brains can’t process such expansionary experiences. And since they are pre-wired for keeping us in this reality, they freak out when confronted with alternate ones. That “freak out” is what I mean by “fear of death”.
In other words, if we freak out in the face of an alternate reality, we automatically snap back into this one. That won’t work when shapeshifting. Because the very act requires expansion. Including a very real, physical expansion. As well as an expansion into a bigger picture of All That Is.
Successfully shapeshifting also depends on our identity. We must disentangle our identity with camouflage reality. Camouflage reality is the physical-ness of our surroundings, including our body. As humans, we mesmerize ourselves. We convince ourselves physical reality is “real”. We do the same with our bodies. Our bodies are us, we tell ourselves.
That’s a problem. Because if we believe that, shapeshifting feels like death. It feels so much like that, such an act becomes impossible. If our body were to begin “shifting” that experience would be too frightening to an identity strongly tied to what we currently look like. So we must disconnect our identity from our body. So that our body can reorganize itself along our intent.
It takes a while
Shapeshifting therefore, isn’t about learning to do it. It’s about undoing beliefs making it undoable. Very strong momentum and collective belief perpetuates our deepest fears. Same goes for our strongest beliefs. Some such beliefs are so strong, we don’t realize we have them. Shapeshifting requires discovering these, then unpacking them. That process happens gradually. One by one, we soothe them. Until they no longer impede our intent.
This takes a while. A shortcut doesn’t exist. Along the way though, we come into fantastic realizations and abilities. The Charmed Life becomes our life. More of what we desire becomes ours. So the path is one of riches.
Shapeshifting is possible. It must not be seen as a destination or goal, however. Instead, it’s just another step along the way. The way towards realizing more of what we really are. That path is unending. So shapeshifting is a great indicator of progress. We must have accomplished quite a lot to manifest such an outcome.
Such an outcome is well within our grasp, however. I feel myself getting there. I feel my body wanting to show me. The more I do what I’ve outlined, the more in tune I become.
Because of that, I’m eager. But I’m also patient. Because I see evidence of the unfolding.
I’ll share more as I progress.
PS: Something else is happening that many people think is impossible: Some really amazing things are happening right now, even with Trump becoming president. Indeed, because he became president…and I voted for Harris. The future, in other words, is going to be magnificent. How do I know? Consider joining this event I’ve planned for March. Have a MeetUp account? Go here.
We are literally aware-ized energy. We are everywhere always, all at once. Each of us flows endlessly forward, creating new realities as we go, then putting ourselves into them to explore them. All this action happens as a way of understanding all we are.
We never can do that though. We can’t ever know what we fully are. That’s because we constantly create more dimensions and realities. Every time we take an action, that action spawns new dimensional branches. Those branches are us. So we never fully understand what we are because we’re constantly creating more of ourselves.
Our ability to create is exactly the same power ascribed to god. That’s why I claim we all are god in human form. “Creation” happens through action, through our selves as aware-ized energy, aware-ized action. We can’t help but create. We do it unconsciously, automatically.
Where the fun comes in though, is when we do it on purpose.
Deliberate creation
The way we harness and use our creative energy purposefully is through our focus. Direction of attention channels that which we are, towards deliberate outcomes. Again, we create automatically. And we’re unconscious of that creation while in a body. So focusing our attention increases our awareness of what we are. After all, if I focus on creating something, then that thing happens, it confirms that I am everything I’ve described so far.
This is the wonderful value of deliberate creation. When a person realizes they create their reality, they get a lot more than that created outcome. They also support conscious expansion, that “knowing what we fully are”. Consciously becoming aware that we create reality is a divine act. It is aligned with the entire purpose of physical planes.
Not only does creating deliberately create conscious awareness of what we are, it also is a skill critical to existing in nonphysical. In that place, beyond time and space, our creations occur spontaneously. Anything we desire instantly appears. Without focus then, existence in nonphysical is highly chaotic. Things appear and disappear at incredible rates. Knowing how to focus changes all that.
We use physical reality, therefore, to practice focus. This explains why things sometimes take a while to manifest in physical reality. That’s on purpose. Physical reality is built on inherent resistance. Inherent resistance prevents instant manifestation. Time and space is a great place to practice therefore.
Learning then expanding
Earth appears as full of random events. But nothing happening here is coincidental or random. It all happens on purpose.
Human consciousness is vastly outnumbered here. That should be obvious. Birds, bees and plants are all conscious. So are rocks and soil. Bacteria and viruses too. They all have their own conscious intelligence. All these consciousnesses hold focus. They maintain “reality”. Doing so, they provide stable platforms for exploration. Here, human consciousness can become more. How? By learning to focus. Then learning to use that focus to create deliberately.
“Earth” is the gestalt consciousness. It is made up of all the consciousnesses “living” on it. “Human” is a gestalt consciousness too. It rides on top of billions of consciousnesses. Intelligence existing within the cells, organs, flesh and bones of our bodies contributes to human consciousness. The gestalt we all individually are.
We leave those consciousnesses behind when we’re done here. At death we return to where we came. But we’re more by then. We’ve expanded. We remember all we accomplished. And we revel in our individual awareness, now, as a part of All That Is. All That Is is the gestalt consciousness Christians call “God”.
Human consciousness is a beautiful unfolding. It is not the end state though. It is a process. A process of becoming. One that can be full of terror and fear. Or one filled with joy and amazement borne of becoming a deliberate creator. My clients are discovering the latter.
My Out of Body Experiences (OBE) are increasing in duration and quality. This past weekend (May 6) I enjoyed the best one yet. Of course, every one feels like “the best one yet” when I experience it. That’s consistent with what Abraham says about such experiences. They say joy coming from such experience never lasts.
That’s because we’re eternal. So we always want more. Abraham says new desires spring from fulfilled ones constantly. So what we have now, must give way to some new desire.
Besides, these magical, spiritual powers are commonplace across All That Is. It’s only humans that don’t enjoy them. So when a human consciousness regains such abilities, its Broader Perspective is already having them. Tapping into such experiences, therefore, just feels normal once one experiences experience from their Broader Perspective.
There is something I didn’t realize though. That is, how uncomfortable tapping in is. Sometimes it’s downright painful. Kundalini Yogis talk about this. As the serpent ascends, body sensations often border on extreme discomfort. Sometimes those sensations hurt.
That’s been my experience. In the past few weeks, I’ve suffered through sensations so intense I nearly stopped the session. Other experiences had me begging for session-end. These painful experiences are new to me. Like this one, for example:
I find it ironic that I also experienced two projections in the same session. Right before all that pain happened!
Not giving up
Of course, I consider all this the price of admission. Most sessions bring so much bliss I am more than willing to trade an occasional struggle. I believe struggle during sessions also indicates further expansion. They represent a release of old energetic blockages in my body, leading to further expansion into abilities I strongly desire.
Take this session, for example:
Here’s another example: I had a fabulous, long-form projection. My consciousness traveled spontaneously. In a moment, I found myself in a totally different advanced civilization. When I came out of it, I was stunned. The detail and the length of the experience was tremendous:
Both experience types bring further enlightenment. They tell me I’m getting better. They tell me I’m developing my spirit magic. As a result, I find surprise, delight and joy in these experiences. Even the painful ones.
For all these are the hallmarks of the Charmed Life I write about here. The more experiences like these I enjoy, the further I get into that wonderful life. It’s a life everyone can enjoy. Want to join me on this adventure? Contact me. Let’s talk.
This week I experienced the protection inherent in Extra-Sensory Perception (ESP). When it happened, I marveled in the experience. That Sixth Sense made it impossible for a scammer to steal something from me, because I knew his intentions without him knowing I knew.
This proves I don’t need sophisticated technical solutions to protect me. All that’s needed is a clear connection with my Broader Perspective. Just like the Force, it will tell me when something’s amiss. Which is what happened recently.
Regular readers of this blog know cultivating such abilities represents my calling. Every other life pursuit pales in comparison. Because of that, I focus my entire life these days on becoming super human. Meanwhile, evidence continues piling up telling me what I’m doing is working. That evidence proves my investment worthwhile.
What happened at the hands of this thief convinces me even further.
What is ESP?
I find it hilarious that science doesn’t recognize ESP. Our civilization sometimes talks about it strangely, as though it doesn’t exist. Take this Wikipedia entry, for example:
The word “claimed” and that last sentence is important. I understand what the term “pseudoscience” means. It just means people like me claim a scientific basis for something science has no business trying to validate. It has no business trying to validate it because the method science uses isn’t equipped to validate it.
Besides, my experience doesn’t need third-party validation. What happened happened. I’m positive it happened because I experienced it. Same with other experiences happening in my life right now.
I’ll be the first to say what I’m doing looks crazy. I’d call myself insane, but so much evidence has collected about me, I can’t do that. I can’t call me insane. Instead, I see myself as a pioneer. I’m not the only one.
Many people are experiencing things like what I’m about to describe. The cool thing about all these experiences is their subjective nature. Science wants to objectify life experience. The problem with that approach is it can’t discern what’s really happening with life using that approach. That’s because life, defined, is subjective. Any attempt to objectify it distorts it.
But those who embrace the subjectivity can actualize freaking amazing possibilities. Possibilities like knowing something beyond the senses’ ability to comprehend. That’s what happened to me this week.
Here’s what happened
I had a camera kit I wanted to sell. I posted it several places including Facebook and Craigslist. Selling it felt easy. I knew it would sell. I priced it right and I felt good about what I offered.
The next day “Charles Indekeu” on Facebook reached out to me. At first I was excited because it felt like a direct answer to my intent to sell the kit. “Charles” appeared to say all the right things. He sounded like a serious buyer.
But while he said these things, I started to get a funny feeling. You know how, in all those movies, a character will say “I’m starting getting a funny feeling about this…”? Well, that’s what was happening.
It felt like a tingling at first, then it was a very clear sensethat something wasn’t right. I didn’t hear language. But I interpreted the “feeling” into language: This guy is trying to scam me. The more I interacted with him, the stronger the “sense” got. So strong it became, I couldn’t ignore it, even if I wanted to.
Tangible evidence backs up my Sixth Sense
“Charles” asked me to send a PayPal payment request, including shipping. I did. I know PayPal sent “Charles” notification of my request. Still, I sent him a screen shot showing I sent the request.
Then “Charles” sent me a similar screen shot, showing he had sent payment. But PayPal didn’t send me a notification. By now, my inner senses were really screaming. I was paying attention to my inner senses, but I also wanted this to play out, just to see what would happen.
“Charles” followed up his screen shot with an email “confirmation from PayPal” purportedly showing confirmation of the payment. However, something looked very fishy about this email. For one, it said “Money Won’t Reflect In Your Account Until Verification Is Completed”. I’ve done a number of PayPal transactions and none of them included this message. There were also a large number of other indicators in the email showing this email clearly didn’t originate from PayPal. And, both my mobile app and desktop app still showed no payment from “Charles”.
So I confronted “Charles”. His response? He ghosted:
Evidence abounds
Words can’t capture how visceral messages I received during this encounter were. They were as clear and present as someone talking to me in a normal voice. Only I couldn’t hear the message with my ears. They “originated” from within me. But again, they were as clear as any other “sound”.
I’m glad I heeded the message. But more important, I’m overjoyed at having cultivated my inner awareness such that I’m sensitive to such communication. I’m also happy I gave up subscribing to science as the final arbiter of what is real and not real. As I’ve said, so much evidence in my life proves experiences like this one as not only real, but commonplace.
Science describes “ESP” as “a claimed paranormal ability pertaining to reception of information not gained through the recognized physical senses, but sensed with the mind.”
Isn’t that exactly what happened? Sure, I confirmed that information with empirical evidence, evidence recognized by physical senses. But it was the inner senses which first clued me in to what was happening. The observable information was simply icing on the cake.
I love my cake, that life I call the Charmed Life. And I love that I’m creating all kinds of evidence proving that prioritizing my inner life experience over my out life experience pays off.
The Charmed Life includes invincibility. Invincibility means being so powerful, you can’t be taken advantage of, harmed or overcome. You can’t be scammed either.
Everyone lives potentially invincible. But most give that up in favor of fitting in, which means, believing how others believe. I choose to live my invincibility. Want to join me?
All beliefs create reality. It doesn’t matter if the belief is “true” or “false, “right” or “wrong”. In time, any belief will create reality consistent with it. Which explains the importance of positive focus.
So many examples prove this. It’s amazing so many continue thinking “you create your reality” is wishful thinking. When the world is awash in examples showing how people create their reality exactly this way. How? By focusing on a belief until the belief proves true.
One example sticks in my mind. It sticks for good reasons. One, because of the near-tragedy that could have ensued. And two, because the person involved, Edgar Maddison Welch, believed a preposterous story. A story which he believed so strongly, he acted as though it were true.
Because for him, it was true. Today, Welch regrets taking action on such preposterously false ideas. That didn’t help him though on December 4, 2016.
Yet, the story quickly went viral. The owner of one restaurant falsely claimed to be involved said he and his employees were constantly threatened:
“From this insane, fabricated conspiracy theory, we’ve come under constant assault. I’ve done nothing for days but try to clean this up and protect my staff and friends from being terrorized.”
Again, not one aspect of the conspiracy proved true. And yet, many, many people acted as though they were true. In other words, their beliefs, amplified by several negative emotions, including frustration, insecurity and fear, didn’t allow them to see obvious evidence disproving the conspiracy.
Even false beliefs will occur as true. If the people think the belief long enough, frequently enough, evidence will quickly begin accumulating. The evidence could occur as wildly off base to others. But people thinking the beliefs will discredit the disproving evidence in favor of the [false] evidence. In time, the beliefs will draw so much “proof” the people’s behaviors will align with the beliefs. Then the belief, for practical purposes is “true” to the believer. Then those who get caught up in the created reality suffer tragedies. The belief becomes true for them too in experiential terms.
This is how tragedies happen. And this is how the near-disaster related to Pizzagate happened too. Which brings us back to Welch.
A near mass shooting
For Welch, 24, these false conspiracies were true. So much so, he felt he must act. So he left his home in North Carolina. He headed north to a restaurant purported to be part of the conspiracy. He brought an assault rifle with him. Planning to “investigate the conspiracy,” Welch fired three shots into the restaurant. Luckily, the bullets hit no one.
Later, when police arrested him, Welch saw himself as, in his own words, “…the potential hero of the story—a rescuer of children”, as told to the Skeptical Inquirer. While no one was hurt, the outcome could have been different.
Welch’s experience and so many more illustrate how any belief can become true. Even flawed ones. This explains why it’s so important that people understand how “thoughts become things,” as Abraham puts it.
In fact, a recent email from them makes this very clear:
It can go either way
What’s really great about situations like this is, if flawed premises can create “truth”, what about premises based on the how the Universe actually works?
I mean, if all beliefs will eventually prove true, then it seems it behooves people to focus on beliefs consistent with what they want to experience, right? That’s the premise of the Positively Focused approach. The Charmed Life, the life I write about here constantly, is nothing other than a premise based on how the Universe actually works.
That means, so long as one believes in accordance with how the Universe works and how it’s oriented, they can create any “truth” they like. And that means the world can contain ANY belief. Any belief held long enough will prove true. So why not make your truth something you’d prefer? Rather than a truth you’d not prefer?
That’s what I show my clients every week. How to create “truths” they want to experience. When those truths become overwhelming, then they experience their own version of the Charmed Life. From there, life gets really fun.
It’s so wonderful watching how perfectly the world shapes up, delivering everything we want with seemingly magical timing. It’s as though the Universe knows what we want before we know. Then it orchestrates action so that we have what we need to enjoy what we want.
To illustrate that, consider this remarkable example. It revolves around simple rocks. That’s right, rocks. But the story’s not that simple.
Tens of millions of these rocks sit on the ocean’s floor. And not just one ocean, all of them. These rocks also sit on the floor of many other water masses, including lakes and rivers.
These humble rocks are more than what they appear. They tell a story perfectly illustrating how the Universe delivers on our individual and collective desires. Desires representing humanity’s future.
We’ve known these rocks carpeted the ocean floor since the early 1800s. Meanwhile, for nearly as long, some have salivated over their existence because they hold so much value. But they couldn’t get at that value because they sit under so much ocean. For hundreds of years, bringing them up to the surface represented a technological impossibility.
Not any more. That’s the beginning of this amazing story.
Collective desire manifests as collective destiny
Today, with many people finally acknowledging climate change is real, political tides are slowly turning towards actually doing something about it. California, for example, recently made a momentous decision. Starting in 2035 all new cars sold in California must be electric. Where the car gets made doesn’t matter. If the manufacturer wants to sell it in California, it better be electric.
Decisions like this one single-handedly change entire industries. That’s because California represents a huge market. Many states also follow California’s lead when it sets policies like these. As a result, manufacturers pay attention to the Golden State’s policy decisions.
Yet, most large auto makers already see electric cars as the future. And they’re preparing for that. Tesla’s success changed the global car market. That change happened because one person, Elon Musk, had a new future in mind. And he committed to his vision. So the Universe responded, giving him all the resources needed to prove this new vision possible.
Our collective destiny happens first in the mind of one person. It always happens this way. When that person commits, the Universe will support that vision with more and more resources, including people, money and facilities. Until that vision, manifests.
Time is simultaneous
Every vision, however grand, creates more opportunity for more expansion. That expansion happens instantly. But the unfolding manifestation usually appears to happen gradually. That’s because human senses perceive in such a way that they literally create the illusion of “time” and sequential patterns of events. Things look like they happen one-thing-after-another.
But really, everything happens simultaneously in a present moment having no beginning or end. Seth describes it like a great, big explosion constantly happening, which our senses slow way down. We see the expanding ball of events as though they happen sequentially. But they’re actually happening simultaneously.
That brings us back to our humble rocks. Their existence, the convergence of our desires, the future and our technological abilities all show how events unfolding happen in a simultaneous, synchronic timing that supports Seth’s assertion.
Humanity’s relationship with nature shows this too. As we mature regarding our place in the natural world, the natural world organizes itself so it meets us along the way. It’s a massive, beautiful dance. A dance representing the interplay between consciousness and time, space, events and physical creations which emerge from that interplay.
To see this dance in action, let’s get back to those rocks.
Our shifting need represents shifting desire
So as a species we’re gradually owning effects we create which run counter to a thriving planet. And we’re doing something about those effects. One of the biggest things we can do about those effects involves eliminating the internal combustion engine (ICE). Electric everything is the ideal. Carmakers see that. But so do airplane makers. Renewable energy such as solar and wind energy change the game too. In time, we will probably see a world where ICEs become a thing of the past.
The holy grail that will make eliminating ICEs possible is a long-lasting, high capacity battery. One we can make in great quantities inexpensively. But that kind of battery requires a quantum leap in the quality and quantity of raw materials batteries need. The problem is as we desire more electrified things, we don’t have enough raw materials to make more batteries. Experts recently warned raw material bottlenecks could grind the electric revolution to a halt.
But nature and the Universe’s unlimited capacity to meet any desire have another opinion. And that’s where the rocks come in.
There is no such thing as coincidence
As if on cue, enterprising entrepreneurs saw opportunity. These people today see a future where climate change gets fixed. Their solution: electrify everything. However, doing that requires way more and way better batteries than we make today. But these guys have a solution to that too. They want to pull those rocks off the ocean floor.
That’s because those rocks are jam-packed with raw materials battery makers need to crank out better, more powerful and more plentiful batteries. The rocks, known in certain circles as Polymetallic nodules, vary in size. Most are egg or potato sized. What’s amazing though is this: each one is almost entirely composed of raw materials we need for more batteries. And, they cover over 70 percent of the ocean floor.
Some experts estimate 500 billion tons of these rocks lie on the seabed. They’re down there, sitting on the seabed, waiting to be harvested.
Is this coincidence? How is it these rocks just happen to be there when we need them? Whatever your answer, I find it fascinating.
It’s equally interesting that today, technology progress is such that we can harvest these nodules cost-effectively. Industries already are investing in trials demonstrating that technology’s capability. Many see harvesting these nodules as the next gold rush.
Now think about this. Nature is prodding us to change our ways. Climate change is nature’s voice. Humanity is only now seriously listening to that voice. But some, pioneers let’s call them, heard the voice long ago. They’ve been doing things to move humanity away from climate changing activities. Even while others try to stop them.
Just in time availability
Against all that pressure, these pioneers changed society for the better. Now those changes place new demands on our industries. They will destroy others. Solar and renewables are ending the coal industry. Electric cars already killed internal combustion ones. The internal combustion engine doesn’t know that yet. Meanwhile, the battery is about to have its turn at everything else.
Those changes also demand that we look to new ways to make batteries. We can’t find the raw materials in the earth. There isn’t enough. And while some humans clamor about shortages, nature presciently already answered that call.
Creating these nodules takes MANY MILLIONS OF YEARS. Every several million years, they grow just one centimeter, Geologists say. Yet there are WAY more than we need, waiting for harvest, literally lining the ocean floor.
It’s like nature knew ahead of time that we’d need raw materials for batteries in the future. And in that knowing, created them just in time.
I don’t know about you, but I see providence. It’s not coincidence these nodules accreted over hundreds of million of years and now are ready for the picking. Now, right when we need them. And when we have the tech to get them.
It’s divine timing in the making.
Everything unfolds in divine timing
This is the same divine process underway behind the scenes coordinating all things, fulfilling all desires. Human desires are no exception. Every desire a human wants gets fulfilled through this process. Scientists think evolution creates progress. But really, it’s not evolution. It’s the Law of Attraction and Infinite Intelligence listening to and delivering on every desire held by every point of consciousness.
The only thing holding fulfillment back is our lack of faith. Lacking faith creates delays. It doesn’t prevent the unfolding fulfillment though. That’s because everything once asked for, is given, no exceptions.
But sometimes those asking don’t get what they ask for because their lack of faith delays the fulfillment. Which is why improvements usually come to successive generations instead of those doing the asking. People who find a way to stay faithful to their desires don’t have to wait generations for their desires’ fulfillment.
Strong faith is more important than anything else, once an idea is born. Another word for “faith” is “belief”. This explains why Positively Focused can guarantee results. Positively Focused builds strong belief. And belief is everything. It’s the basis of everything, including the convergence of humanity’s need, technology and these nodules ready on the ocean floor.
It’s so wonderful seeing All That Is delivering everything we want with seemingly magical timing. Only it’s not magic. It’s God responding to every point of consciousness, all participating in creating the future, ongoingly.
My life, like all things, exists as a paradox. The paradox is only now very clear to me. I’m working through healthcare issues, non-life threatening ones. But they do show how Belief Constellations create corresponding realities.
As confidence in my own practice grows, I’m focusing into reality manifestations nearly everyone believes are impossible. And yet, evidence grows proving Seth’s and Abraham’s contention that everything, no matter what, is possible.
But a period of years passed in which I sowed manifestations consistent with “sloppy creation” or unconscious creation. I harbored beliefs which generated a lot of momentum. That momentum created undesirable physical manifestations. But since I accepted beliefs as most of us do, I accepted those physical manifestations as a part of me. I didn’t need to do that.
For example, 22 years ago, I started a new job at Intel. It was a textbook manifestation. The new opportunity brought more money, more opportunity, more prestige. Furthermore, it was something I specifically asked for. And, how it unfolded was truly magical. But the experience created unwanted manifestations too. Here’s what happened.
The set up goes great
At the time I ran the media relations department of a large federal electric utility. I also was the agency’s media spokesperson. As such, I worked the media. One of those people was a journalist I’ll call Cooper. He covered energy for the local newspaper. Over time, we became great friends. While we became friends, I grew tired of the electric industry.
Meanwhile, high tech was making a lot of people rich. More high tech was coming to the Northwest. The jewell of the Northwest’s high tech sector at the time was Intel. It had built a number of large facilities recently. And so they were hiring a lot of new people.
I decided it would be wonderful working at Intel. So I went to work with my then manifestation process. I set my intention. Then added momentum behind it. Then I let it go.
I got my media job at the energy agency the same way. So I knew “you create your reality” was true. But I wasn’t as strong in it as I am today. Nor was I as deliberate or focused. Even while I produced stunning manifestations, I still harbored many disempowering beliefs in my constellations.
One of those was “I can’t hack it at a private company”. “It’s cut throat in the private sector” was another. “People stab you in the back,” I imagined. I figured my bosses would find out I couldn’t handle it and fire me. These thoughts commingled along with my desire to work at Intel.
Textbook manifestation
I recognized those beliefs as true. I didn’t think about the fact that those beliefs create my reality too.
Beliefs often are more powerful than desire. That’s because beliefs have momentum behind them. Reality often proves them true as well. Or rather it works vice-versa. Belief momentum creates corresponding realities. We look at those realities as evidence. The evidence seems to prove the belief true, when really, the belief came first.
So when I focused on getting a job at Intel and let it go, I didn’t think about cleaning up my vibration on that subject. Meaning, I didn’t think about cleaning up these unflattering beliefs about working at Intel.
A textbook manifestation happened next.
Intel recruited Cooper out of the newspaper. He became Intel’s media spokesperson. Cooper was now a media relations colleague. I had no idea this happened until some time later.
When sometime later happened, I got a call from Cooper. He told me Intel had a community relations manager role for which I’d be perfect. I applied. Weeks later Intel made me an offer.
The whole process floored me. I watched it unfold the whole way astounded. I left the energy agency and began my new job as Intel’s community relations manager in 2000.
It didn’t go well
The job actually was great and I performed very well. The problem was my old beliefs. Remember those beliefs I described above about working in the private sector? Little did I know, those beliefs were manifesting too. As a result, my experience of this wonderful manifestation included a lot of anxiety. Self-doubt also plagued me. The team I managed picked up on that like a pack of alpha wolves. Some of them behaved in ways I feared.
All that manifested in me as physical symptoms too. I developed stress and anxiety. I started having stomach problems like heartburn. Long story short, stomach acid leaked into my esophagus over time. It scarred tissue linings there which caused a mild stricture.
One day, a year or two after starting at Intel, I had a medical emergency. I got food stuck in my esophagus right at the stricture, which needed emergency removal. At the emergency room, doctors told me I had a “tapering esophagus.” They stretched that part of my esophagus with a rod they pushed down my throat, which fixed the problem. But doctors told me I’d need the procedure again in about ten years.
Which brings us back to today. It’s been way more than ten years, but I had started feeling food stick in my throat again. As a veteran, I get free medical care from my local VA. When I told them about my “condition”, they immediately set me up for a redux of the procedure had many years ago.
You can’t ignore past manifestation
And here’s where this story comes full circle. I left Intel because I wasn’t happy there. Leaving coincided directly with commitments I made to double down on all this “you create your reality” business. That commitment included wanting to know and experience everything in my reality as manifesting beliefs. Including conditions in my physical body.
The problem is, I have legacy manifestations. Manifestations which manifested as a result of old beliefs. Beliefs which created these manifestations in the first place. Manifestations including this gastro situation.
I can’t ignore my past manifestations while creating new ones. My gastro situation emerged as a direct manifestation of my beliefs. A new procedure on the body will work temporarily. But unless the underlying belief goes away, the problem will resurface.
Doctors want me on an acid reflux reducing prescription. They say that drug will prevent future recurrences. But I believe prescriptions are unnecessary. My old beliefs say medical intervention must happen to “cure” physical health problems. But these days, I want vibrational solutions.
Since leaving Intel, I eliminated from my body several things people call “illnesses”. I haven’t had a cold in years. I used to get at least two colds a year. One in the spring and another in the fall. Not anymore.
I know those changes result from vibrational focus. So when I think about getting on this prescription, it feels contrary to how I think and believe today. Yet, I still must recognize the prescription as a manifestation. A manifestation of old beliefs about “healthcare” and how to “cure” symptoms.
Creating deliberately
I believe I sufficiently soothed old beliefs around work. Money flows into my life with no relationship to “work”. My life no longer includes working in high pressure jobs. And my desires these days involve creating wealth through manifestation. Not working. In the same way, I needn’t take this prescription.
I recently told my VA primary care doctor I regard the mind as the best medicine. To my surprise, he and his team agreed with me. So I want to soothe beliefs perpetuating this “stricture”. I also want to soothe beliefs creating other physical conditions. Conditions not part of my original body blueprint.
I believe I can live free of all prescriptions. I know many Americans accumulate medicine dependencies as they age. I’m choosing a different path. So I expect improvement, not decrepitude, as I age. It’s like Abraham recently said in an email:
Esther’s intent mirrors mine.
I appreciate old beliefs. I also appreciate seeing connections now obvious between how I once believed and what my health looks like. And I’m eager to see both those beliefs and those conditions improve as I consistently construct my Charmed Life.
What experiences have you had where you’ve changed your physical condition through mind as medicine? What conditions are you still working on? Do conditions you currently experience challenge your belief that thoughts create your reality?
A transgender client from our sister site The Transamorous Network recently came to her session feeling ecstatic. I immediately became so too. That’s because I knew, even before she described what happened, what happened. She scored her dream career.
How? Solely by thinking positive thoughts. I’m sharing this successful manifestation from my sister site (I do this often) because it offers proof that “manifesting” works, every time.
I know many will say this was a series of coincidences. But me and this client know what happened directly resulted from her learning to see the world Positively Focused. As a result, she easily came into her dream job with absolutely no effort on her part. Instead she had fun, fun, fun.
“I told my mom,” she said. “Getting work this way is 1,000 times more satisfying than going through the grind everyone else is doing.”
Indeed. All during this time, her mom forwarded my client job openings from Indeed.com, hoping her daughter would apply. But my client wanted to prove to herself a positive focus works better. I’m glad she wanted to test it, because the results were stunning. As they always are.
Here’s what happened.
Becoming a match to what’s wanted
Clare (not her real name) is on her 123rd session. It took her a while to start believing, but evidence she produced along the way roused dramatic behavioral changes. For one, she gave up online dating. She finally agreed it created more negative experiences than positive ones and those negative experiences too easily translated into negative beliefs about men. Negative beliefs about herself too. Those beliefs exacerbated her negative online experiences. That got her realizing trying to find a partner through online dating wasn’t worth it.
Then she gave up trying to “find” a guy altogether. Instead, she decided to focus on herself. She decided rather than meeting men who matched who she’s being now, she would become the “best version of herself” and, doing that, meet men who are a match to that.
It’s a standard result of the approach advocated at The Transamorous Network and here too at Positively Focused. Every experience comes as a manifestation of what the experiencer emanates. That emanation happens through thoughts and beliefs people hold about experiences had in the past, or experiences they want to have. The best way to meet the perfect partner involves first becoming a match to that. One does that by thinking positive thoughts and cultivating positive belief about a host of subjects. Those gradually change emanations one’s putting out about those subjects.
In time, one becomes a match to what they want, rather than being a match to what they don’t want. This process happens effortlessly. With enough practice, the process then happens automatically. Delight, surprise, life enjoyment and an ever-increasing desire for more of that mark “success” with the process. Oh, one also gets everything they want too!
The sucky job hunt
As Clare focused on herself, a lot of resistance she held for many subjects started giving way. In the wake of all that, she discovered more peace and satisfaction with the way her life currently was. For many years, for example, Clare harbored impatience, frustration and annoyance about living with her parents on a farm in rural America.
But through the practice, she learned how to appreciate this situation. Indeed, living with her parents offered exactly what she wanted. The biggest thing was time. Her parents love her, provide for her. Even though they want her to get on with living – get a job, find a place to live on her own and make a life for herself – they also aren’t pressuring her to do those things.
I encouraged Clare see value in all that support. But Clare focused too much on what she thought her parents thought about her living there. As a result, Clare felt pressure, anxiety and impatience. Those emotions motivated her to look for a job.
But looking for a job sucks! It’s tedious, there’s a lot of rejection, and, depending on one’s self-image, it can be demoralizing. Especially when one sees how many jobs one doesn’t qualify for. In many ways, job hunting closely resembles online dating! 😂
Clare wavered between frustration and annoyance, then disappointment and anger as she sent out resume after resume to crickets and rejection.
All the while I encouraged her to give up job hunting and learn to create the job she wants. How? By telling positive stories about what she wants, instead of trying to find a “job”.
Would you jump off a cliff?
I know everyone, or at least most people, look for jobs exactly the way Clare was. And, many of those people find work that way. But it sucks doing it that way! Yes, people find satisfaction working for good companies and for good people. Good pay too. The opposite also holds up. In other words, just because everyone does something a certain way, doesn’t make it the way. Or the only way. Or the best way.
Besides, spiritual beings don’t come into a body to copy experiences everyone else experiences. Each comes to live their special, unique paradigm-busting life experience. One that would transform the world while offering immense personal satisfaction.
I explained all this to Clare, many, many times before she actually believed it enough to apply this approach to attracting work. By this time Starbucks hired her as a barista, which was great because their insurance plan paid for surgeries she wanted. She liked the job, at first. She enjoyed who she worked with and customers she served. Beyond that, insurance and a paycheck though, it offered little satisfaction.
It took about six months before Clare was over Starbucks. She wanted work in her field. Something creative. Something more consistent with her aspirations.
Week after week, dissatisfaction increased. Finally, she decided to try the Positively Focused approach.
Getting stories straight
It took her a while to find pleasing beliefs. Subjects she had beliefs about that impacted “getting a job” were many and varied. They included beliefs about work, obviously, but also about many other things.
About work, Clare needed to sooth old beliefs about her not being good enough to have her dream job. She believed such jobs were scarce. You need to know someone in order to get such a job, she thought. She also thought a person needed to live in an urban center, where creatives lived. None of these are true. They aren’t false either. But such stories create a reality that excludes getting the job Clare wanted.
Other beliefs she needed to address were about living at home, about her parents and what they thought, about why she wanted work, about the timeframe in which she “should” start working and more. As I said above, beliefs about lots of subjects affect success in any outcome. Beliefs about what’s wanted, for example, contribute only partially to what one gets or doesn’t get. Often, beliefs hindering one’s ability to get what they want have more to do with beliefs the person has about themselves. Those hinder the vast majority of people.
So Clare had her work set out for her. The main thing I encouraged Clare do was enjoy her now. Have fun, I told her. Find things she liked doing and forget about finding a job. Enjoy the fact that her parents lovingly support her. Enjoy the fact that she doesn’t really need a job.
That’s what Clare started doing.
Getting bored doing nothing
In essence, I told Clare “stop doing and be more”. That’s a problem for many, many people because most of us think and believe things happen as a result of “doing”.
That’s never the case though, even though it looks that way. But the way things look is an illusion. Things happen as a result of what a person thinks and believes and expects. Action is what happens at the last moment. Action, or doing, puts a person at coordinates in space and time where the desired manifestation happens.
But again, this is really, really difficult for people to get. Especially parents. They think doing nothing is doing nothing. It’s lazy, mooching, being irresponsible.
None of that is true. Doing nothing is doing something. When a person does nothing, they’re soothing negative story momentum. Stories that keep them in “doing mode”, the doing of which keeps them thinking their doing creates results.
Clare had a really hard time with this at first. She quickly got bored. Video games no longer held her interest. Movies got old. She got impatient, frustrated. We talked about these feelings and beliefs they sprang from and, in time, created new ones for Clare about those things. Those new ones allowed Clare greater ease and satisfaction with things she once liked doing.
It took awhile, but Clare found more satisfaction and pleasure in pastimes once she let go of judgement about those things, judgement, representing beliefs she inherited from her parents and society in general. Especially conservative society which harshly condemns idle hands.
Then things get interesting
One day after weeks enjoying her life, Clare came to her session feeling inspired. She had cruised Instagram this week, something she really enjoys, and her feed served up an invitation to a panel presentation on something like “How to manage production sets in a time of COVID”.
Now’s a good time to include that Clare’s field of choice, where her creative passions point her, involves working on creative production sets. Photo shoots and movie sets are where Clare feels most inspired and engaged. So when this invitation showed up, she knew it was the result of the practice.
“I knew this wasn’t coincidence,” She told me in session. “So I wanted to share it with you. I’m really excited this happened.”
I was too. It was exactly the manifestation Clare wanted. Furthermore, I knew, I just knew, this was the beginning of a series of manifestations leading to Clare getting everything she wants.
We talked about the best way to attend the event. I encouraged her, if she was so inspired, to write down every panel participant’s name and what they say. Then later, followup with each of them with an inspiring message over Instagram. I suggested she highlight something each person said that resonated with her. That resonance, I told her, offered a clue that would unfold in a delightful way.
So notice this: Clare relaxed into her life. She learned to enjoy more and more her day-to-day. She learned to stop telling negative stories about everything about her life. Then, the universe served up the perfect invitation: the opportunity to participate in this discussion.
It was perfect. But more stood ready.
Momentum ensues
The next session, Clare was super excited. She reached out to all the panelists. Nearly all of them replied. Three of them invited her to an in person conversation. Long story short, one of these conversations happened on a photo set in a small company owned and run by a lesbian couple.
Clare’s manifestation was unfolding…
Clare said she could tell she impressed them. She was high flying in relating how the conversation went. She added the other conversations thrilled her too, but this one was the most thrilling.
“Go with that feeling,” I told her. And she did.
She continued corresponding with those panel members who responded to her most actively. Then, one day, seemingly out of the blue, Clare got a voice message from someone she didn’t know.
The voice message told her a corporate gig was coming up and, if she was available, the voice said, they’d love to have her join the team running the shoot.
Clare just got an employment offer!
Manifestation…happens
That same day, she put the details together with the caller. By the time we had our session that afternoon, the opportunity was hers. It came together literally an hour before our session began.
Needless to say, Clare was over the moon. She told me her mother and father both expressed pride in her getting her first paid gig, in her field of choice, with lots of opportunities to leverage this experience into future gigs.
But Clare and I both know the only leverage she needs is the leverage inherent in her power as a deliberate creator, exercised through her powerful story telling.
“I told my mom,” she said. “Getting work this way is 1,000 times more satisfying than going through Indeed.com.”
Indeed. When a person creates opportunity, it’s always more satisfying than going hunting for one. It’s much more fun seeing what one wants come to you rather than you having to go out and find it.
Whether it’s work, income, a lover, better health or happiness, nothing lies out of the realm of the possible. Unless one’s beliefs say something is impossible, nothing is.
If you’re someone lonely and longing for love, or you want better work, more money or something else you think will make you happy, there’s no better Source for any of that than the beliefs you tell yourself.
YOU are the genie in the bottle standing ready to fulfill your every wish! If you’re ready to tell better stories about your life so that your life improves, and would like some help with that, I’m here.
A delightful post script:
I finished writing this post and the next week, had a session with Clare. She came to the session overflowing with excitement. That’s because after doing the gig described above, “out of the blue” three other people called her. They all offered additional gigs, at rates 21 percent higher than the first one! One of the newer gigs is a 4-5 day shoot, meaning Clare will receive over $1400 for 4 days work!
“This sure beats my Starbucks job!” She said. “I used to make maybe $50 a day there.”
Indeed. Once a person gets in the grove telling positive stories, the flood gates open, revealing that the Universe, for sure, is pouring down everything one wants. Clare’s experience is a perfect example of that!
Question: What is the best method of the Law of Attraction? Why Do these methods work for some and do not work for others?
I’ve already answered the first question here and here. I want to focus on your second question. It’s more important.
Law of Attraction works in every case. If it worked for some and not for others, it wouldn’t be what the word “Law” implies. BTW, Law of Attraction is not really a “law”. That word suggests someone created this process by which all things must comply. No one did that. It’s always been, just like you and me.
Since Law of Attraction does apply to everyone and everything, it must be “working” for everyone and every thing (which it does). So why do some get what they want and others don’t?
Everyone gets what they focus on
It’s an extremely important question. The answer is, everyone IS getting what they want. But you must understand what “what they want” means in order to understand why everyone’s getting what they want, even those who think they aren’t getting what they want, or thinking Law of Attraction isn’t working.
The Universe doesn’t care about what a person wants. All it’s doing is fulfilling desire. It seems like those two things, desire and getting what you want, are the same.
But from the universe’s perspective, they are not.
Desire from universal perspective, is energy, focused. Getting what you want is a choice. Desire is what summons life force. “Getting what you want” is the result of channelled desire. So desire supersedes getting what you want. It is a larger concept. Getting what you want expresses a focus of desire turning into a result. Does that make sense?
Having made that important distinction, it’s easy to see why Law of Attraction seems not to work for some people. Law of Attraction is fulfilling desire. But it’s also responding to resistance, which is a kind of blocking force humans add to the process of getting what they want through beliefs that are contrary to what they want.
When Law of Attraction kicks into gear, it “knows” what a person is focusing on, and going to work to coordinate that into reality. But if a person is focused more on what they don’t want, or if they’re focused in a way that creates resistance against what they want, then they’re going to get what they’re focusing on: lackluster, or no results at all, or so it seems.
It works who don’t believe
So what one focuses on is what one gets. Not what they want. Unless they focus purely on what they want. For example, someone who believes Law of Attraction doesn’t work, and so tries to make Law of Attraction work as a way of proving it won’t work, will get results proving it won’t work because that’s what they’re focusing on. Even if they try to get what they want, but their predominant beliefs say “Law of Attraction doesn’t work”, they won’t get what they want because their beliefs put resistance in the way, which keeps them from getting what they want.
Those who refuse to test it, and just believe “it doesn’t work”, will see all around them evidence of it not working. They’ll also rendezvous with people with similar results, as Law of Attraction is drawing to them what they’re focused on.
The same is true for someone who, for example, wants a boyfriend, but doesn’t believe they are attractive enough, or smart enough, or successful enough.
Or they might not believe such a boyfriend exists, or that he exists in their local area, or if he does, that person won’t find them interesting. Thoughts matter, in other words.
Negative results are positive
When someone uses Law of Attraction and they don’t get what they want, that’s Law of Attraction giving that person pertinent information.
How does someone know where their focus is, if it’s off, and they can’t tell that it’s off? The answer: They can’t.
So this is another scenario in which Law of Attraction is working, even when people think it’s not. In this case, it’s showing the manifest-er where their dominant focus is, which is very important, isn’t it? That way, they can do something about their faulty “aim” so to speak.
So there’s no evidence Law of Attraction works for some and not others. It works for everyone. If someone thinks it’s not working, they should look at what they’re thinking and focusing on.
Law of Attraction is working. It’s just giving them what they’re focusing on. That’s not necessarily what they want.
But it is, in a way, because by getting what they don’t want, at least they know what they need to do next: focus on what they want better than they have up to now.
Question: Is there a spiritual explanation for depression?
Yes.
But first: If you are experiencing life-threatening circumstances and don’t want to die, you should seek professional advice.
Understanding the explanation requires having further background in spirituality. But we’re going to skip that because this answer may already go long.
Depression is a signal the depressed person is sending themselves. Most people don’t understand this, so instead of listening to the signal and doing something about it, they instead “cover up the signal.”
Let’s say you’re coming up to a railroad crossing. A train is coming. The lights on your side of the tracks are flashing red.
Would you ignore the signal and cross the track? Of course not. You’d get killed.
Depression is like the flashing light. It is telling the depressed person something. The depressed person should stop and take action based on what the signal is saying.
Most depressed people receive the signal and don’t know what it’s saying. So they keep doing what they’re doing instead of doing what the signal is telling them to do (in this case, changing the thoughts the person is thinking. More on that in a bit).
What depression tells people
Most depressed people will disagree with this, but it doesn’t make it less accurate: Depression is not that serious. It’s just a really strong signal.
It just so happens that as signals go, it’s one of the most intense. Usually, a person who experiences depression was oblivious to earlier, less intense signals received on the way to “depression”.
In other words, they didn’t listen to the less intense signals, so now they’re getting one of the most intense.
Had they heeded the less intense ones, they wouldn’t have ended up depressed. And, it would have been easier to do something about the signal.
So what is this signal telling the depressed person? It’s telling them they have beliefs and thoughts that are at odds with the “what-is-ness” of life. That’s all it is.
By “what-is-ness” we mean the dominant state of All That Is which includes the spiritual realm and the physical realm. BTW, everything is spiritual. But since people don’t acknowledge that, it’s important to mention both the “physical world” (which is all spiritual) and the “spiritual world”. Sometimes redundancy is needed.
Beauty, positivity and joy available everywhere
The dominant state of All That Is is positive expansion, eagerness, enthusiasm, joy, ecstasy, etc. It knows everything is always working out towards positive expansion, fulfillment, expression, awareness, etc. This is not theoretical or just “spiritual”. It is the actual state of things.
Humans create their reality. They can create any reality they want. When they are creating a reality consistent with what they are as physical embodiments of All That Is, they resonate or feel in tune with All That Is.
How does that feel? Positive, expansionary, eager, enthusiastic, joyful, ecstatic, fulfilled, etc.
But when a person creates a reality inconsistent with all the above, they feel consistent with that creation. Anger, frustration, annoyance….all the way down to depression.
Feelings are important. Many people don’t understand their function as signals. They help a person know what they are creating.
Feelings help keep us on track
So a person who feels depressed has chronically created a reality inconsistent with what they are. Reality creation occurs first in vibration, then in thought form, then in a received thought before the creation becomes physical reality. In each of those stages, an emotion/feeling is received by the person doing the creating. This helps the person catch their creation early on, before it springs into physical reality.
If a person keeps creating along lines inconsistent with All That Is, eventually they will get harsher or more and more intense signals…until they get the message.
So depression is not anything mysterious or serious. It is only a signal a person is receiving.
This example may be illustrative.
Let’s say as a child, a young woman was sexually abused by her father. The first time it happened, the child may have felt out of sorts. By the fifth or so time it happened, her internal awareness that something is not right is already in high gear.
Now, she has an opportunity to act. She knows what to do, even though she’s a little girl. But she doesn’t because she’s unclear.
That’s the first signal: unclear or confusion.
Uncertainty momentum creates more momentum
Now, let’s say the father threatens her. Let’s say he says “you tell your mom and I’m going to kill you.” Or something less extreme “honey, keep this a secret between you and me. Don’t tell your mom.”
The young girl knows intuitively she should say something. But now she’s confused because her dad is telling her to keep this secret.
So the situation continues. She starts feeling more uncertainty. That’s a signal.
Note that this little girl’s mood will change. She’ll gradually lose the joy, freedom, happiness and enthusiasm for life. These emotions go away because of her thoughts are turning to beliefs – “conclusions about her world” and about what she has experienced:
“this should not be happening”
“I don’t understand”
“I don’t want this to happen any more”
“I feel out of control”
“I feel like this is wrong”
Eventually, this clarity will turn on itself and she will begin thinking different thoughts:
“I’m angry at my dad”
“I hate my dad”
Then she will turn her thoughts on herself:
“This is my fault”
“I must have done something to deserve this”
“I’m a bad person for letting this happen”
The positive, constructive anger expressed at her dad is now turned inward on herself. Action she could have taken to express her anger, or even earlier, her lack of understanding (which is a very light signal), now is not available.
Less intense signals ignored become more intense signals
Self blame, turns to discouragement about life. Discouragement turns to anger (at herself), anger turns to rage (at herself and her dad and perhaps her mom for not noticing and stopping him) which extends to life in general. Rage at life in general turns to insecurity/guilt/unworthiness.
Now, in this “vibration” where signals being received are insecurity/guilt/unworthiness, the young woman, who may be in high school by now, is long into creating a reality matching these signals. The momentum of that reality is so strong by now, it’s pretty much running the show.
As a result, they may experience increasingly “negative” life experiences. But these are just signals too. She may start doing poorly in school. She might show behavior problems. She may start taking drugs. She may dress a particular way, or hang out with people who resonate with this reality she creates.
These life experiences, which she is creating, also generate a feedback loop. The more she remains in this state and does not do anything about the signals, the more of these kinds of experiences she will have.
Vulnerability and insecurity will become physical manifestations
This state of vulnerability might even create situations where she is further sexually abused. She may be raped. She may turn to prostitution. Or she may develop other signals we call “illnesses” such as Fibromyalgia, PTSD, “anxiety disorder” or other “traumas”. All of these are signals, not to others, to herself. Spiritually, emotions are the first level of signal. The other level is “life experiences”.
If she tries to treat the signals, that’s like trying to turn off the lights at the railroad crossing. She doesn’t get to the foundation of all her life troubles: underlying thoughts and beliefs that are being pointed to by the signals both in her physical reality and in her emotions.
If she is oblivious to the connection between her signals and her experiences, she will think the experiences are independent of her and the signals. She’ll compound her problematic beliefs, thinking:
“Men are scum”
“The world is scary”
“I’m afraid”
And create more thoughts consistent with her experience:
“I’m a loser”
“These are the only friends I can get”
“Sex is my only value”
“I’ll disappear by eating”
Reversal: omnipresent and available
At any time in this process the young woman can turn all this around. But it’s easier to do it in the early stages than it is after reality begins matching the signals.
By the time one reaches the depression signal, it’s much harder. But it’s not impossible.
BTW, all this is subtle. This is why counseling can help because it uncovers many of the original beliefs and experiences that generated the early stage signals. But a person doesn’t need counseling. They can turn this around themselves by focusing on how they’re thinking and change that while paying attention to the signals they’re getting – their feelings and their physical life experiences.
So hopefully you can see, depression has a spiritual origin, just like everything else in life. It acts as an indicator, helping the creator create life experiences consistent with what they are wanting.
And when they change their beliefs about life experience, life experience becomes the Charmed Life I write about. A text from a client who once was on the verge of suicide shows this:
The interesting thing is, the intensity of negative emotion indicates the equal opposite intensity of desire. In other words, those most depressed possess the potential for some of the greatest joys.
And that’s why “depression”, the signal, can produce great good. For when a person knows what you just read, and takes action based on it, great good will follow. That’s guaranteed because that’s how the Universe works.
